Show you the context and Republicans are using Ukraine cash as a bargaining trip for border security with the federal budget let me show you this first it says here a case now heading to the Supreme Court could make many government taxes illegal they’re claiming that a key ruling on this could cost the
Federal government several trillions of dollars in loss taxes and they also that also means American citizens will have trillions of dollars in money that is not being seized through taxes let me explain now New York Times says that on this case oral arguments are to begin
Tuesday that’s this week in fact at the Supreme Court in the tax case with with a lot at stake the case which is more V United States it says may appear to Center on a request for a $1 14,729 tax refund not a lot right but it
Says that TI it’s tied to a law that affective affected relatively few Americans but it could redefine what is considered income in America change how Congress taxes it and preemptively block future efforts by democrats to impose levies on billionaires wealth this is New York Times saying it now look even
Though the specific case is not a lot of money that’s just a bit over $14,000 and it’s on a case that really or a type of tax that really does not affect a lot of people the implications of a Supreme Court ruling on it because of all the technicalities in the
Constitution it’s connected to could be massive it’s based on an argument on attacks on unrealized gains you know the one they’re going against under the argument as well that this violates the 16th Amendment of the US Constitution but if her ruling is made on this from the Supreme Court it could
Actually deem many other taxes in the United States unconstitutional you had to dig around a bit to find what they mean here let me show you CBS on it it says solicitor general Elizabeth prer who represents the US before the high court warned the justices that invalidating the mandatory reparation
Tax would cause a sea change in the operation of the tax code and cost several trillions of dollars in Lost tax revenue but it says that Andrew Grossman who argued on behalf of the Moors you know the don’t tax me so much side told the court that allowing a tax on income
That a taxpayer has not yet received in this case sweeps away what the framer is regarded as the essential check on congress’s power to tax property for further in its states that Justice Neil gorik repeatedly pressed the again the one going against the Moors to lay out the limits of congress’s taxing power
Suggesting that siding with the government could prompt lawmakers makers to Levy new taxes such as on Americans retirement accounts or gains in the value of property God forbid that might happen right it says that former house Speaker Paul Ryan who led the chamber when it passed the Republicans tax
Reform plan back in 2017 he called the Moors lawsuit a misguided Challenge and warned that if the justices rule for the couple a lot of the tax code would be unconstitutional remember even though that’s a republican a lot of the Republicans did not like Trump or his
System of taxes back in 2017 so this does represent something that goes against you know the establishment whether it’s democrat or republican Ryan said this in September to the Brookings institution he said I’m not for a wealth tax but I think if you use this as the
Argument to spike a wealth tax you’re going to basically get rid of it I don’t know a third of the tax code do you hear that folks so if they do this it could get rid of taxes on our retirement accounts God forbid that might happen it
Could eliminate taxes on gains in the value of property you own oh for Lord forbid it can wipe out 2third of the tax code this is massive now I’d argue the bigger picture here is that they’re not so much debating this this is what’s really interesting about it in my opinion what
They’re essentially saying is that yes the tax system is unconstitutional they’re not debating it on the grounds of the Constitution they’re not looking at whether this is legal or illegal they’re looking at whether this is going to cause too much damage if they recognize it as illegal
Which they seem to be suggesting it is it seems they understand that the tax system we have these days violate the constitution again what they’re debating is whether they’re willing to uphold the Constitution even if it means less tax money for the federal government because that’s what’s really at stake here
They’re saying oh well we shouldn’t do it because you know it’ll wipe out too much taxes the government will lose too much money you know that that’s the argument in my personal opinion the Supreme Court at least in my understanding the Supreme Court is supposed to rule based on the
Constitution not whether upholding the Constitution would cause too many losses for government power that’s not how our system of law works that’s not how law Works in general in most places if a law is written it has to be followed not allowing somebody to violate it because
Not letting them violate it has too many repercussions now if the Supreme Court does take this which I think they might there’s a lot of different possibilities on how they might deal with it some are suggesting they could you know through the interpretation make it so that it’s
Not too sweeping others might try to make it very sweeping regardless there could be some serious reforms to our tax system now in other news a video went viral recently of democrat Senator Dick Durban announcing a new plan to Grant citizenship to legal aliens and migrants
Flowing into the US he said that the government could enlist them into the military and use that process to grant them citizenship now he argued this would solve two problems at once not only do the illegal immigrants get to become US citizens but the move would
Also help fix the troop shortage we have right now let me show you just a quick clip of this what troubles me about the debate now about the southern border is it is one half of the IM migration equation yes we need order at the border
Yes we need to have changes in the laws that reflect the reality of the overwhelming numbers from all over the world who are coming to our our Shores and our border but there is also an incredible demand for legal immigration into this country even now the presiding
Officer my colleague from the state of Illinois has legislation which addresses one aspect of that her bill and I hope I describe it accurately says that if you an undocumented person in this country and you can pass the physical and the required test background test the like you can serve in our military
And if you do it honorably we will make you citizens of the United States do we need that do you know what the recruiting numbers are at the Army and the Navy and the Air Force they can’t reach their quotas each month they can’t find enough people to
Join our military forces and there are those those who are undocumented who want the chance to serve and risk their lives for this country should we give them the chance I think we should let me tell you about now as you might imagine this true heavy criticism from conservatives some
Of them arguing that this would basically be a plan to create a non-american army that could potentially be used for other purposes and you know of course if you look at the broader context Senator Durban has been pushing this agenda or something similar to it for like several years now what he wants
