everyone thank you so much for being here um I want to start first off on just kind of an overview of what’s really going on with the crisis um of course I we we recently did the documentary Weapons of Mass migration and one of the big things I found was something that many of you have talked about as well which is the United Nations is heavily involved with this and it seems that our government is just in agreement with them to run it and so I mean am I far off here I mean uh Todd maybe we could start with you I mean what’s going on with the border is this really like a un agreement like what is really running this whole show well sure the United Nations is spending unprecedented num amounts of money our money US taxpayer money from us Aid and also from the state department to uh facilitate uh via was stations all along the Latin American routes to our Southern border uh to facilitate uh Mass migration to uh assist and Aid and make sure that nobody goes for wanting of any material Aid that they need whether it’s Transportation or shelter or food or medicine or you know baby formula whatever it is uh you can get it all along the Mass migration Trails so that if you’re wondering whether you should leave home uh to start with to to do a big Journey like this because maybe your kids will go hungry or you’ll go hungry or you won’t have anywhere to sleep or you run out of money or you’ll get stuck somewhere never fear because there is a major infrastructure built on billions and billions of us tax payer payer uh funds to make sure that you’re going to be okay all along the way and then on the US side it’s all resettlement so it’s connected at the border uh two very different kinds of missions uh that work in conjunction with one another to make sure that everybody gets the legal assistance and the shelter on the US side as well to stay I mean and that’s shocking because it goes so far against what we’ve been told like up until this point uh Simon I’m curious I know of course you have a good ear in Washington like what are you hearing from the ground there is this the discussion what do people think is actually causing the mass migration issue do they see it as like Texas busing people or do they see it as just part of this agreement the US has with the UN I I think in Washington it’s just completely politicized um the Republicans uh that I talked to and the ones on the the house Homeland committee and and all the other committees that handle immigration they’re well aware of what’s going on they understand that this is an absolutely unprecedented chaotic situation that was deliberately engineered by the Biden Administration for ideological and political reasons um and it’s it outrages that side of the political class and on the other side again it what’s really weird to me as someone who’s followed this issue for you know 30 years is that in the past Democrats and Republicans agreed that you had to enforce the law and then we argued about what that law should be how many people how do they get in how can they stay should there be an amnesty uh but this is the first time I’ve ever seen a president just kind of throw the the rulebook out the window and use Mass parole for up to a million people uh catch and release millions of people and basically change the rules so it it is just a completely politicized and polarized issue and it’s not focusing on what’s in the National interest right now in Washington well and I I saw a pretty bizarre headline just today they’re saying that Biden May sign an executive order limiting the number of illegal aliens led into the United States to like 4,000 a day which is still a lot by the way but it kind of makes you wonder why are you know why are they kind of regulating the number of people they’re letting in through this system and you know Dan I want to ask you as well I mean how do you see this whole thing do you see it as a coordinated operation do you see it as just Grassroots I mean what do you see happening well I think you did a great job on the documentary Josh and we commend you at fair look this has been a ongoing deterioration of the situation not only at the border but within the Democrat Party you’ve seen a gradual shift in the ideology is organized labor has disappeared from this country the Democrats needed a new base and so it’s now this emerging immigrant majority the globalist elites who took over the party 20072 2008 have formed an alliance with the United Nations which as correctly pointed out we fund and you demonstrate all the different legs in the process the V Administration has become the last leg in an elaborate trafficking and smuggling operation look people don’t leave their homes because they’re hungry they leave their homes mostly because they have very good information about what they’re going to find along the way and when they get to the United States very good intelligence very good contacts connections our taxpayer funding as has been pointed out by Todd has been has been providing the United Nations with this elaborate assistance scheme to help people get trafficked and smuggled through all the way through the Darian Gap up to the United States and you know in the end president Petro the president of Colombia went before the United Nations a few weeks ago and he said this is just the beginning there will be hundreds of millions of people leaving their homes headed to places like the United States so you better get used to it and the bid Administration globalists fully on board with the idea that climate change as they call it is going to drive people by the millions and so this is only the beginning and this is an ideological commitment this Administration has not to us sovereignty not to us borders but to the end of the nation state as Trevor loud and pointed out and into some kind of globalist agenda and we need to stop fantasizing about this Republicans are on the back foot on this they really don’t know how to address the problem when that you can’t achieve consensus on the fact that illegal means illegal if illegal doesn’t mean illegal and your Homeland Security secretary can just make up the law as he goes along Parole in unlimited numbers of people Congress has been marginalized and literally the American people are now beholden to one person a tyrant a DHS secretary who thinks he can do whatever he wants as long as he’s letting people run into the country and that’s a situation that is totally out of control yeah you know and I I think that’s kind of what I was shocked to find in the document of course when I was in San yedro I was talking to the mayor of el Cahone and he was like basically saying that he’s not being told anything I was told the same thing when I was in Texas in Kenny County the the sheriff there in another feature I did told me that he’s not being told anything all they know is that these weird NOS are part of the process and they have to hand them over to the it seems like there’s this weird kind of Cloak and Dagger I think is is how it was framed and I want to jump into questions and a bit from the audience but I want to kind of ask you all like why do you think this is happening and Todd I me we’ll start with you again I I you know why do you think this is being done is it really that they’re just coordinating this is it that they opened it all up and it’s just randomly happening because they put the infrastructure in place like what do you see the intent is being with this well I think it’s uh part ideological uh that there is a progressive think Bernie Sanders you know Progressive liberals right uh that