This led to Dueling electors with alternative Electoral College votes which is normally legal by the way it’s never been deemed illegal before and that Trump had masterminded all of this to have Congress decide to not certify Biden as the President on January 6th and that all of this was an act of
Insurrection now look there’s a lot of holes in that narrative first off of course Trump did tell people to go protest to go protest let their voices be heard on January 6th but they also had a scheduled event at the capital in fact they had the permanent for it and
They even had a speaker stand uh of course you we all know the story of that I won’t get too deep into it but a lot of holes in the gen6 narrative in and of itself aside from that dueling electors are not illegal Democrats have done it
Before in the past it was actually accepted by Congress uh but what they have to do is they have to criminalize every single instance every step of this narrative they have to indict people create fake charges go after them get guilty please because they threaten them with you know novel novel sentences
They’re threatening them using you know interpretations of the law that have never been applied like this in fact under normal interpretations of the law no laws were broken in many instances including for example with you know um the disrupting and official proceeding charge that many of the J Sixers are