Is to put changes or he before wanted to put changes to the immigration system into Biden’s build back better package which is kind of failing because they didn’t have the money for it and he got pulled into other things and he blames Putin for and so on right but let me
Show you this here’s one of his official releases from November 2021 this is again Senator Durban and Senator Durban tells the story of an illegal alien and in this case you know I’m differentiating between a legal immigrant and a legal alien legal alien being someone who is you know illegally
Entered or brought their family illegally entered versus someone who has granted pseudo immigration status through questionably legal means he’s talking here specifically about illegal aliens now he tells this story about this kid who was brought into the United States with his family when he was 12 attended us School Jun joined Junior Roc
In high school which is like yeah you can kind of train for the military when you’re still in school then wanted to serve in the US military but couldn’t because he needed a US birth certificate let me show you what he says in his site he says this when the Department of
Homeland Security finally granted Oscar a waiver with the help of durban’s office he intervened to help him get in he enlisted in the US Army within 6 months of returning to the United States he was off to basic training Oscars served our nation With Honor as a calvalry scout in Afghanistan and today
He is finally an American citizen now look in my opinion you know the military is good for people generally speaking maybe not everybody and frankly you know if you have people who grew up in this country and they’re patriotic and they want to serve this country even if you know they
Were brought into this country illegally by their parents I can understand the virtue of it but this is actually slightly misleading let me explain some of the deeper information on it now it’s actually not that widely known but you can actually join Jo the US military without being a US citizen already this
Is already in place it’s already a path to citizenship but there are some limits to it it’s not a totally Open Door system here’s the government Citizen and immigration Service website talking about it this is the official site of the US government it says this if you
Are serving or have served in the US armed forces and are interested in becoming a US citizen again suggest you don’t have to be one to join you may be eligible to apply for naturalization under special provisions of the immigration and National nationality act further down it says if you served
Honorably in the US Armed Forces for at least one year at any time you may be eligible to apply for naturalization now notably you can join the US military if you have a green card but again there are some limits on it it means if you have a green card you’ve
Gone through some of the legal processes you’ve you know gone through the system you’ve done it fairly you didn’t jump the line uh you went through you know you went to the government essentially do it and again there are some limits on this most notably you cannot join if
You’re an illegal immigrant if your entry into the United States began with you breaking the laws of this country and they include the DACA program under this which are of course the you know kids who were brought they were brought in usually when they were younger by
Their parents that people argue well it wasn’t them who did it it was their parents violating the law bringing them in why not let them serve many of them grew up here they went to school here you know they speak English fully you know they’re pretty much Americans but
Of course it’s questionably legal because Barack Obama created the DACA program to create this gray area of immigration for them now again that was kids who were brought to the United States but are being allowed to stay essentially now what’s my take there are some countries that have a pretty open
Door for this take for example the French Foreign Legion uh you know they get a lot of people from like Russia and stuff like that it’s like it’s like uh your skevy like Cutthroat uh you know military and the French Foreign Legion if you join it it’s a pathway to
Citizenship in France and you know they have they’re I mean they get a worse reputation than they probably deserve uh I know guys whove you know I know I have a lot of friends who are veterans I know people who served alongside the French Foreign Legion and they actually speak
Pretty highly of them and so you know there are working systems like this in different parts of the world and I’d say also that our military does generally teach good values and discipline at least you know it used to there’s some kind of weird stuff right now those of
You wondering as far as I understand the Marines are one of the few branches that haven’t adopted like too much woke stuff if you’re wondering uh but again there’s some St but don’t get me wrong but having a completely open system if you have it so there’s no limits on it
Because again the US already has this right you have to go through the legal process your entry here cannot be a violation of American law and if you’ve demonstrated a willingness to violate our law well who’s to say you’re trustworthy in other regards especially if you’re going to be controlling our
Military you know having a completely open system would open the door for a lot of other issues like for example example gangs or terrorist groups joining the military for training and then at the end of it even get US citizenship this is already a problem for example with the Mexican drug
Cartels a lot of them will have their you know gang members join the US military to get official military training and you know they go back to Mexico and or stay in the US these guys are you know you they’re they’re a trained military at that point they were
Trained to fight like the US Military and that is I think deeply concerning if we just have an open door policy where we’re willing to train anybody on how we fight and people don’t understand you know people generally who you know coming in from other countries if it’s
Totally open door they will not typically understand American Civics they won’t typically understand our history or what we stand for and you know joining being you know if they come here essentially en Joy they’re going to be trusted with our tanks our artillery our Jets maybe uh essentially all the
Weapons used to defend our country if a country maybe a potential us enemy wanted to flood America with people to come in list what happens then if you have thousands or tens of thousands or even just hundreds of foreign operatives within the military and their sabots or
Whatever else it does open the door to a lot of serious problems you know even foreign spies uh giving them access for example to National Secrets potentially even our what they call our modus appari or our modes of operation something closely guarded there needs to be at
Least in my opinion some limits on it we already have a very open system the United States despite all the criticism that previously and it’s open borders right now but previously the United States has had one of the most open immigration systems in the entire world
You know I I’ve I’ve heard these like college socialists talking of criticizing the American Immigration system back in the day and I used to a joke of they like you know I just want to have like Canada’s uh immigration syst although it’s a pretty crazy right
