1—Donald Trump is officially indicted again. Jack Smith’s federal grand jury probe resulted in four counts against Trump, including conspiracy to defraud, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of, and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.
The judge who will oversee the case, Tanya Chutkan, an Obama administration appointee, has presided over January 6 cases. Chutkan served participants on January 6 with even more severe sentences than the DOJ recommended.

2—Judge Tanya Chutkan, the same judge assigned to Trump’s indictment, was previously employed with a law firm that employed Hunter Biden and worked closely with the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings.
3—Wisconsin police arrest a young man for preaching the gospel at a transgender event that specifically targeted children. This shameful violation of the First Amendment was videotaped, and bystanders can be heard telling the police, “You guys are acting like thugs.”
4–A study out of the University of Michigan shows that 12th grade boys are becoming more conservative compared to girls, who are increasingly liberal.
