Three Biden “Migrants” Charged in Two Rapes in NYC

Three Biden “migrants” who were caught and released at the border are charged in connection with two rapes in the last two weeks.

And as is customary, the city ignored a detainer that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) placed on one of the criminals, a Nicaraguan previously arrested for a sexual assault. The other two thugs are a Mexican and a Senegalese, loose on the streets courtesy of President Joe Biden.

Such is the criminality of the Biden “migrants” that keeping track of them is almost impossible. The Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) bureau at Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested three other Biden “migrant” sex criminals this week alone.

Boardwalk Rape

Police allege that Nicaraguan thug Daniel Davon-Bonilla, 24, raped a woman at knifepoint on Coney Island, the New York Post reported.

He raped the woman at about 8:45 a.m. on Sunday, police allege, under the Riegelmann Boardwalk, the newspaper reported:

His alleged accomplice, identified as Mexican migrant Leovando Moreno, 37, is accused of striking the woman’s 34-year-old boyfriend with a pipe when he tried to stop the vicious assault, the sources said.

It wasn’t the first sex crime bust for Davon-Bonilla, who is believed to have crossed the US border illegally in Texas in December 2022.

Four months later, he was arrested for allegedly raping a woman at a La Quinta Hotel on Third Avenue in Gowanus that was turned into a migrant shelter.

He spent about a year behind bars before taking a plea deal that put him back on the streets in June, according to corrections officials and Brooklyn prosecutors.

But worse still, the city ignored a detainer from ICE after he was arrested for that crime, the Post reported, because city laws forbid cooperating with ICE on deporting illegal-alien criminals.

Such is the Biden “migrant” crime wave in New York that even Democrats are fed up with the city’s insane sanctuary policy, the Post reported:

City Councilman Bob Holden, a Queens Democrat, said Davon-Bonilla’s alleged foul act was the “direct result of City Hall’s refusal to act and work with ICE to keep our communities safe, leaving us vulnerable to those who should have been deported.

“Instead of being turned over to ICE after being arrested, convicted, and sentenced, this sicko was released back onto the streets, only to commit the same vile sexual assault again,” Holden told The Post, adding that his proposed bill reversing the Big Apple’s sanctuary laws was dead-on-arrival in the City Council.

“We already have enough criminals in this city—why should we continue importing more?” the councilman continued. “The madness in this city must end.”

Meanwhile, Fox News confirmed that Davon-Bonilla was caught and released at the border.

Border agents caught him on December 7, 2022, but promptly released him through the ERO’s “Alternatives to Detention” program.

Senegal Not Sending Its Best

The Post also revealed this week that a Senegalese rape suspect is yet another Biden migrant” released at the border.

Papa Diop, 38, is charged with raping a 36-year-old woman in the South Bronx on August 5. He approached the woman on the street and asked for directions, police allege, then raped her on a park bench.

Cops caught the suspect when they spotted him on a subway train.

“Immigration officials said Diop had been arrested by US border agents in Yuma, Arizona, in May 2023 and was released without bail because of a shortage of detention space at the overwhelmed border,” the Post reported.

The rape suspect submitted an asylum request and can work in the United States legally until 2029.

Three More Sex Fiends

How many rapes, murders, and other crimes Biden “migrants” have committed might never be known. But the number is substantial.

As The New American reported earlier today, ERO nailed three Biden “migrant” criminals in about 24 hours this week.

One is a Peruvian gang leader suspected in 23 murders in his home country. He was caught and released at the border.

The other two are Haitian and Brazilian sex criminals, also caught at the border and released.

Also this week, ERO arrested a Haitian Biden “migrant” flown directly into the country. He landed here courtesy of Biden’s illegal “parole” program that flew in 320,000 “migrants” last year alone. A judge ignored a detainer and freed him on $500 bond with a GPS monitor.

In April, ERO arrested a Brazilian Biden “migrant” who had been charged in the rape of a minor. A court in Massachusetts ignored an ICE detainer and freed him on $5,000 bond with a GPS monitor.

“Migrant” Murderers

But at least the victims in these crimes escaped with their lives.

Two who didn’t are Laken Riley and Rachel Morin.

A Venezuelan Biden “migrant” released at the border is charged in the murder and attempted rape of nursing student Riley in Augusta, Georgia. Before his arrest for that crime, he committed a crime against a child in New York. The Biden administration rewarded him with a work permit.

Also released at the border were the Venezuelan “migrant’s” two criminal brothers, one of whom is linked to a dangerous gang that mauled two cops in New York City.

An illegal Salvadoran is charged in the rape and murder of mom-of-five Rachel Morin in Harford County, Maryland. Her head, the New York Post reported, appeared to have been “smashed with a rock.”