Now too because they used to have a merit-based immigration system even some very far-left pretty crazy W countries still have Merit based immigration which the United States is not now if you want to criticize the US and its ridiculously open immigration system where it’s very easy to come in here legally and then
Join our military if you want to you know including with immigration overall and the ability for non-citizens who join our military and become citizens it’s raising some real problems but if even despite our very open system in my opinion if your introduction to the United States is a show of willingness
To violate our laws a show of disrespect for your fellow C or for you know the American citizens here if it’s to you know come here for money to rob taxpayers it raises some ethical issues and again I think there needs to be at least in my opinion some limits on it
Now in other news Ukraine speaking of military and the need of troops Ukraine is in need of money a whole lot of money we already gave them a whole lot of money but they need more because they’re out apparently apparently they’re not going to be able to keep the war going
For another year is what they’re saying right now unless they get more money President Biden right now he’s asking Congress to take action and House Republicans are now using that request from Biden as a bargaining chip in the new government budget because they still haven’t passed it by the way uh they’ve
Been passing agreements to not shut down the government but they still have not agreed in an official budget and but what the Republicans want is a demand for border security but first off let me show you Ukraine post millennial says that in a letter to Republican and
Democrat leaders in the House and Senate budget D the budget director suggested that while many allies have ramped up their support for the war torn Nation Ukraine American Aid is critical and cannot be replicated cuz it’s a lot of money now further in says she noted that
As of mid November the Department of Defense our military had used up 97% you getting that we’ve used up 97% of the 62.3 billion doll that our defense department had received that is drain the US military budget 97% and the state the state department had used up 100% of its military
Assistance that total is about $4.7 billion further in it says that young suggested that helping build Ukraine or helping Ukraine defend itself was in the National Security interest of the US by preventing larger conflicts in the region that could involve NATO and put US forces In Harm’s Way I don’t think we
Could afford at this point just saying but it says as CNN reports the Biden Administration has provided Ukraine with over 1110 billion dollar in assist now I would question if Ukraine has received over $10 billion and the entire us defense budget is you know 62.3 billion they’ve used not quite but
Almost double our defense budget and you know you look at their troops and their fighting with like old equipment they don’t have new stuff I would question what they’re spending our money on I want to know if you know if they have the amount of money we just we spend
Double almost on our entire defense budget I want to know why they don’t aren’t able to replicate at least you know a fraction of the military power we can we can represent we’re not seeing the evidence of it and that’s one of the problems in my opinion I think that if Republicans
You know were shown that there was some audit or some kind of way of making sure the money is actually being spent on National Defense and we’re not for example paying the pensions of Ukrainian officials which were doing or paying for like you know infrastructure programs in
Areas that aren’t even affected by the war which we’re doing and aren’t buying them Yachts which people suspect were doing you know the government leaders there I would think that Republicans would probably be on board with it and in my opinion you know I actually think Ukraine fighting against Russian
Hostilities is relatively a good thing especially because Russia has a No Limits agreement with China and yes they have suggested that they’re part of the whole Global you know evil system targeting the United States again aligned with China and very much going against us interests it is very possible
That if the Russia is able to rebuild its military that they will be alongside that system and the chines Communist Party does regard them like that but if you want the US PE the American people to continue trusting you you need to give us reason to trust you you need to
Show like you know open the books and say I spent X money on this thing and I know even with our military budget there’s they keep failing their audits we don’t really know where all the money goes but you know at least give us some transparency at least demonstrate a
Little bit through an audit or otherwise otherwise I don’t think Republicans generally are going to keep supporting it not to mention the fact because we’re bankrupting our military because of this now on this note there’s a bit more to it here’s how Republicans are currently responding Fox News has the house
Speaker Johnson saying this it says that he issued the ultimatum in a Tuesday letter to the White House and it says that Johnson’s letter says Ukraine Aid is quote dependent upon enactment of transformative change to our Nations border security laws I would actually argue as well that if you were to take
The money that America is spending I’ve seen estimates in the areas of like $400 billion to house and feed and take care of all the illegal aliens and illegal immigrants heck you know I would if if we fixed the Border problem and stopped giving free handouts to people I think
That alone would probably end a lot of the illegal immigration I think that if we stopped offering people free houses and free food and free you know everything else and you’re not going to be you know targeted by our our Immigration Services uh you’re you’re offered you know the the Socialist dream
Essentially to come here on the backs of us taxpayers if they closed that loophole which is currently bankrupting several major US cities including New York you know I I would say Hey you know maybe give a fraction of that to Ukraine maybe give them the hundred billion dollars they want because that’d be
About like a fourth of what we’re spending G According to some estimates on illegal immigration and giving people all these free handouts you know I really think that that alone would ironically free up enough money for I know the federal government isn’t funding it too much it’s fall in the
Backs of state governments even though state governments want money from the federal government I think that would free up enough to fix the problem if that’s really what they care about and of course the other possibility is they’re hedging their bets on the idea that maybe we’ll get pulled into that war and
They want to make sure that we have enough of an illegal alien population to enlist in the military in order to fight our Wars for us as some people are suggesting as I showed you a minute ago anyways wild times R in folks that said let’s jump over to questions and
Those of you on YouTube Twitter Facebook every other platform we are we are doing the full episodes two days a week now on all these platforms that is Tuesdays and Thursdays but of course I also have um you know we have epic tvtv.com where you can watch the special