those uh the people that occupy that space on the political Spectrum actually believe in their heart of hearts that border rules and laws and enforcement are a violation of human rights that that they’re they’re fundamentally cruel and inhumane and uh need to be ignored like Jim Crow Laws of um you know a generation ago and they actually believe that people need to be allowed to go uh wherever they want and wherever they need to uh as an inalienable human right that’s part of it those people uh the Biden Administration became beholden to Pol politically during the primary campaign of 2019 uh and their payback was the immigration portfolio they were given the immigration portfolio which leads me to the other part of this which is that uh those people that are running our immigration policy are from the NGO industrial complex uh the NGO the migrant advocacy industrial complex which is this massive constellation of groups and um nonprofits that engineered this policy so that they can reap the cash rewards I’m old school on this uh I remember um learning that Eisenhower warned us about the uh industrial comp uh military-industrial complex gaining control of foreign policy because if they did we would be at War always uh that they can build the tanks and and make the bullets well that’s what happened here you had the migrant in Advocate industrial complex get control of the policy that enriches them and this is what happens uh it’s like a self-licking ice cream cone they’re becoming just bloated with Incredible unprecedented billions in profits contracts and grants and I’m just an old school journalist I follow the money I think that’s what the heart of this whole thing is people are getting yeah I could see that you know of course they don’t really say publicly why they’re doing it one thing I talk about is the global compact for migration they talk about like Glo I I in my opinion I think there’s three levels of it you have of course the maybe Democrat Party agenda which you know under Obama they changed a lot of the immigration standards based on Obama’s advisers talking about the benefit they could have with the polls uh when it came to the United Nations they have their own agendas they’re talking about global equity and kind of a global power shift and then America’s enemies like the Chinese Communist Party they’re talking about uh changing Global power dynamics uh that they want to have Glo Global shared governance but that’s just my take um Simon what’s your take what’s the intent why is this all being done I think we’ll we’ll jump to Dan Dan what what’s your take why do you think this is all being done in terms of uh you know what we’re seeing with the Glo with the migrant crisis well I mean I think Todd put his finger on one motivation which is sheer greed and profit you’ve got nonprofit NOS that have set up shop basically they’re open but there’s nobody there unaccompanied minors they don’t know when they’re going to show up the second thing is I mean if you’re a failed socialist dictator the ability to to blame climate change for the fact that everybody’s fleeing your country as opposed opposed to your ineffective governance is a wonderful handy thing to blame the fact that people want to leave your country so if you’re Maduro and Venezuela or Petro in Columbia it doesn’t matter where this is a a very handy excuse and this is something now among the left we see among Global Elites that climate change is going to bring about this Mass migration of billions of people who are going to be on the move and of course the high consuming High polluting countries like the us are going to be the ones that are supposedly supposed to take not only the blame but the majority of the people it’s happening in part because the Democratic party decided around 2011 2012 that they had to establish an emerging minority um to basically take one party control and I think you make that point in the film the ideology and self-interest is a powerful Elixir and so if you can see that they can re-engineer the electorate Biden has led in some five to six million aliens go God known Goda ways are skyrocketing when we get to the 30 census all the people here illegally all the paroles all of them are going to be counted for purposes of reapportionment in the House of Representatives they are counting on because Americans are fleeing a lot of these blue States they want to replace them and maybe even add more by sending all these people into the country New York City Boston Chicago doesn’t matter how many billions of dollars US taxpayers have to foot the bill doesn’t matter whether Old Line minorities like African-Americans get screwed and pushed to the side they don’t care it’s about achieving one party political control and then you have other interests involved the KO Institute for example believes in so-called cheap labor even though cheap labor costs a lot of money cheap labor is about income redistribution lower wages and taxpayers foot in the bill for Education housing Hospital Medicare the whole nine yards we have an affordable housing crisis and what is the Biden Administration doing dramatically increasing the population of people who are trying to buy houses when our young people gen Z’s millennials have no Prospect of ever buying a home when what kind of ineffective governance are we seeing in our own country today this is a massive betrayal not only against the American people but against the young people the next Generations coming up who are in the you know most defenseless position to defend themselves from this kind of idiocy this is such a monstrous betrayal of our government and not carrying out the most essential functions of sovereignty under our constitution the president as commanderin-chief has only a bunch of small responsibilities National Defense international relations the currency and border security border control it’s like suppose the Chinese government has said we’re going to grab Hawaii and you know what Biden Administration says you know what Z’s a nice guy we’re going to let him keep it I mean we’re not going to deploy the military and defense of the US Homeland how would the American people feel that’s exactly what’s happening now along our Southern border I mean this is this is treasonable this is an impeachable offense if they ever was one look at what the Democrats did when the house sent the articles of impeachment over on my orcus first time in America American history they just said nah we’re not going to hold a trial I mean how many times do the American people have to see that our democracy is now in shreds if the if the H if the president doesn’t believe he has to enforce the rule of law that he can let in hundreds of millions of people without the consent of Congress of the American people we’re not a country anymore Josh yeah yeah actually I mean a few points on that but briefly you mentioned the housing costs I was actually really surprised in other countries that is one of the big discussions around illegal immigration I just saw some reports actually in the United Kingdom in the UK and they’re saying yeah and in Canada that’s the that’s one of the main arguments actually for housing costs they’re pointing out that again I mean it’s supply and demand higher competition limited Supply and the H the cost of the product is going up you have a limited number of homes uh they’re not because of Regulation they’re not building them fast enough in fact even in New York they they can’t even build migrant camps fast enough they’re killing the killing the American dream what they’re