With us about this is author of the enemies within Trevor Loudon hey Trevor always great having you on Crossroads very good to see you Josh you haven’t seen you for a little while yeah I’ve been a bit well since we talked last there are now these Nationwide boycotts
Or with Anheuser-Busch moving to other things what do these anti-woke boycotts show us taking place right now do you see something bigger happening look what I see it is a symptom of a much larger phenomenon you know the the I travel all over the country of speak
You know many days a year and everywhere I’ll go I’m seeing these new groups bringing up these local community groups the moms to Liberty type groups lots of young people getting involved in politics and it’s local it’s it’s it’s it’s taken over school boards it’s um influencing County commissions and local
Political movements but they have also discovered everywhere I go they talk about the power of the purse you know if the federal government won’t won’t use the power of the purse we will we will stop buying from Target we will stop buying from these woke companies that do
Their best to wreck our economies and you you see this with Disney Disney World you see it with you know the the beer the Bud Light you see it with Target um you saw it with Bed Bath and Beyond two to a large degree I think so it’s
Happening I said Everywhere I Go hmm well you know I know people said before and I heard it pretty often that oh boycotts don’t do anything boycotts don’t really have a long-term impact and especially when it comes to conservative boycotts people have noted you boycott them from a little bit but you know
These big investment companies the ESG ones pour money into them what’s the point do you think that they’re having an impact these boycotts they’ll give you some massive hits by you know Bud Light you see a massive hits to a Target yes they notice and yes money gets poured in but there’s
A lot of companies that may be thinking well should I do this should I do this campaign should we go woke and they’re thinking well I don’t really want to lose 25 of my share price so we see a lot of there’s a lot of things that don’t happen that might have
Otherwise happened but but on the point of boycotts you know how to how did the Indians get the British out of India it was a massive boycott program you know there was no shots fired there was no um riots or revolutions the the Indian people Guided by Mahatma Gandhi decided
To boycott British goods and services and it didn’t take long till the British just said that’s it we’re out of here so the the woke agenda is a Marxist agenda it’s a revolutionary agenda but they still need money they still have you know they still have their Lifestyles to maintain so yes it
Does have an impact and we should keep it up and accelerate this tactic you said the walk agenda has a Marxist idea behind it you and I talked about this but you know for people who’ve never heard that before how would you explain that that there is a Marxist
Agenda behind the walk agenda your watchesm is what the the Communist Chinese used to call Consciousness raising you would have people in a town hall and there’d be somebody on the stage who who owned two peaks when everybody else only had one and they would abuse them and throw things at
Them and curse them and even physically harm them and so this was to raise people’s consciousness of class struggle the capitalists are exploiting us well now wokism is to raise one’s consciousness of gender inequality or transgender oppression or um social injustice it is just maoist thought control applied to an American
Situation it’s it’s a it’s applied to race it’s applied to gender it’s applied to CR class issues but the principle is the same wokism is about finding victims finding oppressors and using that energy to transform Society you know we we used to call it brainwashing the Communists call it Consciousness raising now they
Call it wokism well you know there’s something important going on too which is we we tend to see the Grassroots on the Socialist side being very well organized you know there are there are authoritarians by Nature they believe in centralized power structures you don’t really see that with conservatives they
That typically they’re more like you know great more natural Grassroots They Don’t Really unify as much because they don’t have that collectivist idea uh I know you’re traveling around the country and you’re talking to a lot of people do you see see them coming together and what does that look like
Look absolutely I do um and you’re right you know the left appears large because it’s organized and focused and disciplined and it attracts people with a collective mindset um conservatives Patriots they don’t really like you know they just want to run their own lives most of the time
They only get together when when they have to but right but but the other factors the basic Grassroots people are the big majority way bigger than the left so when they do get organized they are forced to be reckoned with and we are seeing that happen right now we’re
Seeing scoreboard races getting swamped all over the country we’re seeing major changes in state legislatures we’re seeing all sorts of things happening because we are the majority and sometimes people have to almost lose something before they appreciate it and I think millions of people sat at home through covert
Reading their kids school textbooks watching their Cities Burn watching elections are you allowed to say stolen are you allowed to say that yeah yeah watching elections interfered with um and they finally realized we could lose this country yeah it isn’t the old game it used to be changed you know
Pendulums and swings where actually the pendulum was swinging so far to the left it might stick there like it did in Cuba and China and we could lose this country so people are pushing that pendulum back they are really really fired up about this yeah well Trevor I know in addition to
Traveling around and you know just doing speeches you’re actually talking with people and you know on the periphery we hear about the Grassroots we hear about the school board meetings we hear about the boycotts in your impression because I know you’re probably one of the top experts on these
Communist movements in the U.S and your impression what is the depth of understanding among the kind of rising conservative Grassroots of the real issues that play behind the scenes How Deeply do they actually understand the nature of what they’re facing because I get this all the time I’ve
Been on the road for 10 years doing this and when I first used to talk people go communism well that’s very interesting you know there’s this very academic and you know sort of interesting and people are always coming up to me and saying wow oh I didn’t really understand it
Back then it’s in our face now I can see it everybody can see it now it’s very clear so that that word communism is I don’t get any pushback on that at all it no I can go the most sort of establishment Republican meeting and I’ll talk about it no pushback they all
Understand that that’s what we’re facing president Trump had a big impact on that saying is she saying the word Epoch times has had a big impact um also yet he got movies you know the new movie uh coming out um you know um pandemic you know the the
Great Awakening which uses you know talks about communism through the whole movie you know that that wouldn’t really have run so much five even five years ago three years ago but since the pandemic and its clear association with communist China the CCP and and the the
Rise of the CCP and the belligerence of the CCP and the world stage people understand yes yes we’re in a new Cold War communism was a big thing and yes black lives matter the the the um the wokism the the sort of enforcement mechanisms that we’re having
You know you you can’t say certain things you have to support certain movements people understand this is very reminiscent of what they understand communism to be so it’s not a not regarded as an extreme concept any longer it’s a big shift Trevor always a pleasure thank you so much
Always a pleasure Josh great to see you