Features we do the investigative features documentaries a lot of other shows we have some great content for you all you know again don’t miss it and of course you know three days a week other than these two we also do the q&as there exclusively and I usually do some of the
Some of the news stories that I cannot show you on YouTube um I have to selectively put them on there because YouTube and other platforms still have pretty stringent censorship policies and if we’re going to do the whole show here I need to put that on Epic TV so join us
On Epic TV and you also help us keep this show going so I appreciate all of your support and that’s let’s jump into some questions let me see here all right uh first off from biomics 2024 boycott you’re saying once cbdc you’re talking about centralized banking digital currencies
Replaces the currency will it eliminate the IRS taxes and other public private filings once the government controls the algorithm for end your funds what happens to all the cash seized by the government from the illegal operations cartels and who decides where it goes you know uh Biden obic boycott I think
You are addressing issues that have not yet been addressed but you you raised some pretty important ones you know I could I could see the IRS facing irrelevancy when they if they roll out digital currencies here you know they they’ve announced the infrastructure to establish that people have talked about
Fed now uh which they have already launched and you know critics will be like oh it’s not a digital currency it’s not the digital dollar if you actually watch well first of all it’s not it’s it’s like a thing to help with transactions between Banks essentially
It’s it’s I mean not exactly but just generally speaking but if you watch videos of the people promoting it if you read their internal documents they do suggest that it’s a precursor to possibly enact a digital currency in the United States so without a doubt they’re
Trying to do it without a doubt there are groups pushing for it but the problem they face is they’re going to they would need Congress to get on board with it currently I don’t think Republicans would go for it I don’t know if Democrats would um I’ll give you some
Examples in some US states like California and New York they were talking about going cashless the problem you start having when you go cashless is that people who don’t who are not able to apply for banks and so on uh homeless people people who typically need cash
Because you know they beg for money or you know what I don’t know how they get it or they sell some drugs um there’s a population in the United States the underbelly population or or you know the people who are homeless through means again beyond their you know beyond their
Control uh they need to have cash and so because of for humanitarian reasons in the US they have not been able to get rid of cash not to mention the fact that a lot of us just would not support digital currencies although I should note if you go to some countries in the
World like Australia for example um you have a lot of you know high-tech com countries that already are relatively cashless the cultures in some countries have already adopted mostly a cashless system Americans we I think there’s something unique about our character we just we don’t like the idea of of that
You know not speaking for everybody but generally speaking I think most Americans don’t like the idea of having of not being able to have cash uh the some of the points you question is you know if they eliminate the IRS I could see them just like refocusing the IRS
One of the big problems they’d have would be the unions now you could argue that the IRS could be unconstitutional on its face that’s a whole other issue for another day I would argue that although you could also say that it was created through through a loophole with a constitutional
Amendment um but you’re they’re going to they would have to face a lot of problems with the unions and the workers unions and so on once government expands it’s very hard to shrink it and I could see them just repurposing the IRS or something uh you also ask about cash
Seized by the government from a legal oper ations and cartels they do some of that already I mean look at you look at Iran and the the money that Biden like freed up for Iran which by the way Republicans and Democrats are trying to get eliminated again and so it’s and
Actually Democrats are joining with Republicans on it that will probably go to Biden’s desk and if Biden signs it and or you know refuses to sign it and lets Iran keep its money against the wishes of both Republicans relatively and Democrats um it’s going to be a huge
Blow to him but that’s that’s in that’s in the system right now and we’ll see where it goes and um anyways you know you will have some issues with uh with this some people would argue that a cashless society would help eliminate some of the problems of the drug cartels
And human traffickers and illegal activity because you know how do they collect money are you going are you going to are you going to you know give your local human trafficker are you going to are you going to like I don’t know what they use like WhatsApp
Or maybe well not WhatsApp are you going to transfer your digital dollars to like a human trafficker or a drug dealer and like how do you register that and deal with that realistically you probably would have some weird money laundering system to make it possible but you know
Part of the argument is that digital currencies would get rid of some of those untraceable activities which you know some of them not all of them of course but some of them are criminal um another another big thing they talk about is going after um people committing
Financial crimes and so on but I I think the I think that the damage to uh personal sovereignty and I think I think the damage the potential censorship possibilities you know imagine imagine if we adopt a system like China we have a social credit system or one of these
Big Banks which they already do to extent decides to implement like a ESG score or a Dei score and if your woke level is not high enough you can’t buy bread or something you that’s that’s a real concern or for example if like PayPal for example was talking about
Doing uh they start restricting through private businesses purchases of things they don’t want you to have like guns like ammunition um you know they they could regulate what you can or can’t purchase by messing with the digital currency and because the you know our currency right now is it’s through the
Federal Reserve it’s technically not federal or a reserve it’s it’s a loop whole where it’s not fully under the government and there therefore as we’ve seen with some of the censorship laws not fully under the Constitution and so there are some real implications on potential abuse with it um let’s see
Here it’s me you’re saying some taxes illegal but don’t worry they’ll jack up others to make up for their losses it’s me I was thinking the same thing because you know earlier in this episode we were talking about excuse me let me um drink got drink water it’s
Late here so I’m I’m on the [Applause] road I’m on the road so I’m just drinking water um it’s me yeah I was thinking the same thing actually because as we were discussing there are some arguments over the def you know what that what the Supreme Court possible
