Know one of the big issues but you have a few issues with this one of the issues is that the aggrieved party or the one bringing the charges the aggrieved party in Fulton County they’re the elected officials brought it brought into power through the election system which Trump
Is making allegations against now if he’s calling into question the legitimacy of the election systems in Fulton County Georgia what does that mean it means he’s calling it a question the legitimacy of every elected official in Georgia and how do you have the elected officials in Georgia then decide
To bring charges against him and 18 others who they want to have standing trial with him at the same exact time how do you do that without having a conflict of interest well you don’t uh not to mention this happened while Trump was still president meaning he had executive privilege also trumped it
Through his election committee which was done through a legal process and so there’s a lot of issues with this not to mention the fact that they dropped off what like a hundred twenty thousand ballots at 4 am in three different Vehicles most of the witnesses say that
Almost every one of those hundred twenty hundred thirty thousand something along those lines ballots was all for Joe Biden uh and then of course he had the Biden bump of a vertical spike in votes at 4 am in the morning after they said pipes burst which we found out later they didn’t
After Trump was wiped out from a 160 000 you know vote lead or something along those lines yeah totally totally normal hmm totally normal yep and then they they win the election by like you know a couple thousand votes or something you know not that many votes put it that way
Wild times folks uh again though back on the point that Trump team is trying to get the trial moved out of Georgia and it looks like they might be able to do it um again we’ll see because at this point at this point I don’t think many people
Believe in the Integrity of the court system let’s just put it that way and so you know we’ll see if the court can demonstrate some some degree of Integrity on this um Trump does of course have a strong case on getting it moved out and also because they’re charging 18 others
Alongside him at the same time and they want them all to stand trialed at the same time alongside each other I don’t know how you have 18 or 19 defendants like during a trial like that I don’t know how you would even do that uh but I
You know I guess it’s because they’re going after him with a RICO charge and so they’re charging them as a basically like a mafia and so that’s how they want to do it I if I remember right even when they were when they were charging like the mafia like actual organized criminal organizations
Typically you don’t have them standing trial together at least not not this many of them and so it’s a little bizarre from that standpoint as well um I think it’s one of those cases where you know one thing you find one thing you often find is when police when
Police are investigating something the person who is over adamantly claiming innocence tends to be the one who is a suspect of being guilty if you if you go to a place and like you’re uh let’s say there’s a murder and there’s like five different Neighbors and you know you interview four of the
Neighbors and like man that was a real tragedy was such a nice guy and the fifth neighbor is like I’m totally innocent you know he like looks all nervous I’m innocent what are you here for I’m innocent you know can I help you investigate officers like the officers
Are going to look at that fifth guy and be like you know I think he might be the guy like when when you try too hard to make a case you look guilty when you try when you’re overly invested in something you make yourself look like you did it frankly
And I would argue that the the over zealotry the over the over the overly zealous nature in which they’re going after Trump especially for anything related to January 6 or the elections makes it look like they’re guilty um you know normally if you’re a legitimate government and there’s people
Concerned about fraud you’ll take steps to alleviate the disbelief you’ll show them evidence you’ll open the books you’ll be transparent you want to dispel misunderstandings and and that’s of course the normal process for dealing with doubt if for example someone suspects you of let’s say doing something dishonest and you really want
