Assault on Americans Rights – Obama’s Primary Agenda

Americans need to wake up to the fact that we have in our Presidency and his administration. A truly weak president that is letting his radical environmentalist, socialistic, anti-gun friends in his administration change every right granted to American citizens under the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

So many Americans today either take for granted or do not know that they are taking for granted, the rights that our founding fathers fought and died for. Our founding fathers realized that if you do not have the right to protect your freedoms they will be taken away from us. That is why besides the first amendment which was established and ratified on December 15, 1791 that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

The first amendment which President Obama’s administration and his cronies in congress – Nancy Peloci, Harry Reid and Chuck Shumer have trampled all over with Obama Care. They are trying to do away with your first amendment rights by forcing the Catholic church to provide services to their followers against the tenants of their religion. This not only the lose of our 1st amendment rights, it also is war on the Christian religion. If this law was being forced on any other religion besides the Christian religion this country was founded on. There would be outcries from all the main stream media organizations, the ACLU and the Rainbow Coalition and all the civil rights organizations that are politicizing race in America. Yet since it is the Christian religion under assault and the first amendment rights of those Christians in America it is alright as far as they are concerned. Would that be the case if it was the same assault on Islam or Athiests? I do not think so.

The Obama administration and these same cronies in congress support of the bogus group, “Occupy Wall Street” crowd which they stood by even though they were not acting on their 1st amendment right of the people to peaceably assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. In fact, most of these unions backed thugs and protestors were nothing more than drug addicts and criminals polluting everywhere they went.

Yet in contrast, the well mannered Tea Party patriots that these Democrats treated as terrorists and racists, did peaceably protest, cleaned up after their rallies and followed the Constitutionally backed redress on the corruption of government power this administration has pursued.

The 2nd amendment of the Bill of Rights, which was the Right to Bear Arms; was ratified on December 15, 1791 that “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” This right as well has been under major assault from the Obama administration and his cronies. It has been chipped away at for years from organizations like the ACLU and many other left wing statists groups that look to a day when our country is changed from a republic to a dictatorship. Were all the power comes from the State or federal government. They know that true Americans that believe in our Republic based upon our Constitution will never give up our 2nd amendment rights. So they do everything in their power to change this right and wittle away at it with Judicial activism and anti-American administrations like we have today in the Obama administration.

This can be seen clear as day with the corruption within the Department of Justice under Eric Holder and the “Fast and Furious” gun running scheme. It back fired and killed Americans and Mexicans but easily can be seen for what it was. It was a program by the Obama administration and these same groups to try and limit gun sales and our 2nd amendment right – The Right to Bear Arms. They knew if they could cover up the Federal government involvement in this corrupt scheme and release all of these guns into the hands of criminals and drug cartels. It would eventually be found out that these guns came from the United States. We would then have no other recourse against this type of lack of gun control besides making all these new laws and regulations that would effectively ban the 2nd amendment rights from American citizens.

The American people need to start waking up to the simple fact that our federal government under Barack Obama is a force of corruption against our Constitution, our Republic and our freedoms. They have already passed Obama Care and several other corrupt laws with their help from cronies in the Congress.

The Dodd-Frank bill which was a power grab from the federal government over our financial industry caused by the meltdown under Barack Obama caused by several decades of Democratic corruption. The credit default swaps which were targeted as the main reason for the meltdown were simply the result of more corrupt laws passed by Democrat lead congresses and presidents.

These 2 men, Chris Dodd and Barney Frank where the 2 main heads to committees in congress on oversight of the GSE’s Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae which lead to the housing crisis. They eventually lead to the federally backed investment instruments which were the scape goat for these politicians and the Democrats after the housing crisis and financial meltdown.

They helped create the Community Reinvestment Act and pass it originally in 1977 under Jimmy Carter. Then it is these same laws which were championed under the Bill Clinton administration and head of Fannie Mae “Franklin Raines” with the help of community organizers like “Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven” which lead to the reason to eliminate our freedoms and rights. Even more, they lead to the spread of America’s wealth to their causes and the true “redistribution of wealth of this country” around the world to were they saw fit. Americans Constitutional rights have been under assault with all these laws without many even knowing it. Cloward and Pivens role in this law was at the heart of their ideology of ways to over extend the federal government in America. They knew with socialistic programs like this law. They would eventually create reasons or problems that Americans would look at on the surface as a need for more federal regulation and need for the Federal government or the “STATE” to eliminate more of our rights. This was the same reason for the “Fast and Furious” gun running scheme which would have been the reason for major increased gun control in America if it had not been revealed.

Now I know, that we cannot weed out all of the corruption in Washington but it is about time that the ones we know are bad that we stop supporting them further and start firing their butts!

Is there reason why Eric Holder knowing full and well about this corrupt scheme is still at the head of our Justice Department? If we are a country governed by our laws, yet our laws are enforced by known corrupt leaders what does that say for our country?

I think Ted Nugent has a good point when he makes the statement he does over gun rights. Our founding fathers made it our 2nd amendment for a reason. Only god given freedom of speech and religion trump are given before it. They knew if Americans had no way to protect that 1st amendment it would come under assault as well. So Barack and all your left leaning cronies can know one thing.

YOU CAN TAKE MY GUN OVER MY DEAD BODY AND THAT WILL BE THE ONLY WAY I LOSE THAT FREEDOM!

Sorry Ted for putting you so close to this traitor of a President but everyone should hear from his own mouth how Barack Obama feels on the issue of gun control and Americans Right to Bear Arms in this country. Even though you do need to read through some of the uumms and ahhs that so frequently go along with him trying to sound like he is for something when he is not.