Taking up the case on you know the American tax system would include is the idea of what is tax able income and they’re suggesting it could eliminate like 2/3 of our taxes or something crazy like that or a third or you know who knows what depending on how they handle
It um now some people might be hey great you know 2third less taxes where do I sign up but you’re probably right that there would be people looking at just expanding the forms of taxes that are still allowed uh because you could say that you know maybe they maybe they
Redefined taxable income and it it it’s limited to a few small areas but they could easily expand the taxes on those few small areas to make up for lost taxes elsewhere that is a very real possibility the loophole I would see within that is if you have individuals
Who have more of one type of income than another and that would mean that you have people getting unequally taxed um depending on you know their s source of income or whatever else or where their wealth is and so there there there could I I don’t know the the specifics of how
That would work just yet because again the Supreme Court hasn’t taken it up and the specifics of all the things that would impact have not really been discussed fully publicly yet uh but it could again it’s not as simple as it may sound I think if they wanted to just
Increase taxes on all these random Parts uh e Wonder e wonder you’re saying what about unconstitutional extra Jud IAL taxes on citizen residents of foreign countries this is actually something crazy um I I I’ve known a lot of people who are American citizens but have dual citizenship and they have to pay taxes
In two countries I’ve known some people who are you know Visa holders and they’re working here in the United States and because of either the country they’re coming from or crazy tax laws here they have to sometimes pay taxes in two countries as well and I think that is
Problematic um it makes it very hard for people to ironically legally immigrate and still be able to like fiscally do it you know in in my personal opinion one of these solutions to the immigration program would be to like reform immigration and create better programs for legal immigration especially things
Like you know I support merit-based immigration I don’t think we should just let in whoever or have like lotteries for it I think we should bring in people who have a demonstrated a demonstrated skill or will or specialty to benefit this country we shouldn’t just be letting
People in who are going to you know just live off of other people which I think is really problematic I don’t think it’s responsible to American taxpayers I don’t think it’s responsible in general I think it’s abusive to the American people and you know I disagree
With it I I know some people would argue well you know unskilled labor yeah I would argue it’s still skilled hear me out some people would argue well unskilled labor is going un is going unfilled by a lot of American citizens I know people who work in the construction
Industry who will say this they can’t hire Americans even if they want to and so they have to use like you know Mexican workers or people from other countries and you know they tend to be great laborers and great workers and so on too you know I I I actually worked as
A carpenter for a bit I think it’s a great skill to learn I I did General Contracting for she’s probably year and a half or something like that and my my dad also had a business uh doing General Contracting in fact he still runs it and
Um you know I grew up around that so I you know I I very much respect Blue Collar jobs in in fact they pay they pay pretty well you know I mean you know I’m I’m I am the the the cushy electrician job right about now
You know a plumber I know guys who actually try to hire like electricians who are doing you know housing construction there’s crazy wait times because there’s so few people doing them I understand that maybe with immigration that’s one thing that people want is you know people to fill those jobs that
Nobody else wants to do especially even like you know as Nancy Pelosi said who’s going to pick the oranges people people laughed at her like oh yeah who’s going to pick the cotton too right nany you know but you know she she’s right I don’t I don’t think a lot of American
Citizens want to do that but when you’re bringing in people who don’t want to do that either you’re bringing in people who feel that you owe them something you know that they believe that you’re going to give them a free house and free monthly income and free food and their
Kids can go to school for free and they can live off the backs of the American system which means the American taxpayer pays for it they’re not going to be putting up their hand to go volunteer to go pick you know oranges or something like that and so I think they’re really
Destroying probably a lot of these industries through the type of immigration you know handouts we’re offering uh which you know I I don’t think is going to be sustainable I think it’s going to crash this country if they keep up with it uh Judy Yim you’re saying isn’t it insanely risky to do
Cashless talking about digital currencies and so on in the age of expecting EMP and cyber attacks is a form of warfare one hack and your whole economy can be shut down yes and we’ve seen cases of this for example um one country one of I used I I actually I
Covered in Epic Times cyber security for several years um you know I used to be one of the National Security reporter I’ve done a lot I’ve had I’ve worn a lot of hats but I was a national security reporter for a while one of the big
Focuses I had was you know the early cyber attacks from China and the whole crazy stuff they were doing with that which they still do one of the case studies of how damaging or how a Cyber attack can be used for military purposes is the Russian war with Estonia because Estonia
Was a was a very you know Hightech country it’s uh it’s relatively you know highly digital and so on and when Russia wanted to attack Estonia what do they do they they shut down the banking system they shut down the electricity the grid and it was devastating to the country we
Have seen exactly what you’re talking about that yeah when you when you centralize your critical infrastructure in a system that can be easily targeted yes you massively expose yourself to having the system that makes your entire country work destroyed in the event of a war or even a terrorist
Attack um that’s one of the big arguments in fact against like the solar the solar farms and wind farms is because it’s it’s so centralized often times that if we went to war with you know Russia or China or maybe Canada I’m just joking you know if we went to a war
With another country those targets those locations would be key targets and if they were to hit one of those small areas you know what happens if the whole grid goes down and what happens as well if you know because we lose our currency and even the records notably of how much
Money you have and who has what if all that is wiped out because the digital infrastructure is wiped out and yeah that is devastating you could destroy a country very easily by just attacking a centralized data center like that or system like that if they put everything