doing it’s and it’s hard to imagine that there isn’t going to be major political blowback but uh anyway I’ll let Todd get in here yeah well actually I was gonna ask you Todd because you know I hear a lot of different narratives around what is the impact of it and I I know people talk about these sabab stories well you know these people are coming from impoverished countries and shouldn’t we just take care of them uh Trump’s talking about alleg of countries like Venezuela emptying out prisons and insane asylums and sending them here in your research what would you say the risk is to the US what do you think the real danger is of this I mean if any what’s your what’s your take on this well I think we’re seeing uh part of it actually play out in big Northern cities like Chicago and New York and Boston uh also in you know in the west uh LA and Denver uh really every major American city is uh staggering under the fiscal burden of unfunded mandates to take care of all of these hundreds of thousands and millions of people all at once too many too fast uh too too much of an onslaught the pipeline finally backed up and burst all over everyone uh and so you’re seeing cities unable to take care or try to uh provide all sort of um you know housing assistance and um you know medical uh costs and food shelter clothing of course everybody all the kids got to go to school and um so you’re seeing really burdens on of a of a of a multi-million population of uh needy foreign Nationals with their hands out uh expecting to be taken care of and being taken care of that’s that’s going to last for years if uh this continues like this you’ll never see the end to that because uh the people that are in favor of of this sort of um uh uh inflow if they especially if they win reelection in 2024 you know this will continue like that but beyond that you have serious crushing uh weight on our health care System everywhere every state uh nationally you can you can go Google uh you know bankruptcy and Hospital systems and see it uh in every state where this is happening uh you’re seeing unnecessary crime and I mean bad crime violent crime never mind whether uh American citizens who were stuck with commit crime that’s that’s irrelevant it’s that uh 100% of this crime was not necessary was imported uh should never have happened whereas American citizen crime is yeah we’re kind of stuck with it for better to deal with it For Better or Worse the school systems uh you know this is a very child Centric uh Mass migration crisis if you had a kid you got in right away so everybody brought a kid uh hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied miners if you showed up at the border you’re in they they all have to go to school uh go check uh your local school district for tax spiking Bond elections and see what’s going on purchases of uh portable classroom farms for the back 40 at your kids Middle School Etc that’s what we’re looking at I mean it’s a crowding it’s a an unfunded massive crowding with every aspect of Civil Life impacted too too much to go into here in a short program like this but yeah yeah actually I’ve been thinking about a few of those issues as well because if you look at mafias and even gangs and the way that they often start to grow into really big problems for countries it usually starts with these new migrant populations uh that maybe begin fighting for their own interest and I’m actually I’ve actually been wondering if you know the school systems and so on unable to service these people if we’re going to start watching some really bad gangs uh emerge from it but you know Dan I wanted to talk to you because I know you’ve researched a lot about the you know quote unquote unaccompanied Miners and you know for a lot of Americans they’re worried about things like child sex trafficking child trafficking there was a report out of Florida and they were noting when they tried to track where the kids were going that they they couldn’t even track a lot of them they don’t even know where the kids are going to that they’re sending them to locations you think it’s a home address and it’s an empty parking lot what have you found around uh what’s going on with these kids and rumors of child sex trafficking it’s important for your viewers to realize what’s difference between now and say a hundred years ago the last time the US had you know a major influx of of immigration at the turn of the 20th century you know back then when there were problems identified with organized crime smuggling or child trafficking or what have you you had a very aggressive response from the federal government you had G you had you know Chicago gangland style things going on and the government was very aggressive the FBI was created you you have you had a response that what’s so distressing right now Josh is all these things are happening some of the things that Todd talked about the overwhelming of schools and then the trafficking the unaccompanied minor issue and it’s not merely that the government is not responding other than to print money with reserved currency and destroy the value debouch the currency destroy the value the Dollar by printing it without regard to anything but they don’t respond to the policies that they see are happening if they see child sex trafficking Joe Biden is a senator along with Diane Feinstein helped create the Wilbur Force trafficking act and then you have the FL settlement that essentially under the rubric of protecting children actually was taken advantage of by Smugglers and traffickers where the government became the last leg of the smuggling operation but instead of looking at what they did and saying oh my goodness the law unintended consequences we need to fix it they just keep doubling down on bad policies and they don’t seem to care about these things happening the Democrats seem to be in total denial about child sex trafficking or traffickers or where the I mean they’ve got some new regulations they’ve actually made a move to go in and overturn or have terminated this Flay settlement that we’ve been stuck with for about 25 years but they the only reason they believe they can get the judge to finally abolish the the settlement agreement is because they’ve got new regulations they finalized that even go beyond that in providing the kind of protections for unaccompanied miners that the traffickers and cartels exploit every day so it’s just going to get worse and worse and worse you cannot name one thing in three and a half years that the bite Administration has done that makes it more difficult for somebody to come illegally or through fraud all they have done is accommodate it make it worse overload the system commit to to for money that taxpayers don’t have borrowing from future Generations running running up trillions of dollars of debt and making the problem worse and for the average American the question is what can be done and right now the answer is pretty simple you got a choice in November if you think things were difficult along the border in the first four years of the Biden Administration what the heck is going to happen in the second Flo you need to ask yourself that because if this is what they did when they’re worried about re-election holy cow what’s coming next yeah uh real quick for our viewers uh un fortunately think Simon’s call dropped and unfortunately Michael Yan was not able to make it but if you all have questions for our guests or for myself leave them in the chat we’ll get to them uh speaking of which Todd there’s one question I think you’d be uh very well suited to answer the