Earth they did that notably with military grade weapons which the time were muskets now of course if you were to take that interpretation of gun control and apply it to these days that would mean you can own everything from an assault rifle to artillery but of
Course the powers that be are trying to make sure that Americans do not have that ability officials are finding right now basically that the constitution protects Americans very very broadly and so because of that groups that want to go after these types of things they’re taking some roundabout ways in doing it
They’re trying to strip the rights in particular in this case of Americans from owning Firearms by using backdoor approaches uh this includes some of the things we talked about recently one of the things they’re doing is they’re trying to regulate ammunition because a lot of officials are like well you know
What we can’t make it so you can’t own a gun but we can make it so you can’t own ammo uh there are ways to put gun sellers out of business uh in a lot of parts of the US now they’re making regulations and permits and taxes and
Other pressures that make it so that it’s just too expensive and too difficult to run a store that sells Firearms you’ll always be harassed you’ll always be taxed and it’s just too much dang work they’re also looking on ways to regulate the trainers who are needed to give firearm permits in some
States in the US the process of getting let’s say a concealed carry permit requires you to take gun training you have to take safety classes and so on I think it’s somewhat reasonable but the problem you have even with some somewhat reasonable cases like this is that activists acting as political officials
Uh who want to go after these rights will use loopholes within these laws to restrict your right to own a gun one of the ways they do it with the trainers is they restrict the amount of permits they give to the trainers so they limit the
Number of trainers so that let’s say the backlog of people uh make sure that there are just not a lot of these permits being given out in other words it’s a long process and a lot of people might just choose to not do it and of
Course add to this the new method of trying to regulate the full industry by going after the manufacturers themselves because what is it mean if you’re a gun manufacturer and someone in Mexico shoots somebody and you’re suddenly being held legally accountable for a crime that took place in another country
With an illegally trafficked firearm U of course there are similar pushes like this now in addition to all of this there’s something else big happening right now which is Democrats are trying to ban private militias because you know of course if you were to read the Constitution you’ll find
That the rights to bear arms are right alongside the ability to have a well-regulated militia there are some different interpretations of what that means in the traditional interpretation of America um a lot of people would say well the militia is my ability to get my friends together or maybe your church
Together and get those men and train them and this is of course a Grassroots level type defensive force that America has if you go back to of course again the time of the founding fathers the US military was mainly like that the generals were typically the individuals
Who could get enough of their friends together or in some cases even pastors uh who of course brought their congregation in and they were then command they would then have command over the individuals they brought with them uh meaning that the military in the US was a militia it was a well regulated
System like that it was the Minute Men it was individuals coming together and forming a body of of themselves in order to defend the nation uh these days of course you do have small militias in different parts of the US some very large ones uh which are civilian they
Are not controlled by the government they’re not controlled by the federal government or local government there are other interpretations of this though arguing that a militia is only a well-regulated militia meaning regulated through government policy and mainly only interpreted as being things like the National Guard for example NTD said
This it says Democrat lawmakers are advancing legislation intended to prevent privately organized paramilitary and militia group activities within the United States introduced by Senator Ed Mary a Democrat and representative Jamie Rasin also a Democrat on Thursday the bill called the preventing private paramilitary activity act I.E a militia would prohibit privately organized
Groups from publicly patrolling drilling or engaging in harmful or deadly paramilitary techniques which can be pretty dang broadly interpreted by the way it could also include quote interfering with or interrupting government proceedings like for example if you maybe protest the counting of Electoral College votes hint hint wink
Wink right or interfering with the exercise of someone else’s constitutional rights so if you practice your constitutional rights and another person feels that you interfered with their rights not violated them by the way then your constitutional rights can be trampled on because of that you getting the the roundabout logic here right now
According to Mr Mary their bill defines a private paramilitary organization as quote any group of three or more persons associating under a command structure for the purpose of functioning in public or training to function in public as a combat combat support law enforcement or Security Services Unit it notes the bill
States acting with or on behalf of such a private paramilitary organization while armed with a firearm explosive incendiary device or other dangerous weapon and engaging in patrolling training interfering with uh government or constitutional rights or assuming the functions of law enforcement without official Authority briefly on this
Remember because of the way that the con Constitution is being interpreted in some ways uh they’re even saying for example that if you were to protest in front of an abortion clinic that the act of protesting is an act of denying people their right to get you know
Needed medical care or a way of maybe even exercising their own religious beliefs and if you’re interfering with that there was a case for example of several people who were protesting in front of an abortion clinic they were singing Christian hymns they’re now facing 11 years in prison it was not
Violent but the act of let’s say interfering with another person’s constitutional rights because of the way they’ve over interpreted that um notice they over interpret some and they under interpret others the act of doing that was considered a major violation of the law and just for non-violently protesting again you have people facing
11 years in prison and so just emphasizing the way that this interfering with government or constitutional rights can be over interpreted it notes that the bill makes ex exceptions for members of the National Guard notably again because that’s what they do considered to be a militia in this case and other military
Reserve components State guard forces like Texas for example which has its own military and members of other federal or state organized groups to train in and apply paramilitary law enforcement and security service activity notably the nature of that could even mean for example that unless you have a group
Working very directly with the government even private militaries even for example private security forces like in New York right now where the law doesn’t necessarily protect you anymore let’s say you need to hire a bodyguard or have a bodyguard service um or you have a store that is being robbed all
The time and so you need to hire private security if your security company is holding police training or security service training they could also be shot down by this bill meaning the government would then have a complete Monopoly on the exercise of violence uh which many
People have raised as being one of the issues with gun control it’s not necessarily about stopping guns from being available it is merely about making sure that the guns are only in the hands of certain individuals what makes it so that a security guard working for the government has more of a
Right and more responsibility as a human being now let’s say a private security guard guard what makes it so that a kid you know just after college for example joining the military and getting a gun is more responsible than a 40-year-old veteran who served in the military
Previously and decides he still wants to own a gun what is the difference of the individual the only difference in this case is that one of them works for the government and one of them does not now on this note as well this bill it says will also allow for the organization of
Groups form solely to conduct military reenactment so if you want to play pretend and actually I like these guys quite a bit uh then you can still do that they don’t count it as that which might be a really kind of funny loophole by the way because you could be like
We’re not training our militia we’re merely reenacting the trainings of militias right it also includes they not Bonafide veterans organizations with no intent to engage in the A4 mentioned prohibited activities meaning you can’t do anything and students in government or state authorized educational institutions that teach military science
For example military acmy is what they mean now look if they can ban militias by the way it could also give some foundation for them to using this to restrict Firearms remember a key narrative in The anti-un Advocate narrative is that they want to label militias again as only being the
National Guard or you know military services directly tied to the US government meaning that they don’t believe that the Constitution protects the rights to have private militias if they can reinterpret that idea of what a militia is they can then apply that constitutional interpretation to firearms because some people argue based
On this that the Second Amendment which protects your rights to bear arms which Congress by the way shall not infringe upon are more just for militias that the ability to own guns that only applies to militias that’s the way it’s interpreted and so so if they can reinterpret the
Idea of what a militia is Right stick with me if they can reinterpret the idea of what a militia is then they can say only militias can own guns only individuals part of security or law enforcement Services directly under government control can own guns and the
Rights to bear arms only applies to that narrow interpretation so in other words if it’s interpreted this way say the it’s just the National Guard or state guards or whatever else then that interpretation would limit the Second Amendment protections to only government forces meaning not for you and of course in my
Opinion it’s unlikely this is going to hold up in the current Supreme Court by the way even if it gets passed which I personally believe it will not but the important thing to understand here is the agenda and what is behind at least I believe what they’re trying to do with
That but back to the the issue of crime in Mexico because we discussed how there’s us they’re using this lawsuit right now trying to push it through and they’re trying to sue gun manufacturers right now in the United States this is now overflowing this crime in Mexico it’s overflowing into the United States