In it which they’re talking about um it’s a part of unconventional War and the Next Generation War that is not as often discussed also that um critical infrastructure is one of the main targets I mean this this goes back to to even like World War II to an extent but
When you have countries like China for example what one thing they’ve talked about is that China they have nuclear power plants all along one of their major rivers and if they wanted to go with you know for example Taiwan and yeah Taiwan could be attacked with you know massive amounts of Chinese Rockets
What happens if Taiwan wants to just launch you know some targeted rockets at the at the Chinese nuclear plants along the major rivers which not runs right along a lot of their major cities you know modern war is it it it reminds me of um if if you
Know how like I don’t know if it’s true or not this is something I think I heard when I was watching the Discovery Channel when I was a kid there are certain types of snakes that when they fight they won’t bite each other and so they they kind of
Wrestle each other and the one that knocks the other one down is the winner uh because of course the snakes understand that if both of if if one of them bites the other they both die it’s mutually assured destruction and so you know with modern war Weaponry has
Reached such a level of maturity uh that and and also the the soft points of Nations have reached such a critical level that Nations could easily destroy each other devastate each other you know nuclear war being one case but there’s a lot of other forms that could do
This war could be so devastating that there would be no winners in it everybody would be a loser and so there are certain agreements of what we don’t do and um you know we see we can see some examples of this in Ukraine for example where there’s talk about know
Russia or Ukraine blowing up nuclear plants and so on and the devastation that could cause not just for Ukraine but like most of Europe it it gets pretty dicey you know again the the the maturity of weaponry and uh the way combat works is um has reached devastating levels where
Again if it were all out War it would be devastating uh Nick Nikki 6gb but of course the loophole in that is Terrorism or something like that you know who who don’t care about that of course Nikki 6gb you’re saying how about we not only don’t have to pay these illegal taxes
But we get all the money back that we’ve paid out illegally that would be interesting yeah I mean I could I could actually feasibly see that happening that if the Supreme Court rules that you know 2third or a third of American taxes are illegal and you have a lot of Americans
Retroactively suing for you know the taxes that were legally taken from them yeah you know you’d probably have a lot of people wanting it um I don’t know if the Supreme Court could like put a stipulation that you can’t sue for back taxes they they might try to to do
Something like that you know this is an agreement going forward but I would actually argue that you know in my opinion America has many essential things that we need as a country military the court system policing some forms of you know some basic government institutions but we have a lot of fat we
Have a lot of totally unnecessary agencies and branches and the Department of Education for example which was started then American Quality of Education took a nose dive if you look look at the literacy rates you don’t believe me and the doe the Department of Education is relatively new for example
We have a lot of agencies that in my opinion have caused more harm than good and a lot of those ones have were not part of the original system of government America had I’m very much a u a supporter of traditional American government I I believe that many of the
Expansions were not beneficial to us and I think frankly again cause more harm than good I’d be down for rolling back like you know Lynden B Johnson’s new deal and I’d be down for you know rolling back some of the expansions of government that happened under Roosevelt
For example uh you know I I don’t support for example some of the ways the tax system was changed after the formation of the Federal Reserve which is an incredibly interesting history by the way uh I think that it opened the door for a rapid expansion of government
And the creation of a system that doesn’t represent the interests of the American people as much as it should I know some arguments for that well America is the world leader and World War II happened and America got thrust into a position of you know Global Leadership that has never happened to
Any country as far as we know in the entire history of humankind and all these countries are looking to us yes we send a lot of money to other countries by the way I looked into some of why they do that and I don’t know about currently but at least historic
Ally giving money to other countries was a way to keep them using your currency um it’s a way of creating digital or sorry um it’s a way of creating monetary hegemony you want them to use your currency and so you you know you give them you give them your currency to
Trade with and then they keep using it um I don’t know if that’s why they’re doing it I know historically they’re have been arguments on why they do that for you know older Empires and that was why but who knows California gal you’re saying if they do away with taxes
Because taxes are unconstitutional any ideas on how the government would raise money for the out of for the outof control budget aren’t taxes illegal and if so could they potentially eliminate more and other taxes not all taxes were there were some forms of taxes in the early American
System a lot of that was more State and as far as I understand Ian I’ve researched some of this but I need I need to read more on it the traditional form of the way you know in in the original interpretation of the United States the federal government was very
Small more Focus was on the power of the state governments America is a very unique system it’s actually closer to like the ancient empires where the president is the Emperor and the governors are like the the small Kings the difference being we have a rotating election system where the leadership is
Replaced every several years um but you know the way that for example the dynastic system worked in China was that different regions still had Kings still had their you know kingdoms and everything else and still ruled relatively independently but the emperor was the king of those kings and that
Created the na the nation of the smaller Nations the overall the Empire of Nations America is actually that system we’re technically 5 separate countries every state has its own its own government its own Governor its own legislative branch its own you know local government agencies its own
Military which is of course the uh the National Guards um some states have very very good militaries and of course have their own constitutions in many cases and their own laws there’s been an expansion of the federal government far beyond what the founding fathers wanted if you read the uh
The uh the uh The Federalist Papers and the Anti-Federalist papers you’ll see some of the arguments around federalization because the original form of government for the United States was actually a um a Confederacy and you know it didn’t work mainly because we had a lot of foreign