question is how much money are the illegal aliens given by the US government each month and uh briefly on that I know that you’ve researched of course the cash handouts happening in Latin America but there’s also cash handouts in the US do you have any idea for this question how much money the illegal aliens are being given of US taxpayer dollars each month roughly well the short answer is no and a little bit longer answer is I don’t think anybody does because the streams the cash streams uh move from federal government through like almost kind of a laundering process uh through NOS to uh ultimately or actually uh often from like for example FEMA gives uh billions of dollars to the state of Illinois which then gives uh money to the city of Chicago which then gives it to NOS to the tune of about $7,000 a month for housing for every illegal alien family uh for uh an indeterminate amount of time and so it’s it’s very localized it’s regionalized uh a lot of it is moving through multiple Nos and then sub ngos and Sub sub ngos uh handed out in the form of food and clothing and gas money and everything um legal bills so it’s really difficult to tell in some some areas the handouts are far greater than in other areas I I would guess Florida uh which has a lot of new laws that are designed to make life there inhospitable for illegal aliens uh you know probably has a lot less money flowing through than Illinois and Chicago or New York State and New York City it’s really hard to tell but one thing that we do know is that all of the basic necessities are being floated ultimately by the US taxpayer in one form or another whether it’s at the federal level or at the municipal level um ask the citizens of Chicago how they feel about what happened to their City budget uh over the last two years and you’ll see what I mean yeah uh we have Simon back so Simon thanks thanks for joining back on us sorry about the connection dropping uh Simon I wanted to ask you more about kind of what you’re seeing on the ground in terms of maybe voters and so on because I know that the illegal immigrant communities are causing some Rifts among Democrat voters I understand that you know a recent New York Times poll showed that you know Biden maybe has about 58% of the black vote he’s actually tied with Trump now 33% of the Hispanic vote and um I’ve seen you know in New York in Chicago in a lot of areas a lot of people who are impoverished who are living in the communities that are getting flooded now with the illegal immigrants there’s a lot of Rifts taking place how do you see this impacting the elections and on that too people are wondering about even possibilities of illegal aliens voting how do you think this is all going to play out come November well I I definitely think there’s a possibility and in fact there are lots of documented cases of illegal aliens voting we’re not talking you know hundreds of thousands or Millions it’s more in the in the the hundreds and and low thousands but in the long run the the bigger issue of course is apportionment as I think Dan was talking about earlier um and yeah it is interesting to see how this is impacting local politics I I testified before um the uh the lands committee a couple months ago and there were there were New Yorkers who were just outraged that their their Parks were being taken over to be used as uh migrant shelters uh schools are being taken over in in Chicago the airport in Boston was was filled with people um so it’s starting to impact um local communities people who vot vote uh for President Biden or voted for him last time um the elites obviously are always isolated you know they don’t have to worry about they can make these rules the these luxury beliefs of uh well let’s let everybody in because that’s not going to impact me except I might be able to hire someone for less money um but I think at this point and that’s maybe why we’re seeing kind of a last minute uh desperate attempt to look as if they’re doing something uh is that they see they’re slipping and starting to lose votes from their own party uh and it’s it’s you know axiomatic somehow people assume that if you’re Hispanic of course you’re for uh unlimited immigration that’s just not true at all uh they are a diverse community and they have a variety of views they obviously want to see people treated uh respectfully uh but but American Hispanics many of whom have been here Generations are not supporters of unlimited illegal immigration of unskilled workers from all over the world yeah actually I want to follow it up a question from our audience um the question is what what if any safeguards have been put in place to prevent illegal aliens from voting in this year’s election cycle uh you know as Simon mentioned of course we have not seen significant numbers of them voting previously at least as far as we know um but that that is a big concern I know Republicans are trying to pass legislation to make sure that for example legal aliens are not included byus you know Dan what’s your take uh you know what do you think needs to be done to ensure maybe reassure voters that legal aliens are not voting in our elections well we have a structural problem and I don’t mean to keep picking on the Democrats but the but the point is they oppose any effort to provide Integrity in the registration process or in the actual we’ve seen this going on for decades they litigate they fight um they do everything they can claiming that somehow most Americans don’t have ID or something like that but any effort to cross check voter roles with with immigration documents and things like that naturalization certificates they reflect Sue and oppose um in order to have voter Integrity you have to have verification of citizenship when you do Motor Voter you know people automatically uh you know sign up for their driver’s license and many illegal immigrants and and parole Lees which are illegal immigrants are signing up for driver’s licenses all they have to do is not check a box they wind up getting registered to vote and then each state has its own procedures and so while there’s a couple of states where Republicans have been making some strides in trying to provide minimal vote Integrity protections the vast majority certainly the Democrat dominated blue States oppose any kind of effort and so when you say well there’s no evidence of illegal aliens or non-citizens voting well at the same time Josh DC New York City major blue areas are trying to infranca status or you’re here working for the Libyan government or the the PRC this CCP and the Chinese Embassy and you’re a resident of DC you can vote hostiles can vote in for DC city council I mean this is what the Democratic party apparently believes and we’ve not had a robust debate about what seems to be an Institutional desire to give the vote to people who are citizens of other countries and in some cases with no right to be in the country at all talk about corrupting democracy yeah yeah and and that that’s also one of the big things too is at the very least we can say they’re trying to remove some of the SA guards it seems and uh and of course if you try to investigate it fully there are groups that try to attack you for it which is kind of bizar that to say the least well they Point all the changes they made in 2020 the mail-in ballots you know the the the voting that went on forever the the ballot harvesting the dropboxes all that stuff is part of an effort to you know it’s you can’t sit there and say well there’s nobody who’s not qualified voting if you can’t detect it if a tree falls in the