Many of the prophecies that are in the bible have been fulfilled but there are still some yet to come into fruition we cannot say that because a prophecy has not been fulfilled it is therefore not valid or because it has been prophesied many years ago and it has not happened
It is invalid the word of god is true and all these prophecies are given through the inspiration of god none of these prophecies will go unfulfilled matthew 24 35 heaven and earth shall pass away but my words shall not pass away so what are some of the prophecies which
Are yet to be fulfilled i have to make a disclaimer before we begin these prophecies are not the only ones yet to be fulfilled they are just a selected few number one the rapture rapture has been prophesied many times in the new testament jesus talked about it
The apostles talked about it it is a time when all the saints will be taken from the earth first thessalonians 4 16-18 for the lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout with the voice of the archangel and with the trump of god and the dead in christ shall rise first
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the lord wherefore comfort one another with these words now i want you to focus on one specific phrase
In first thessalonians 4 16. the verse states for the lord himself shall descend from heaven not an angel but the lord himself even angels are on standby at this time this should show you the gravity of his momentous day so many times in the word of god angels are sent
Angels are dispatched to execute duties of the lord angels are sent into the lives of believers to bring them blessings to bring them news from the throne of heaven so many times angels are sent to warn and to guide the saints of god however no angel seraphim cherubim no archangel will be
Tasked with the duty of receiving the saints because this event is above them this event is prophecy is beyond them they will also have to just watch the master jesus carry it out for the lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout jesus will come personally for you
For the lord himself not death for the lord himself not the conversion for the lord himself not an angel the lord jesus christ is coming he is coming he is coming again he told us that i will come again and receive you unto myself that where i am there ye may be also
And there is only one thing a true saint of god says to that and that is even so come lord jesus come oh i can’t wait i can’t wait jesus christ wants us to know he is coming i don’t know how he will do it but maybe in a shout
He will call the name of every person who is truly born again i am waiting for him to call my name in a shout raven raven come up and in the twinkling of an eye booth all the saints of god are with jesus and that is the true desire of a child
Of god they are not in love with this world they are not in love with the stuff of this world they are not in love with the lust of this world they are in love with him what a day that will be when my jesus
I shall see what a day that will be when my savior i shall see number two is the judgment seat of christ there are no better explanations to this then saying the judgment seat of christ is a place where we will be judged and rewarded according to our works
Jesus said he is coming to give to everyone according to their works this means he will reward people good or bad based on what they have done this is not the final judgment yet this is just based on reward the judgment after death this judgment seat of christ is only
Only the judgment for the saints of god second corinthians 5 10 for we must all appear before the judgment seat of christ that everyone may receive the things done in his body according to that he hath done whether it be good or bad what have you done in this life this prophecy will
Come to pass when christ comes where will you be at that time what will your work be you might be thinking this is not real but you must have it in your mind that it is appointed to everyone to die once judgment is what we cannot escape this prophecy will come to pass
The next is the tribulation period i often call this the great tribulation because according to jesus he said that it would be the greatest everything said about this time is not good jesus gave the prophecy of this time some of the apostles gave the prophecy of this time jesus described it
As a great tribulation matthew 24 21 reading the book of matthew 24 will give us a view of what this time will be like the great tribulation has not happened yet but the bible tells us some of the events that will happen during this time we are told about what will happen
During the great tribulation in the book of revelation let us see what will happen during this time and i saw the seven angels who stand before god and to them were given seven trumpets then another angel having a golden censer came and stood at the altar he was given much
Incense that he should offer it with the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne and the smoke of the incense with the prayers of the saints ascended before god from the angel’s hand then the angel took the censer filled it with fire from the altar

Said the third talked about not worshiping the beast and what will happen to those that worship the beast the beast that he was talking about is the beast from the sea which is the agent of the devil sent to deceive the people revelations 14 6-12 the fifth prophecy we are going to
Look at today is the second coming this might be my favorite prophetic event because jesus will return on earth as who he really is he is not coming to be hung on a cross he is not coming as a baby he is not coming along on the second coming of jesus he is
Coming as judge and king isaiah the prophet asked in isaiah 63 who is this one that cometh from eden with dyed garbage from basra who is this one that is glorious in his apparel traveling in the greatest of his strength who is this one john saw in revelations 19 11 when he
Saw the heaven open and behold a white horse and he that sat upon him was called faithful and true and in righteousness he does judge and make war who is the one whose eyes were as flames of fire and on his head were many crowns
And he had a name written that no man knew but he himself who is this one who was clothed with a vesture dipped in his blood i will tell you who it is it is the lord jesus christ the eternal one the living one the everlasting one the only one
And true savior and the one who is coming again This prophecy has not been fulfilled and we all know this it will happen someday we should not become weak because it seems like it is not happening it is what we know for sure that it will happen the announcement of jesus to be born was made way back
Before he was born also the announcement of his second coming was made by him why should we then think that he will not come why should we give up waiting patiently and doing the right thing there is nothing much to say about this we must have heard a lot of things about
The second coming and what it will be like we also want to know when it will happen christ himself has given us the time frame not that he gave us the exact time but he told us when we should expect his second coming he told us the things that will happen
When it is almost time for him to come matthew 24 everything has the time they will manifest each prophecy has its time frame and they will not work outside their time we need to look unto christ the author and the finisher of our faith
