Biden the son of President Joe Biden well he just had his tax charges dropped look let me show you what’s happening and then we’ll go deeper into it and I’ll tell you why it matters essentially Fox News has a story Hunter Biden tax charges dismissed by federal judge following plea deal breakdown
And it says Hunter Biden Hunter Biden’s misdemeanor tax charges have been dismissed by a federal judge in Delaware an expected move after his sweetheart plea deal fell through last month during his first court appearance in the case the justice department submitted a filing last week to dismiss
The case ahead of a possible trial on Biden’s felony gun charge in a different District after the plea deal fell apart Biden pleaded not guilty as Federal prosecutors confirmed he is still under federal investigation he was expected to plead guilty to the two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal
Income tax as part of a plea deal that would avoid jail time on the felony gun charge it notes that Biden’s attorney and special counsel David Wise are still fighting over a diversion agreement concerning the felony charge that would allow him to avoid any jail time they
Appoint David wise as this is the this is this is why people had a problem when they appointed the special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden because Hunter Biden’s special counsel the guy who’s supposed to be investigating him is the guy trying to give him the special plea deal that this sweetheart
Deal that would essentially let him off with little more than probation and then exonerate him essentially of all future charges so the guy trying to let Hunter Biden just off scot-free is the guy who is tasked with investigating Hunter Biden now there’s many reasons why he should
Not even legally be there including the fact that under the special counsel requirements for the job to be valid right you cannot be a government employee it’s required that a special counsel be chosen from outside the government this guy’s a federal government employee technically he should not be able to have the position
He has or the authority he has let alone because of the conflict of interest he’s already demonstrated where he’s trying to let off Hunter Biden not only on the tax charges and the gun charges but also on anything else that might come about through the investigations that being said
What’s happening right now with Hunter Biden is that um they’re they’re trying to move the case they’re moving the case to a different judge essentially and you know technically the the tax evasion stuff I mean look if you or I were to evade taxes
You know you can go to jail for a couple years on that and and oftentimes they go after you pretty strong on it because you know issues like for example trafficking children to Epstein Island and stuff and you know traveling there with Epstein you know that tends to not
Be a big concern of the FBI maybe like they go after the guy doing it like Epstein or you know Maxwell but not for the many clients like you know that that’s that’s not a priority for them uh but if you fail to pay your taxes or if
You like you know miss giving them money man you’re gonna have the book thrown at you in under normal circumstances we see that Hunter Biden is getting different treatment though he’s not having the book thrown at him Hunter Biden’s getting off scot-free uh that being said though he is still facing the
Federal gun charge and some people were arguing the gun charges more is a more severe crime uh this one is actually the felony this was the one that he was supposed to you know plead guilty to um no he was supposed to plead guilty to the tax charges and essentially the gun
Charge would be dropped because they did not go with the plea deal the gun charge is there but for some weird reason they’re dropping the tax at the tax charges um all this reeks of special interest because you know they’re going after Trump right now for like telling people to turn on
The TV and saying he’s watching television you know what I mean like they’re going after Trump for ridiculous things and I guarantee you if Trump had an illegal firearm and he was taking nude photos of himself and smoking crackle driving like 160 miles per hour on the freeway and taking photos of it
Uh they would probably throw him away throw them in the jail and like throw away the key you would never hear the end of it uh but here or you know for or or you know let alone taking what 50 million dollars from foreign countries
To sell off the uh the powers of the country you know that normally you’d think that’d be a big crime um but apparently some folks in our legal system believe it’s not actually a big crime and so they want to give them a plea deal that would exonerate them of
All potential future charges um and then get assigned to investigate him while trying to give him that deal makes total sense right that said let’s jump into some other stuff but briefly on that I should be clear he’s still going to face charges um we’ll see what happens with the next

That said anyways um it’s possible okay so let me give my take on this briefly it is very possible that if Hunter Biden is having to face these gun charges that uh you know he will of course still you know again possibly face something serious and of course he’s still being
Investigated special counsel in place now and even aside from the special counsel republicans in Congress are launching their own independent investigations things are looking so hot for him the possibility right now in the concern of many is that well why do they drop the tax charges first off it seems
Kind of weird second off why are they moving the court case for the gun charge to a different judge because is it and then because that that raises immediate suspicions are they doing it because the judge threw out the plea deal Tech more you know didn’t didn’t honor technically
What happened the judge would not honor the part of the plea deal that would give him exoneration from all future charges and Hunter Biden’s lawyers refused to go along with it and so that that’s technically what happened the concern would be that they’re moving it
To a new judge who’s going to honor the plea deal and give Hunter Biden exoneration of all future charges which would include anything that Weiss would probably dig up that’s the big concern we’ll see what happens um I I do think regardless frankly in terms of national interest
It’s if Hunter Biden goes to jail all it does is shows Americans that there’s some degree of Integrity in our legal system and you know and Joe Biden himself could come out and say Hey you know Equal justice for all my own son is in prison you know why doesn’t why does
Trump fight the justices you know they could actually use that actually politically would probably serve them it would probably serve their benefit if Hunter Biden gets off scot-free and he’s you know not having to face charges for the things that he’s done and then of course accused of doing and then
Meanwhile they’re going after Trump and his associates with like you know the every line of the law essentially that actually makes people start to believe that the justice system is being weaponized that we do have a two-tier justice system and in terms of Trump’s political interests and the narrative
He’s pushing for his campaign that actually serves his interests more than seeing Hunter Biden thrown in prison and so politically actually stuff like this is more beneficial to Trump than if Hunter was actually facing legitimate charges you know so we’ll see what happens with it
