Old man with poor memory and it notes that jurors would probably assume Reasonable Doubt meaning they’d think that maybe he’s not really capable of standing trial in other words the jurors would get this you know opinion of him they’re suggesting and it also adds it would be difficult to convince a jury
That they should convict him by then a former president well into his 80s of a serious felony that required a mental state of willfulness now look what this suggests and this is the special counsil report this is a an official government level pseudo legal document right it is
Now suggesting that Biden does not have the in their exact words mental state of willfulness he does not have a mental state of willfulness and it suggests also that Biden is guilty in willfully withholding classified documents on Afghanistan several years back but that he cannot be charged criminally because
He is mentally unfit to stand trial and I think many people including myself are raising the question if he’s mentally unfit to stand trial but he’s somehow mentally fit to be president of the United States and how does that work and it raises another serious question going forward of whether he’s mentally fit

Is not the final determination by the Supreme Court but if that determination comes out that means the Georgia case against Trump is gone basically and it also means that several people who were accused of that while standing trial could possibly have their cases reheard or maybe even others because of course

Nations Foundation if their salaries as this states are coming from this United Nations Foundation it suggests that they’re working for somebody else you know normally if you are a government official and you’re working on taxpayer dollars it’s assumed you’re working for the American people that’s the way money
Works if you’re being paid by somebody it’s fair to say that you’re working for the person who pays you if you work in you know 7-Eleven you probably you know you getting paid by 7-Eleven you work for 7-Eleven you get paid by Starbucks you’re probably working at Starbucks if
You get paid by the United Nations who are you working for you tell me now in my opinion anybody taking this money anybody’s received it should actually also have to register as a foreign agent in my opinion because really the way that the foreign agent registration works right you have to register under
Far the foreign agent registration act under the law if you were to take money from a foreign entity whether it be a government or a foreign business Enterprise tied in with the government like maybe the United Nations with the purpose right of having you push a political agenda meaning you are
Advocating for a foreign interest that makes you legally a foreign agent so that raises the question then to what extent does the United Nations qualify as this because of course the United Nations presents an interesting challenge to the idea of being a foreign agent since it you know heavily
Represents the interests of foreign foreign countries notably if you were to work at the United Nations you would actually have to sign an agreement stating that you no longer recognize the you no longer recognize the Devotion to your home country and you’ve instead turned into this globalist organization
The idea of that being that while you’re at the United Nations you’re representing Global interests not the interests of one specific country but of course if you have a United Nations Foundation F funding and Bank rolling and even completely paying the salaries of local officials who are not sworn to
Protect and uphold the United Nations but instead sworn to represent the American people right a country not the UN it raises the question of to what extent were they actually doing that and of course if they’re serving a foreign interest does that make them a foreign agent right now like of course this
Could also be argued that this is you know raising concerns over the problems of lobbyists and the nature of political donations overall because it’s organizations often giving money with a purpose right if an organization lobbies the government very likely they want to push an agenda they want something out
Of it if they bankroll the campaign of a politician they probably want something in return this is at least the common understanding of why that money might be given and this practice overall raises the question of whether there’s an understanding again in these donations between the recipient and The Giver that
The public official then needs to support the policies in favor of the donors and personally I’d call that bribe I’d say that if you give PE if you give somebody money and you’re like hey buddy vote Yes tomorrow or vote no tomorrow or hey buddy remember who’s paying you I
Would call that political bribery and I mean of course the practice of this nature is generally legal if we call it lobbying but I believe there are some loopholes in our political system that are allowing public officials to be bought off by you know organizations and even compromised by money that have
Strings attached and I think it’s fairly well understood that this money often does have strings attached and you know in light of all this recent files that came out also this is another story we’re now seeing that Amazon was censoring books and especially those related to searches for things like
Vaccines because you know of pressure from the Biden Administration it turns out and of course this is Raising some other issues because if the if the company Amazon of course one of the main marketplace places online was receiving pressure to censor books right book censorship under the pressure from the
White House um that of course raises questions over whether it is a violation of the first amendment was it a violation of the US Constitution if the government is pressuring a private Enterprise to do it on their behalf well I’ll be talking more about these Amazon