forest and nobody hears it well it didn’t happen it yeah well and I think that’s what shock what’s shocked a lot of Americans is you know we would like to be reassured that there’s no fraud taking place but they keep removing the safeguards to ensure that fraud doesn’t take place and they don’t care H they don’t care they just want to win it’s called winning yeah another question from our audience it’s Panama has a new president yeah the president-elect who vows to shut down the Darion Gap how successful will he be considering the power of the NOS uh Tod I think you’re you’re pretty well suited for this what’s your take on that well I think uh Molina is facing a very steep uphill battle on that uh his um political party and the space that he comes from has been kind of advocating this for a while uh I I think that he’s facing significant political uh opposition from the Biden Administration which actually wants this uh loves seeing 500,000 a year pouring through is doing everything that it can to ease the way to widen the paths to create shorter paths to make it happen uh because they want it to happen and I don’t think that like a normal Administration and a US Administration would be like wow we actually have a partner on on stopping illegal immigration dangerous illegal immigration through uh the Darian Gap wow what a great opportunity but I think what you’re going to see is absolutely nothing they’re going to smack him down the reason why the administration is gonna smack Molina down in my opinion is a they want it all of their Progressive left uh side of their their Coalition wants it but the ngos want it those NOS are incredibly politically powerful in Panama and uh their umbilical cords lead straight to the US state department uh and to uh usaid and FEMA and all the rest of that and uh those NOS are spending huge amounts of money they’re spreading wealth and cash all around Panama and even worse the Columbian government will absolutely not stand for this and they will be onard Bo with the Biden Administration to th this in my opinion and the NGS and so he’s got a very significant Force AR raid against him uh to get really anything done uh one last thing quickly is that the way to really shut that gap down is to have uh three layers of ice air deportation operations one layer in Colombia a second rein forcing layer in Panama and a third one in Costa Rica where anybody who gets through or gets caught up in those dragnets gets put on Ice planes and shipped back to Africa shipped back directly to Eurasia ship back to wherever we can ship them back and to be detained there and pretty soon that’ll dry up but I don’t see anything like that happening uh in the near future maybe under Trump if he wins you know and that was actually something that really shocked me when I when I was in Panama just recently uh they were actually really cons of course I spoke with some government officials they were actually concerned and they were saying that they believe that these NOS were undermining the authority of the government in Panama and you know in the US I I was shocked yeah they really are you know in in the US we don’t we don’t think of you know on the United Nations side we don’t think of the United Nations as having Authority over us you know when I was in the camps filming that there were un reps trying to tell us we couldn’t film and we’re like yeah whatever you know like in America we don’t think of them as having legitimate Authority but in these countries they are shockingly powerful and I mean Panama’s pretty corrupt yeah Panama’s pretty corrupt and I’m not sure Molina is uh immune from that corruption either uh that remains to be seen yeah yeah I mean I just put the Koda the possible Koda that the Biden Administration right now has a lot of political incentives to slow the flow for a period of about six or seven months they’re trying to true it’s possible we could see a bunch of temporary things put in place he may have a little bit of success because the NGS really really are committed to Biden’s re-election they’re financially tied in and there’s there’s pretty much nothing they won’t do to try to protect this Administration over the next few months so it’s hard to say but he may enjoy a little bit of success for a brief period of time good point yeah well great Point well you know Todd Todd I know you exposed some of that you called it the ant I believe the ant operations where Mexico was actually working with them to to slow the flow strategically I mean could you explain that to us how that whole thing worked right I mean this goes back to when Trump was in office we all remember this uh threatening Mexico with 28% Progressive trade tariffs if they uh didn’t accept the policies the push back policies that ended that put a lot of uh immigrants back into Mexican territory which is like the worst possible uh outcome for Mexicans because they are then stuck with the Hot Potato so to speak uh but then the Mexicans um they kept the agreement through the Biden Administration when the Biden during the transition except the Biden Administration switched from stick to carrots uh gave them a bunch of money uh and after the checks were cashed suddenly the Mexicans were like well we’re gonna find this way to um move these people from tapachula where they were bottling them up along the uh Guatemalan border with the military National Guard uh they would just then bring up periodically every few months a bunch of buses and fill them up with immigrants and let them go wherever they wanted into the interior but they would spread them out across ten or different cities so that they weren’t visible that you couldn’t see them coming in other words lines of ants they call that ant operations it’s actually a cartel it’s meant for the cartels that that’s how they move their drugs a little line here a little line here a little line there that nobody really notices instead of one big Clump and uh I watched The Mexican government do ant oper up close and personal uh I watch them load up the buses force them to go to different cities and then all those people would end up crossing the southern border that is happening right now the uh Mexican government has been still using this for the last three years they pretend that they’re bottling them up down there but then they release them to move north uh right now The Mexican government is in a new deal with the bid Administration to slow the flow through November this is part of um what you were just talking about you know just keep it calm Tamp it down for six months or so and then you know you can do whatever you want but they’re still allowing the ant trails to move through California with uh extra Continental migrants that they don’t want uh Chinese and Africans people from the Middle East and that those are the ones you’re seeing go through Arizona for some reason they’re letting th that traffic move but most everybody else they’re really slowing it down uh Texas is now kind of at the bottom of the um uh pipeline chart you know uh California’s number one because the Mexican operations over there that were started in around Christmas uh after all of the um heavy media attention to Eagle Pass and all thousand terrible look bad optics for political season and they’ managed to keep those bad Optics fairly on the down low media doesn’t seem to be interested when the numbers get above 6,000 a month a day a day yeah well and that seems like one of the big things I’m watching as well that there are efforts to cover it up to make it look to make it not draw too much attention