Being closed and it’s very likely heading to the Supreme Court this is a major win for election integrity and I’ll be explaining what that means exactly also in Iowa they’re going to be abolishing Dei that’s diversity equity and inclusion in all the state universities at least from the top level
Wall Street is dropping ESG that’s environmental and social governance an anti- censorship Crusade is forming behind Elon Musk and also the effort to remove Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot has failed yet again big news today folks uh let’s start with what’s happening with this election this election Integrity ruling because a lot
Of you have asked about you know how are things looking for 2024 with the elections this ruling could change the game on a lot of it and let me explain now one of the key loopholes that allowed for activists to change election laws around the country back in 2020 and
To prevent key protections like voter ID and so on even some of the lawsuits that were filed to force really bad things that led to a lot of I would say fraud uh such as for example you know Universal mail and ballots the biggest loophole on this has now been closed at
Least temporarily now the e8th circuit of appeals their Court just ruled against this and the case will now likely head to the Supreme Court and given how the Supreme Court has ruled in the past it’s very likely that this will stay as it is in terms of getting tossed
Out essentially now the ruling says that only the federal government not outside individual groups like civil rights groups or activist groups could sue to enforce the Voting Rights Act Provisions let me explain let me show you first political what they say about it it says the decision out of the E circuit
Because you know this is political right will almost certainly be appealed to the Supreme Court but it should it stand it would Mark a dramatic roll back of the enforcement of the law that led to increased minority representation in American politics I think by minority here they mean like you know far-left
Voters says the appellant Court ruled there is no private right of action for section two of the law which prohibits voting practices that discriminate on the basis of race that in practice they claim would severely limit the scope of the Protections in the act for decades private parties including civil rights
Groups individual voters and political parties have brought section two challenges on everything from redistricting to voter ID requirements and why does that matter matter so much it’s because although they claim that it’s because you know this is racist and they of course Sue based on civil rights
To change election laws the basis of that is they claim that for example voter ID discriminates against you know black people they claim that redistricting is racist if it means depriving you know if it means changing the voting Maps uh of course you know the way this
Is often interpreted is by the judges who make the rulings and of course oftentimes rule with the left on this this makes it so they can no longer use that tactic uh and this is massive in terms of the way uh the elections of the
Country are run now let me show you this this is Charlie Kirk of Turning Point on this he said this he said for decades random citizens have been allowed to sue state or local governments to throw out voter ID signature verification one of the big issues they’re finding in like
Arizona by the way or other election practic practices that supposedly constitute discrimination he said this law has encouraged well-funded groups to sue every government however minor that has any election security measures many jurisdictions fear passing any laws at all because they don’t want to deal with il legal costs and hassle
The left has built a massive apparatus led by he says Mark Ellas to Outsource all its election lawsuits and he says that now the 8th circuit says this racket is illegal throughout its jurisdiction which includes notably the swing states of Iowa and Minnesota massive news for elections
This is very likely going to be one of the biggest rulings going into 2024 and so remember this happened folks that said another big story Iowa is going to cut Dei from All State universities and I think this is a trend as well that we’re seeing
The Dei agenda really just took a major blow in Iowa this will likely spread this is the policy of diversity equity and inclusion remember the Supreme Court made a ruling on some of this saying that schools cannot discriminate including against white people and some of the laws under for example
Affirmative action are deemed essentially to be racist under of course the new Supreme Court ruling the Iowa Board of Regents is now going along with this kind of trend as well and they just voted to get rid of Dei policies at universities in the state all of them it
Says this according to Christopher rufo he posted a letter on it it says restructure the C this is the actual letter restructure the Central University wide Dei offices to eliminate any Dei functions that are not necessary for compliance or accreditation they want to quote review all college department or unit level Dei positions
Du to determine whether Dei specific job responsibilities are necessary for compliance accreditation or student and employee support services and they also want to make sure that quote no employee student applicant or campus V visitor is required to submit a Dei statement or be evaluated based on based on
Participation in Dei initiatives now the crazy thing is is that stuff’s already been happening a lot at a lot of the universities imagine that you want to visit a campus and you have to submit a Dei statement or be evaluated on whether you’ve like Taken part in their you know
Dei brainwashing segments what this is essentially is racism framed as anti-racism these are the things they force white people to apologize for being white in some cases this is the most racist sick policy I think one of the worst in the country and thank goodness it’s being thrown out