Houses which notably use in a lot of cases slave labor because it’s people paying off their debts from being trafficked which many times they can never pay off because of the way the debts work uh they’re being of course put into slave labor camps on American soil growing and harvesting marijuana

Of people right here in the United States were the cartels designated as a terrorist organization it would mean that every single official in Mexico maybe even including the president of Mexico who has of course policies working very closely with the cartels or you know of course work with them in
Some other way some of them maybe even of course being agents of the cartels or people being bribed or blackmailed by the cartels would then be seen as terrorist um collaborators and that would mean that they are then of course considered terrorists as well when you have a criminal organization that runs
Paramilitary forces that carries out Mass acts of violence and that of course creates products that are poisoning and killing Americans by the tens of thousands every single year I think that’s a pretty big a pretty big deal now they would argue of course that well technically it’s Americans uh American
Citizens in a lot of cases who are selling the fenel on the streets yeah but the cartels are creating the networks for it they’re supplying the products and they’re operating under relative protection in Mexico while they do that the government of Mexico is complicit in that by the way and of
Course they’re even blocking actions by the United States to try to go after them now I would say of course if we talk about Barack Obama and things for example like fast and fury where they were running you know arms trafficking operations if you want to talk about
Barack Obama who had policies of providing cocaine to the Hezbollah networks in Latin America which did come out by the way that was reported uh personally I’d say that maybe we have some officials right here in the United States who are also complicit in aiding and abetting the enemies of the United
States and in of course encouraging terrorist activity in other countries notably in actions against the United States uh interestingly right now the case on Trump’s presidential immunity is now heading to the Supreme Court you know on this note and if the Supreme Court determines that well you know those broad constitutional protections