whether it’s the ant operations of spreading out the flow of illegal immigrants to different areas uh when I was in San yedro you know in San Diego on the US side of the Border one thing I was told was happening was that if too many people are dropped off after they get processed by Customs Border Protection that NOS will come in and move them to different locations so they draw so that they don’t draw too much attention and you know Dan I I want to ask you this I mean that that brings up another question like is it in their interest to actually slow it down like would would they want to would they want Panama to actually close the Daran Gap or I mean is this something that they want to be happening you’re asking me I mean they wouldn’t well Theos don’t want that no only the B Administration itself the politics the politicians the Consultants the you know their client media want to be able to report that things are slowing down NBC MSNBC they’re going to report anything that shows that this is not an issue um but you know the B Administration itself has they talk about trying to deal with the root causes of migration they said that at the beginning of the administration apparently the root causes are that people don’t have lawful Pathways to come in and we’re not financing the process you know we can talk about what’s going on in Panama and Mexico all we want to but I mean Josh the reality is it is our policies after they get here the accommodation the rewards the benefits now it’s work authorization everything else I mean these foreign leaders are correct when they say how are they supposed to stop the flow if the United States adopts policies that are welcoming that are encouraging that are in cooperation with cartels and smuggling operations I mean as as Pogo said we’ve met the enemy and the enemy is us we’re accommodating this thing with a design with no transparency all happening under the dead of night taxpayers are funding it with no disclosure there’s no no accountability the states can’t keep even good data on who’s here illegally and who isn’t and who’s using States finest service and you know Todd says you can’t even tell how much money they’re getting and so in the end Solutions here begin with Americans demanding changes in how people are accommodated when they try to get here illegally because all the Cooperative agreements in the world aren’t going to help if we don’t stop this conflicted schizophrenic situation I mean let’s suppose Trump gets elected he starts putting in e verify interior enforcement work site enforcement large scale removal operations the whole nine yards the ACLU starts bringing law fair suits all over the country they try to get injunctions to wait until the next Democrat gets elected and so we have this 360 or one 180 degree head snapping change in policy every four years and that’s just not sustainable we can’t sustain that kind of chaotic schizophrenic policy well and that touches on something important too because I I’ve been saying recently I think as a country we’re having a false debate uh you know when they talk about for example border security you know on the Republican side they’re saying hey uh maybe enforce the Border laws and Biden’s saying well I I can’t unless you pass legislation to give me money to do it and it seems like that’s not really the issue that there there were International agreements were part of it look if Biden if Biden is saying something if his mouth is moving I mean just forget about it it’s not true simp very simple yeah you know Simon I want want to ask you there’s a question here from the audience they say that why is border patrol letting illegal immigrants come into the US in massive numbers what is their role if not protect the southern border and I think it gets kind of into the legislation because do they have a choice frankly and what is the legislation that’s allowing this he’s quiet yeah we lose Simon I can I could probably answer that if he’s G if he’s yep yeah yeah I’m curious your take sure well uh for one thing you know border patrol is subject to orders from Washington uh their orders uh under Trump for example was to chase down and tackle and detain stop block deter any illegal immigrant that they came across down there there was remain in Mexico first um once the courts approved that and it was real cat and mouse then came title 42 which was for the pandemic you know the the rapid expulsions of everybody 90% of everybody so Border Patrol was under orders to chase catch and return them back to Mexico or even Beyond and that was the game down there when the transition to Biden uh happened the new orders were you will let them present themselves to you and then you will process them all in to the country uh and so they dawned Walmart Greer vests uh and set up processing centers uh to deliver them to NOS that would put them on buses uh and so it was a very different environment very different set of uh Rules of Engagement uh and it remains to this day it’s been three years three and a half years of processing Duty uh you can go to any part of the border and see the um illegal immigrants cross and placidly sit on the roadside waiting for a border patrol agent and then they’ll flag him down and the border patrol will bring them in and let them go yeah yeah yes and they do this personally saw that I mean they do this based on the fact that they have the information this is what is so revealing about all this here T Josh is because if they have information all the way along the process that’s why they’re leaving their Homeland and we’ve we’ve created a situation right now where we’ve incentivize the process but as a constitutional matter it’s important that your viewers understand if you have a president of the United States who decides he’s not going to enforce border control in this country there is no power on Earth that can stop this kind of mass Invasion this is an Achilles heel in our constitutional system because the courts will rarely entertain legal challenges to the admission of in ineligible aliens and the the process got going during the Obama Administration when DHS secretary mayorcas held Pioneer this this abuse of discretion and figured out that if they just start letting people come into the country on mass it was unlikely that anyone would be able to legally stop it and so it is a very serious weakness in our system Congress can pass all the laws in the world but if the Department of Homeland Security can just ignore and let people run into the country we have a serious in the armor if you will of our national security yeah actually you know Simon I wanted to ask you just on this as well I I feel as I was saying I feel like we’re having a false debate when it comes to you know what needs to be done with legislation to to fix the Border crisis uh because you know Republicans are saying build the wall and so on I’ve been to the wall there there’s openings in the wall and the illegal aliens just walk right through you know as Todd was mentioning they just walk through they sit down and they they flag down border patrol to come process them uh Biden is saying that he cannot uh you know secure the Border because he doesn’t have money and he’s saying he needs more money for it in terms of policy what do you think actually needs to needs to get done and where do you think the political debate needs to shift to actually like tangibly look at what needs to be fixed with this I just want to check you can hear me first I I hear you okay I had to change my setup um well everything Dan said was right about when