My opinion now another big story here on not only DC Dei getting tossed out ESG is also getting tossed out right now right now big investment firms are dropping ESG environmental and social governance and they’re once again turning their focus to actually making a profit rather than trying to push this
Really just woke ideology Wall Street Journal a lot of other media been reporting it let me show you Wall Street Journal it says Wall Street is quietly scrubbing terms like sustainable Global impact and carbon transformation from fund names or closing ESG investment products alog together as investors
Continue to cash out people don’t want it it says sustainable funds you know sustainable lost $4 billion so far this year according to Morning Star at least six funds announced they would drop their ESG mandates this year while another 32 will close according to data compiled by Morning Star and the Wall
Street Journal now what exactly happened that led to this big shift well here’s the hill on it and opinion piece talking about the rise and fall of ESG investing it says this eventually investors pushed back in a significant win for the American free market movement states such as Texas Florida and South Carolina
Began to enact restrictions on how State funds under their control could be handled ensuring that the responsibility to generate maximum returns was the only thing affecting investment decisions remember we talked about this before in the show basically a lot of these companies were running or these investment firms or the groups pushing
These uh you know ESG standards were running a racket they were doing they were making decisions that were not based on really a fiduciary duty to the shareholders they were taking your pensions they were taking your retirements and they were putting it into woke agendas that were making
People lose money not make money and so by doing this the way that they the way that they were drawing a profit was through strong arming businesses they were making it so that if businesses didn’t have good ESG scores that they would lose money and so by esta in
Essentially a monopoly they were using this Monopoly as a way to pressure businesses out of you know really making Sound Investment decisions um really was being run like a racket like a really terrible Racket and they got called out on it now the new rules according to the
Hill the new rules helped impede the effort for example by environmentalists to win support for otions to be at Big Bank shareholder meetings that would block future Investments and Loans needed to construct natural gas pipelines develop deep water or oil exploitation sites and build up the infrastructure of the conventional
Energy industry it says in response influential free market groups such as the committee to unleash Prosperity the competitive Enterprise Institute and the Heartland Institute began issuing reports showing that ESG investing inhibited rather than enhanced return on investment and did not lead to economic growth notes that in recent months large
Asset Management firms have been less supportive of shareholder proposals on environmental and social governments issues and they have that they’ve been previously notes that black rock for example reports that its support at annual meetings for so-called social justice resolutions has dropped from 47% to 22% to just 7% over three years what
Does that mean only about 7% of these investors actually want it and it says the same is true for Vanguard another one of these big ESG firms which backed only 2% of environmental and social re social resolutions compared to 12% in 2022 now if you might remember earlier
This year Larry thinkink he’s the CEO of Black Rock said that he was going to stop even using the term ESG because he claimed it was being weaponized watch this so why not say ESG anymore because it’s been weaponized by the far left and weaponized by the far right and it it
It’s it it we lose a conversation now on that note as I’ve discussed previously on the show one thing to watch for is that they just repackage ESG and call it something else and keep trying to run the racket uh really this is not just a narrative
Issue anymore it’s become a legal issue for these companies and if they’re not making Sound Investment decisions if they’re essentially robbing shareholders in order to put push social agendas they’re facing lawsuits on this and so it’s gone beyond just the narrative and labeling issue it’s now uh entering the
Stage of something that actually affects people’s pocketbooks and people who have their money in these firms are unhappy about it uh different states that have put money from the state including people’s pensions into these firms they’re unhappy about it and these firms if they don’t start acting and doing
Things which they’re expected to do based on shareholder from shareholders well they’re going to face lawsuits I mean imagine imagine you’ve been working your entire life you have your retirement fund and you expect to retire and actually have money in your retirement fund but instead you find out
That there was a group taking your retirement money and pushing you know social movements using your money and then what happens when you retire and that money is gone or never grew well I think most people we would be pretty dang mad and that’s exactly what happened right here that’s exactly
What’s been going on with ESG now another big story folks it’s an interesting day today it’s like uh it’s like the tsunami has started of just push back against all these crazy agendas there’s an anti-censorship Crusade forming right now behind Elon Musk and it’s not just musk it’s Trump
As well let me show you this now after Elon Musk was accused of anti- semitism by Media Matters and after musk threatened a lawsuit to counter this a group is now forming behind Elon Musk to support free speech and they’re going against Media Matters interestingly and noting that Media Matters was using this