And things they’re accused of I’d argue they’re a lot worse um and so we’ll see how this all goes personally um I think an easy way by the way on the note of Mexico in order to of course you know hold them accountable for drug violence and gang violence and
You know drug deaths in America would be to just seize remittances uh Mexico for the most part is a kleptocracy it survives by as a parasite mainly on the United States it lives off crime it lives off violence it lives off corruption it lives off people illegally entering this country and
Sending money home a lot of their economy is based on this yes of course we do give them a lot of legitimate op legitimate business for example factories and so on but I think actually maybe America should consider bringing those factories home as well uh of course America has a lot of Leverage

Product and maybe his suppliers are using illegal products it is totally possible and you know maybe some of them have sourced Goods that are only from legal grows and so on but in that industry which is a gray zone of legality I would I would wonder based on the type
Of individuals who run those Industries it it goes very close to the criminal side of things and because they operate within a gray Legal Zone I don’t think it would be a big step for them to let’s say work with the criminal side of those types of operations uh Cowboy you’re saying
Please give the statute that says a foreign country can sue the us as if it is part of the US yeah actually of course we talked briefly about a federal appeals court is allowing the lawsuit from Mexico against the United States to go through I would argue that is not
Legal there should not be the ability of foreign countries to sue us for crimes that happen through of course you know loose un crime policies including in their own countries holding us accountable for problems they have I should note as well that even the narrative that American Guns are the
Main cause of violence in Mexico is not really accurate uh the analysis of American Guns being the main problem with that was based on analysis of only a few different weapons caches uh if you want to talk about the real origin of a lot of weapons a lot of them are coming
From China’s norinko a lot of them are coming from North Korea a lot of them are coming from other countries and of course if they go after and even shut down American Arms manufacturers if they make it so that American gun companies go out of business or have to enact
Tight enough policies that we can no longer sell guns guess what supply and demand folks the cartels are not going to throw their arms in their air and be like oh we can’t buy American Guns anymore I guess we’ll go out of business the cartels are not going to be like oh
I can’t buy an ArmaLite rifle I guess I just have to use this machete from now on we’ll have to sword fight they’re not going to say that they’re going to say where else can we get our guns they’re going to say what other country can we
Buy guns from and they’re going to be 3D printing guns or they’re going to be buying guns from North Korean arms traffickers which by the way are some of the largest in the world they’re going to be buying Russian guns or you know Ukrainian guns or some other firearms

Listen to Authority if we don’t agree with it it’s it’s something in the DNA of Americans which if you travel to other countries you don’t see that if you travel to other countries the law the absolute law-abiding nature unquestionable in terms of what they’re told to do the they they think like that

Violate the law and then sue the government who tries to enact that law and takes it to the Supreme Court and often wins and so you know Americans were funny like this but it applies to the way that our military works as well if troops do not agree with the morality
Of certain orders they just will not carry it out you saw a case of this recently in the you know standoff in Texas where of course the uh Border Patrol was ordered to go and open the gates so to speak when Texas was trying to you know secure the border the Texas
National Guard sorry the Texas Military because they have their own State military was deployed and they were trying to stop illegal immigrants from entering Texas Texas also made it a crime to illegally enter Texas from another country meaning that they were able to then regulate and control their own border security Now
When Biden gave orders to you know border patrol to go open the gates and even deployed I believe the Alaskan National Guard very recently to go try to challenge Texas and other states then sent their own National Guards to help Texas defend against the federal government a lot of people you might
Have seen online were like Civil War you know there they’re suggesting that there’s going to be a a shooting war between maybe border patrol in the Texas guard border patrol very quickly shot back like we’re not going to go to war with the National Guard like who do you
Think we are you know the guys on the ground this is what they said you know the kind of the the guys on the ground are not going to do that even if they’re ordered to they’re not going to do it there is respect among the individuals
The border patrol agents many of whom disagree with the federal government policies are going to do their job for the most part you know they’re going to maybe you know help people out out of the water and send them to the NGO traffickers to be brought into the
Nation but they’re not going to go to war with the National Guard over laws they don’t agree with to begin with they’re not going to shoot each other because Biden told them to do it you know what I mean and so you do you do have this nature of the Grassroots uh in

