Blinken Rocks Out in Kyiv While War Rages

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken made a visit to Ukraine today, less than three weeks after President Biden signed a bill sending $61 billion in military aid to Ukraine. Blinken posted a video to X, stating:

During his trip, Blinken performed with a band at Barman Dictat, a cocktail bar and music venue in Kyiv. Blinken played guitar and sang Neil Young’s song “Rockin’ in the Free World.”
