The Biden administration has confirmed at least one aspect of the Biden-Burisma influence-peddling scheme.
State Department documents released to The New York Times confirm that Hunter Biden, a convicted felon, sought the federal government’s assistance for an Italian energy project that involved Burisma, the corrupt Ukrainian energy company. Hunter Biden was on the company’s board of directors.
The revelation comes a week after Special Prosecutor David Weiss confirmed another angle of the younger Biden’s relentless effort to sell his last name on behalf of foreign interests. A Romanian businessman paid Hunter to influence the government.