Tyrannical laws get pushed without a doubt you of course have you know protesters who sang hymns in front of an abor abortion clinic facing 11 years in prison you have people who didn’t even enter the capital building on January 6th who spent a lot of time in solitary
Confinement you have people facing 20 years in prison for nonviolent crimes and of course a lot of this is being applied based on what appears to be politicized Justice it is laws based on politics not based on say traditional interpretation of law a lot of it is what you would call novel interpretation
Of law using laws that have never been used this way meaning the individuals accused of the crimes would have had no way to understand they were violating the law even are being charged with really severe things whereas you know illegal immigrants able to openly violate the laws and basic sovereignty
This country are able to run free drugs and crime and theft and things like that are able to go rampant you even have for example South American style robberies happening in New York where you have illegal alien moped gangs where one guy drives and the guy on the back you know
Maybe robs somebody at gunpoint or or for example runs into a store Robs a store hops in the back of the moped and drives off or for example the guy in the back steals people’s bags or steals people’s phones while the guy in the front drives as they do it um actually
They just arrested several of them in New York by the way and um they’ve carried out some pretty terrible crimes there was a video actually that went viral where they robbed an old lady and because she was you know still had her bag on I believe it was they dragged her
Into a into I believe it was a light post um really terrible stuff so you know that’s able to happen in America that that’s being allowed because of the ridiculous light on crime policies and the way that law is being flipped upside down where good patriotic Americans are being persecuted and absolute criminals
Are able to do whatever the heck they want it is an inversion I think of Good and Evil evil is being protected and good is being suppressed based on the way that this far-left you know legal system is being applied but I would say as well that they’re finding that they
Cannot you in a free country and America still is the legitimacy of government arises only from the consent of the Govern that’s the way our country is set up and if government in a free country loses the cons ENT of the government then the government loses its power and
I think you can actually see that right now happening in the US even though they’ve tried enacting very far-left policies even though they’ve tried doing really ridiculous things and on the surface we can see the chaos from it you can see that it’s failing you can see
That it’s breaking at the seams you can see the wheels falling off the vehicle so to speak uh it is breaking it is falling apart because the American people for the most most part do not support it they’re losing the consent of the Govern and if they lose the consent
Of the Govern what does that mean it means that the border patrol doesn’t go to war with the National Guard when they’re told to it means that police don’t enforce laws that they believe are unconstitutional it means that the sheriffs across the United States which they’re doing right now uh will not
Enforce and even give public statements saying they will not enforce gun laws that they believe violate the constitution it means that the many checks and balances installed within the American system by the founding fathers from the federal level and the three branches of government all the way to the state
Level all the way to the Grassroots all the way to the sheriffs and all the way to you as an individual protected by the Constitution with legal rights to sue if you believe your rights are being infringed upon that these systems of the Govern are now pushing back strongly
Enough that you’re finding a lot of what the federal government is trying to do is not not legal and they’re losing a lot of key battles a lot of constitutional battles in a funny way I’d say actually the attempts to do a lot of what they tried to do have
Backfired uh because of that and they’re also finding the issue that if they push things too far they’re just going to become you know Kings without people so to speak um a king without without subjects is a King of Nothing meaning that they’re not a king anymore right
And if they I think they’re very quick heading in that direction actually they become powerless they become lame Ducks um and of course that’s different from a communist country where people are forced by very tyrannical system to do that but even if you look at the way the Communist systems collapsed even then
The leader still needs the consent of the Govern to an extent and that is one of the reasons why a lot of communist countries collapsed eventually people became so fed up that even in the face of death they refused to go along with the crazy policies um s nooi you’re saying seems
Like our country is heavily compromised through communist subversion spoton you’re saying I’ve heard mixed accounts about McCarthy’s investigations in the 1950s what methods of countering subversion have been successful over time I personally believe that McCarthy was right uh McCarthy I believe was falsely framed for a lot of things and

They carried out genocides in many parts of Asia They carried out horrific gen genocides in many parts of Europe They carried out horrific genocides in many many part of Africa they were creating criminal networks throughout Latin America notably the uh Narco Terror organizations um things like for example