when Biden’s lips are moving uh he he’s lying about this issue there’s absolutely no doubt um they they discovered this giant loophole this truck-sized loophole and they’ve been driving buses through it ever since that uh the the the administration can pretty much parole as many people as they want and they can catch and release as many as they want and there’s very little that can be done you know that as John Adams said you this this country was designed for moral and religious people and and if if the president decides he doesn’t want to enforce the laws and he wants to throw the Constitution out the window there’s very little that can be done so the the the policy debate isn’t really the issue it’s not about money you could give him unlimited money and he would only put it towards what I call Process parole and punt as many people into the country as possible lawful orderly flow whatever euphemisms they like to use it’s it’s just an industry the myor is migration machine and if they had more money they would grind that sucker up so they could do 300,000 400,000 a month now I’ve lived all over the world and believe me you you’ve been to Panama you’ve been to some places I can see I watch the documentary there’s no limit to the number of people who would come to the United States if they could I mean we’re talking hundreds of millions if not a couple billion people so the supply is never going to run out the the only way this is going to stop is and Todd writes about this in in his book and anyone who studies immigration knows it’s a multi-layered approach you have to pretty much turn off the magnet you’ve got to end these Tik Tok videos of people showing their friends back home check it out I just walked over the Border I surrendered everything’s cool now I got a free house I’ll get a job everything’s going to work out you have to uh have have a multi-layered system that detains people when they come in illegally deports them if they are uh found deportable moves them all into Mexico during their Asylum process if that’s what they’re going to to claim moves them to whatever safe Third Country they crossed to on the way to Mexico on the way to the United States um and ramp up deportations uh right now we’ve got there are six million people on Isis non-detained docket supposedly in this process with you know hundreds of thousands being added every month there’s 400,000 convicted criminal aliens in this country that could be deported and I think it’s up to 1.3 million people who have removal orders who judges have said you should Deport this person so it’s it’s just a lack of political will um and we saw in Congress that when hr2 passed back in May which was an excellent piece of legislation um the Senate just refused to take it up and would have voted it down and then and turned up with their own version which was horrible yeah well question for Dan but uh you know we actually did see one working model for deporting people which was in Martha’s Vineyard where you in Obama’s Hometown they uh or where Obama lives they they load him up they they actually got the military to do it and U uh Dan one of our audience members is asking will any of the issues with illegals eventually reach Elite areas such as as Martha’s Vineyard what’s your take well the wealthy have a way of insulating themselves as we saw in the whole Martha V Vineyard situation and it you know I’ve been studying this issue for going on 45 years and there certainly you can’t help but notice is a recurring feature here in the fact that on why things don’t get done you you certainly have the influence of big agriculture lobbying because they like a flow of illegal immigrants to do labor in the fields but but when you have people like Chuck Schumer the late Kennedy um you know you you you see this consistent situation where people who ought to know better who helped create the problem in the first place refuse to come forward and fix it everybody who studies this issue knows what needs to be done Simon ticked off some of the things it’s not rocket science to deter illegal immigration but the wealthy the elites the people who have luxury beliefs as Simon said who say oh you know illegal aliens are about cheap salad bars and and lowcost you know restaurants fancy restaurants and they just they’re insulated from all the impacts they are free to sit back and say you know what if this helps the left if this helps Drive the country toward socialism toward uh you know onep party governance and we don’t have to worry about nasty Republicans Ever Getting elected again then let’s bring them all in and they’re perfectly fine apparently to to to watch this happen but but but what needs to be done has been laid out by Commission after commission going all the way back to the hurg Commission in 1979 we had the Jordan Commission in 1995 1996 every expert here knows the elements of what reform involve why there’s a lack of political will is is because there’s a huge amount of money involved in this people make money off immigration people make money in terms of Cheaper wages they don’t have to employers don’t have to pay as much teachers union makes money because bigger schools mean they get more Federal money um even if you admit criminals let’s suppose Castro or Madura empties their their prisons and insane asylums well that creates jobs for social workers for prison guards for people who manufacture prison bars and the KO Institute can come around and say wow it’s expanding our economy and our and our gross national product not per capita of course but gross national product is being expanded by the fact we need all these cops on the beat to deal with all the criminals we’re letting in oh isn’t that great well people obviously benefit from Mass immigration the problem is there are losers and the losers right now are what used to be the middle class less educated Americans the most vulnerable Among Us and and the younger people in this country who have no Prospect of ever living the American dream yeah you know a lot of our a lot of our viewers are asking what are the possible solutions like you know what can we do um you know Simon I want to start with you on that you know what needs to be done where do you see things needing to be solved to fix this whole issue well it’s it’s a a raft of you know sort of a laundry list but if you look at hr2 this uh secure the Border act that passed back in May that’s a pretty good laundry list of things that need to be done there were some Court decisions that were made uh that limit uh Isis ability to detain people for more than 21 days which is unrealistic um the remain in Mexico program was basically jettisoned uh the wall was stopped leaving you know massive gaps deep deportations have gone down at one point they were up to the sort of 400,000 a year level um and now I think last year was like 175,000 but there’s a lot of trickery in the numbers because a lot of those people are just uh caught at the border and then allowed to go home on on voluntary departure and they’re not actually found in the interior um so it it’s a mix of uh legal decisions that need to be uh overturned um it’s Administration policy and will is the main thing um diverting the money that’s now going to processing people in uh into what everybody knows is a purely theoretical Asylum system at this point I mean we’re I’ve seen people with letters uh notices to appear saying you know show up in three months six months three years even in the future so uh there has to be a a ramped up ability to get the the bogus cases which is the vast majority 