French Court Sentences Zambian “Refugee” Sex Criminal to Probation, “Migrant” Rape a Global Problem

Another “refugee” in Europe has gotten away with sex assault.

This time, the sex fiend is a Zambian who sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl. He won’t spend a day in jail. His sentence: two fines and probation.

So the French Ruling Class victimized the girl twice. First, it permitted a Zambian sex criminal to enter the country. Then, after he sexually assaulted an underage girl, he was free to sexually assault another girl.

The Assault

Instead of a tough prison sentence, the judge sentenced the 52-year-old pervert to 18 months of probation on May 28, Remix reported, citing Quest France. Unless he violates the probation, he won’t go to jail.

The Zambian sexually assaulted the girl on February 19, 2023.

“After spending an evening with his friend, the Zambian migrant’s friend offered to take him home along with two other guests,” Remix reported:

The 13-year-old daughter of the driver also came along.

[The Zambian], who is seeking asylum in France, ended up sitting in the backseat with the daughter, where he began sexually assaulting the girl…..

The 13-year-old testified in court, saying: “He touched my leg, then my chest. He forced me to kiss him, he took my hand and put it on the fly of his pants.” She stated that the Zambian man also penetrated her anus with his fingers.

The defendant admits to sexually assaulting the girl but denies penetrating her, saying: “I ask myself the question every day: why did I do that? It was the first time in my life.”

Sadly, the mother testified, the girl has twice tried suicide.

Neither Remix nor Quest France explained whether the girl is French, Zambian, or another nationality.

The headshrinker who examined the Zambian sex criminal said, “There is a sort of sexual fixation in the defendant’s life. The impulse towards the victim, which he does not explain and for which he expresses no regret, is particularly serious and worrying.”

The prosecutor sought two years imprisonment, Remix reported, but the judge let the African off the hook with probation. He also ordered him deported and never to set foot on French soil again.

“However, less than 10 percent of those people with deportation orders in France are actually forced to leave in the end, with some nationalities having as low as a 0.2 percent deportation rate,” Remix reported.

The judge fined the Zambian sex criminal €1,000 [about $1,088] for “moral damage” to his victim and €1,800 [about $1,960] for the mother’s legal fees.

Worldwide Problem

“Migrants” worldwide seem to have the same problem as the Zambian: They have a “sexual fixation” and “no regret” about raping girls and women.

Most recently in the United States, as The New American reported last week, Biden “migrant” Jose Ibarra pleaded not guilty to the murder of nursing student Laken Riley. Riley would be alive had immigration officials not released Ibarra at the border.

Ibarra is charged with malice murder “by inflicting blunt force trauma to her head and by asphyxiating her in a manner unknown to the grand jury,” his 10-count indictment says. He also faces counts of felony murder while kidnapping with bodily injury, felony murder while committing aggravated assault to commit rape, felony murder while committing aggravated battery, and separate counts of aggravated battery, kidnapping with bodily injury, and aggravated assault to commit rape.

In Germany, “migrant” rape is a major problem as well. A Congolose “refugee” was recently sentenced to nine years in prison for beating and raping his own mother. It was something of a comeuppance for the leftist media, which never met a “migrant” they didn’t like. They had billed him as a once-violent youth who had reformed and become a model “refugee.”

Well, the “charming, friendly young man” who sips lattes and “enthusiastically shows pictures of his bull terrier dog Betty on his cell phone” beat his mother so badly that she suffered a brain bleed. Her blood was sprayed across their apartment.

Afghans are a particular crime problem for Germany, but saying so publicly can invite a heavy fine.

A German court recently dinged Marie-Thérèse Kaiser, a politician with the Alternative for Germany party, for $6,500 for sharing government rape statistics on social media that showed the Afghan predilection for rape.

Those data show that Afghans are 10 times as likely as a German to rape.

Afghans whom President Joe Biden imported after he pulled U.S. troops out of Afghanistan have been involved in myriad sex crimes against women and children in the United States.