Whole label of anti-Semitism they claiming at least as just a tool to attack the enemies of the left and and it’s showing now what they claim at least to be what could be fraudulent activity they’re claiming Media Matters falsified evidence in order to make this label which they then used to uh launch
Financial attacks against Elon Musk now post millennial has this it says the Babylon B announced plans to commit a $250,000 ad by on X and shortly thereafter Tim cast and Benny media followed suit with a $250,000 commitment from timcast and 50,000 from Benny media these are groups saying hey X formerly
Known as Twitter is having people attack it financially they’re pulling their ads off the platform and all these conservative groups are now saying they’re going to start dedicating money to adson X in order to fill that Gap that’s been taken out now more have also joined in including controversial figure
And Andrew Tate who said he’ll spend $1 million a month on X ads and now you have Rumble joining in the broader movement as well rum Rumble by the way we’re also on Rumble is an uncensored relatively a video platform it’s kind of the alternative to uh
YouTube it says this on post millennial now Rumble CEO Chris pavlovski has announced his plans to go thermonuclear because that was the phrase that Elon Musk used the thermonuclear loss that he was threatening against Media Matters here’s what he says he says when I said the Cavalry is coming I was not joking
In the coming days we’re going thermonuclear as well every one is about to witness the greatest push back against the censorship regime the people’s support for all organizations and this mission is critical and musk replied yes now as this is happening the corporate media are crumbling it’s
Incredible to watch actually let me show you this first aios had this they said the decline of local newspapers accelerated so rapidly in 202 23 that analysts now believe the us will have lost onethird of the newspapers it had as of 2005 by the end of next year you
Get that folks close to a third of the newspapers in the United States are going under and now that was predicted to happen by 2025 now they’re moving it back by the end of next year that’s one year away now hedge funds they say that bought up a big chunk of these
Newspapers all AC it’s a lot of it’s like local newspapers in recent decades they’ve pulled back now a lot of a lot of people think their local newspaper is independent a lot of them are not a lot of them are just owned by these big
Hedge funds A lot of them push the same agendas you see in all the big corporate media and a lot of them just run syndicated content from the big corporate media they really look like local media and they might have a few local stories but for the most part all
The stories are coming from the big systems and on that note as well they say there isn’t enough investment in digital news Replacements to stop the spread of news deserts in America they’re calling them and on top of that on top of a third of the newspapers in the country going
Under Trump’s truth social they just filed a lawsuit against 20 of the biggest Legacy news outlets they filed the lawsuit against the guardian The Hollywood Reporter Miami heral it’s EXE itive director Reuters Rolling Stone the hill deadline Hollywood benzinga aios The Daily Beast salon New York Daily News Newsweek MSNBC mediate daily and
CNBC and that law suit they want $1.5 billion doll in Damages because they say these companies Cost U truth social somewhere in the area of like $75 million in Damages through what was false reporting which they refused apparently to retract now and in addition to this
Media Matters the one being sued by Elon Musk now and yes he did announce the lawsuit on it is also being investigated for possible crimes they’re not just facing a lawsuit and we don’t know how big that’s going to be from Elon Musk yet right because they the allegation at
Leases they falsified data in order to create the label where they said that Musk is pushing anti-Semitism they attacked musk personally they damaged his reputation and then they attacked his company and then damage their finances by going to all these different advertisers and all these different groups and getting them to all attack
Elon Musk he’s suing Media Matters for this and now as I just mentioned that is not just a civil issue it’s not just like if if they did this what they’re being accused of that’s not just a civil matter between Musk and x and Media Matters this is a criminal issue as well
Post millennial said this on Sunday Republican Missouri attorney general Andrew Bailey announced that his team is investigating left leaning news organization Media Matters over allegations of criminal and civil violations it says these specific allegations that attorney general Bailey’s office is investigating pertain to recent findings that Media Matters allegedly created fake social media
Accounts to game the ex servers in order to create false impressions for its hit piece on Elon Musk and by the way the interesting thing with all this is uh you know musk of course has this new CEO Miss Yak arino who posted some of the data they have on the back end
Demonstrating the actual facts on the case and they claim they have evidence showing again they claim that Media Matters did in fact falsify the data again we’ll see how the case goes moving moving forward because this is now just beginning and in addition to of course the um the Missouri attorney general you
Also have attorney general in Texas Ken Paxon joining this investigation as well he’s also now investigating Media Matters for potential fraudulent activity yeah Big Stuff folks a lot of big stuff going on uh that’s it for YouTube Facebook Twitter for the rest of the episode I’ll be talking about the