Abuse um a lot of foreign countries were really abusing the American states and the F the federal government was mostly created to deal with with International politics to you know do diplomacy to form a National military and things like that um now that being said you also had
Issues where you know you have of course at the federal level the court system the legal system to resolve disputes between states you have the federal military which is of course for National Defense which is between all the different states and to make sure that we have a
We have powerful enough military to defeat our enemies and on both West coasts by the way which is why we um America America is like um like a geographical Bastion it’s geographically very difficult to attack in Modern War um and so you know the original form of
Government was like that a lot of money for the federal government used to be collected through things like tariffs and such not so much through you know income tax although there were there were some forms in different areas of that it wasn’t you know black and white essentially but generally speaking there
Wasn’t much taxes in America uh little or none depending on when depending on which time period you reference and that you know if you read if you listen to someone like the old Irish folktales they sing about how great it is going to America but there’s no because there’s no
Taxes a lot of that was changed uh over the course of time and especially with the creation of the Federal Reserve and the creation of the IRS and the uh I believe the 16th Amendment uh which you know of course legalized some forms of income tax they
Had to amend the Constitution to allow for these practices Michael Stinson you’re saying how would AI play into this digital currency well you know it’s hard to say at this point the problem you have with AI is that it’s very new at least in the public you could say you know behind the
Scenes they’ve been developing it for for a long time one of the big issues we have with AI is that it’s it’s very unpredictable think look at look at the current technologies that that were released a lot of these things have not been in the public that long you know
How long is chat GPT been in the public for how long has uh have these drawing or movie creation apps been in the public for um what year a couple years it’s really not that long at all and we’ve seen from the release the incredible rapid maturity of these
Technologies to the point now where people can in some cases you know generate movies moving pictures using simple text commands um you can create photo realistic images you can write books and I mean it’s it’s it’s pretty jarring actually that is in a very short amount
Of time and the the increase in this will perpetuate it’ll be like a snowball what happens then if you start allowing a system like that to control currency keep in mind a lot of investment firms you know this is kind of the dark underbelly of it um maybe
Not dark it depends on how you look at it they they do have ai systems for Market prediction in fact you could argue some of the first computer systems that were employed were you know things to help with stock trading and so on you know internet and so on
And so um it is there it’s already in place the question becomes what happens as it becomes more intelligent and what happens if it decides to do something it wasn’t originally intended to do which by the way is the difference between machine learning or artificial intelligence versus programming if you program
Something it has clear limits on what it can or cannot do if you have machine learning it means the machine itself is capable of expanding its capabilities and so who knows where it will go it’s a it’s it’s a Pandora’s Box Russ gregston you’re saying Josh if funding for the
Border is indeed tied to foreign aid how will that address the 400 billion we are spending on the illegal aliens here aliens already here um there’s a couple things to it if so the money being spent so the the the money for illegal immigration is coming from two main
Areas a lot of the trafficking operations are coming from the United Nations and from the state department the International Organization for migration and the uh United Nations Refugee uh Branch I can’t remember the name of it they are the ones running it on the United Nations side you also have
A lot of NOS which get funding either from the government to help with those programs or from you know through the UN and so on because the UN doesn’t want to directly intervene in the processes it’s some critical junctures so they hire NOS to do it for them um then you have the
State department and and actually a few other branches and international organizations but a lot of the funding for a good chunk of it comes from the US state department that at least on the US side is paying for a lot of the um systems of mass migration into the us including
Where they give them they say they’re not cash cards they they they if if you say it’s cash card they’ll say it’s fake news but they give them cards that you can make payments with I would call that a cash card the technicality they use to
Say it’s not a cash card this is absolutely fake news is by saying the money they give them on these cards these illegal aliens they can only be used at certain locations but they they do give them free money as they’re coming here and of course when they get to the
Border um a lot of the NOS will do the trafficking Within the interior of the United States you are paying for that in some regards through your taxes now that’s the state department level and a few other branches of of government including some International organizations um but the federal
Government is not necessarily paying the budgets of the states which is why you have for example mayor Eric Adams in New York who suddenly after raising a stink about this facing criminal accusations uh May mayor Eric Adams was trying to Lobby the federal government and get
Them to give money to the states to pay for it because he’s noting in New York City they have laws which Eric Adams can’t technically get around even if he wants to he can’t technically drop it there there’s some loopholes with it where he can’t just
Himself drop it but under under New York law they have to house everybody and so if you you have 10,000 people a month or you know maybe more you have to give them Free Housing and then they have stipulations they have to give all the kids free schooling and the schools you
Know the classrooms are only so big and there’s only so many of them and a lot of these kids are coming from like all over the world and think about the number of languages you have to accommodate in order to educate them there’s no money for it there’s no space
For it and then if you have to give them free food and free medical care which they do as well you know where’s the money coming from um these illegal immigrants are bankrupting New York they’re bankrupting a lot of cities across the US uh they’re bankrupting
States in some regards and you know I know some people are like ah you know socket tomb because those are the same people who voted for it in a lot of in some circumstances uh maybe it’s a wakeup call for some of the voters on hey this
Is the repercussions of what you claimed you wanted this is what it looks like in practice uh but you know of course it is really harming a lot of American CI citizens quality of life uh quality of schooling for kids you know it’s pretty damaging and as the states and governors