90% of these Asylum cases are fraudulent it doesn’t mean that people aren’t poor or that they wouldn’t be better off getting a job in the US versus back where they come from but they’re not truly uh qualified for Asylum under our laws or or or any other international law so they they they have to just combine U some some uh stones in the white house with uh the resources put to the right job of enforcing the law instead of bypassing it yeah you know Dan you brought up something important too which is the possible legal Warfare we’re going to be watching uh as soon as they do try to start deporting people and not to mention the fact that you know you have people on life support you pull out that life support what’s going to happen I I think a lot of people getting these free handouts you stopped the handouts I can only imagine what’s going to happen what do you think needs to be done how how can this possibly be resolved first well first I’d say why is there no political accountability for people like HHS secretary Basera who is attorney general in California brought maybe what 65 lawsuits suing the Trump Administration why is there no accountability for the ACLU for years the ACLU said they had no problem with the idea of ending most immigration if that’s what the American people wanted well obviously that’s not true the ACLU has litigated to try to bring about the very chaos we see all those organizations on the left that for years have opposed needed things like interior enforcement ever verify employer sanctions enforcement mandatory detention if you don’t play by the rules you don’t play the game basic principles of controlling the Border cut the magnet curtail the fraud and um and and and you know document reform document security they’ve opposed every part of that agenda and now under the Trump Administration we’ve seen where their agenda takes us rarely do you see in politics a president who’s so politically inept that you can actually track the hockey stick chart of illegal immigration around his specific actions when Biden took office he abolished all of Trump’s policies overturned all the executive orders and all you see now are numbers going up up up up up right well there’s a reason for that and they all can be laid at his door that doesn’t happen too often that you have a politician who makes the policy changes that everybody can see if you reversed them and went back to what was working they would work so people say well what do we need to do I have a great idea let’s put back in place the policies the Trump Administration was pursuing both internationally domestically on the interior and let’s stop doing what Biden is doing abolishing ice chloroforming the whole gency abolishing interior enforcement rewarding illegal immigration incentivizing it youve got 80 Democrats who are writing to Biden right now saying all these people you paroled into the country without any legal Authority basically we need to give them some kind of administrative status so mean bad Trump can’t ever put them in removal proceedings so they’re essentially institutionally trying to make the problem worse so we have to take a cleare eyed view of the situation we have in power a small number of people who are trying to sabotage this country’s ability to regulate its borders it is a very serious situation because the impacts are going to fall on generation after generation as far as the eye can see it is not a sustainable situation for any country that has a future and we certainly do not need to bring be bringing in people suited to a 1910 labor force in a post-industrial superpower information economy in 2030 this makes no sense yeah and Tod I think you have the last question for us so um you know I know you’ve raised concerns around the Nos and you said that this is the NGO industrial complex and I know you have a good eye as well is what’s happening with these Latin American countries and other countries what do you think needs to be done to solve the Border crisis I mean I take I take my direction from the immigrants because I’ve interviewed uh you know hundreds and thousands of them actually about you know why they decided to leave and why they decided to leave now and borrow or you know sell everything they have to raise the cash for the uh cost of the trip and it really just comes down to it’s a very simple calculus really it’s that if they are going to borrow or uh raise uh an absolute Fortune by their the standards of their per capita economy they want to just know one thing and that is that they have a very high probability of entering the country successfully and staying so that they could pay it back and earn many multiples beyond that it’s just that simple it’s a lot of what we’ve already talking about here right now the odds that you are going to uh enter the country at the southern border and be allowed to stay is somewhere above of uh 90% uh you’re you’re pretty much guaranteed to be brought into the country in a very short order on some sort of status uh you could do cbp1 or you know these lawful Pathways as well but you’re still pretty much in one way or another and uh under those conditions you are going to lay your money down on that green felt uh because the gamble is so assured the invest the return on investment is so assured that just has to be reversed through detention through deportation through lowering the odds significantly that you’re going to actually get to stay uh by uh referring people to uh the criminal system for illegal entry uh for just returning remain in Mexico and making people wait in Mexico nobody’s coming for the great Mexican dream uh instead of being freed in the United States they’ll go home and I think that that’s just any policy that anybody uh Floats or proposes from this point forward ought to be viewed through that prism will it raise the odds of you getting in and staying or lower them to the point where you don’t want to bother and I think that’s the point you got to lower it yeah great well before we wrap up tonight I just want to acknowledge and thank all the panelists so thank you all so much for being here uh it’s been a great discussion uh also thank you all for attending and participating the Q&A session if you haven’t watched the weapons of mass migration documentary for audience you can watch it on Epic tv.com we have the link included in the description below let’s give another big thanks as well to our guests so uh thank you all it’s been a real pleasure thank you thank you right great I think we’re good for the night thank you again an unrelenting stream of immigration nonstop nonstop according to statistics around 7.2 million illegal immigrants entered the United States under President Joe Biden alone they have United Nations facilities here and the people pushing this are leading people to their death to what extent is the United Nations facilitating the Border crisis they’re throwing rocks they’re being overridden by International Powers we are not authorized to talk it is a humanitarian business now and they said oh yeah these are the debit cards giving these debit cards to the immigrants why all the clo of Bagger why are we being so stealthy about this and some of these people have gone on record and publicly talked about this people close to Barack Obama it was 12 million people on the path to citizenship and eventually vs I I’ve been researching of course what’s happening but I want to know why it’s [Music] happening we’ll see Chaos on a on a global scale until America is extinguished and the power shifts completely to the east [Music]