Have tried to you know get money from the federal government the federal government doesn’t have money for it you know they are they going to Dole out $400 billion for this where’s it going to come from May you know they they can’t even get the 100 billion for
Ukraine let alone the 400 billion to help the States pay for you know the illegal alien crisis and the other problem you have is that once they start financing it once they start federally funding it then that’s a that that’s the dinner bell for everybody else to come
And so it’s going to perpetuate it’s going to keep getting worse it’s going to snowball because people like hey you know free house free food free medical everything I ever wanted I can do nothing and live off the American people you know it’s going to it’s going to
Sound the alarm for them all to come here and get that if if they institutionalize it let’s see um Conrad uh kitzberger you’re saying the correct answer is what is income back to the uh taxable income story you’re saying we only find that definition from court rulings it is
Directly related to some form of privileged activity the test for privileged activity is whether the is whether the payments come from the US Treasury that is very interesting I did not know that um that being said I I if it if it is through like you know
Loopholes in the system they’re able to tax us again it goes back to the problem I was Raising on why it is problematic in the way that the Supreme Court is debating whether they want to hear the case on what is taxable income they’re not debating it again based on whether it’s
Constitutional or not or whether the current tax system violates the Constitution they’re generally acknowledging that our current tax system is unconstitutional the argument instead is not on law but instead on potential impact if they enforce the law or you know roll back a legal government activity they’re they’re they’re not
Saying is it legal or illegal they’re saying what will the repercussions be if we determine it is illegal and so you know I don’t think that’s how our system of law is supposed to work you know if they’re like oh well you know if we if
We a knowledge that this was legal the entire time and you know 20,000 people get out of prison what’s going to happen when they get out of prison they shouldn’t have been a legally sent to prison in the first place you know using an analogy that’s separate from this if
You have people who’ve been you know burdened by unconstitutional and illegal activities you shouldn’t look at whether you know recognizing that the activity itself from you know the government in this case was legal or was you know you should be looking at whether it was legal or illegal not on you know what
The implications will be of acknowledging that you I find it really concerning that they’re they’re essentially acknowledging that they’re breaking the law with this but um you know the debate is on the impact if if they if of if they acknowledge that and you know and I’m not exaggerating here
You can read some of the arguments they have where they’re like well you know we could interpret it a bit lower in order to reduce the impact on taxes you know they’re they’re they’re they’re finding technical on how they could allow for more of it still while while still
Rolling back some of it but you know we’ll see what they end up doing you know I’m I’m very much I I believe the Supreme Court is meant to protect and uphold the Constitution not otherwise personally rusa 1984 D you’re saying so illegal aliens already trained
By the communist countries get to be get to be carrying guns and US citizens don’t well that again back to the problem problem of you know if U if we start allowing illegal immigrants to um join the US Military and also gain citizenship through that process again
As I mentioned there’s already a very open system for that if you enter the United States legally there are many ways in which you can join the military and have a path to citizenship that does not apply to illegal immigrants or DCA recipients uh which is the push right
Now and so I I think as you mentioned that we probably atic especially because yeah you’re going to have people from who knows where coming in for who knows why especially if they do it in a coordinated way being able to get a hold of firearms military equipment and
Otherwise and if they want to which the Democrats are pushing for you know ban assault weapons which I don’t know how they even Define what an assault weapon is if you get into the the weeds of it it’s pretty funny how they how they make the definitions um it is problematic if the
Armed population and the military population are people who aren’t even American citizens I think that’s deeply problematic especially because you know for Americans our military is like the is like the stop it’s it’s it’s like the the stop gap of totalitarianism our military is not sworn to protect a party like China is
For example you know they the pla the people’s Liberation Army is sworn to protect the Communist Party not the Chinese people not their constitution the American Military is sworn to protect and defend the American Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic and if the government wanted to do something unconstitutional to the
Extent that military action would be necessary you could imagine a lot of our troops would not go along with it if they deemed it was of that nature but what happens if you flood the military with noncitizens who don’t care you know they they want American citizenship they
Want free handouts who knows what else they want maybe they’re doing it intentionally what happens if you have coordinated Mass migration if a you know a foreign country like Iran decides to allow you know 10,000 people to immigrate to the United States or you know illegally enter the United States
And then you know which they can do right now bypassing our our system of law they could easily do it you know 10,000 people coming across every month in some states I don’t even know how a couple hundred thousand every month in the entire country what happens if a
Country just sends Fighters over and then has them enlist in our military and suddenly there’s like you know 20,000 foreign Fighters with foreign orders in our military you know it it raises some serious security issues and um again that’s why I’m saying I although I I I I
Generally support the idea of uh green card holders being able to enlist I generally like the idea that if people you know want to come to this country and serve in our military that they can have a path to citizenship especially if America allies itself with other countries and we fight alongside each
Other there there are some exceptions that I fully support but there needs to be some limits on it you know in at least in my opinion all right folks that said that’s all for tonight or this morning depending on where you’re at I’m on the road right now so it’s nighttime
Here that being said I appreciate all of you um before we go over though real quick um we now have an email address where you can send your feedback and I want to hear your thoughts and ideas tell me about what you think of the American tax system do you think it
Would be good for us if we maybe if the Supreme Court ruled that a third or twoth thirds or who knows how much of our taxes are illegal what do you think the implications will be do we have other ways to finance the federal government if it’s like really broad uh
