Nearly 650,000 illegal-alien criminals are roaming American streets, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has confessed.
In a letter to GOP U.S. Representative Tony Gonzales of Texas, ICE reported that almost 450,000 are convicted criminals, while another nearly 227,000 are criminal suspects. More than 13,000 are murderers, and more than 25,000 are sex fiends.
The data might explain the crime rampage that has left Americans vulnerable to out-of-control Third World criminals who rob, rape, and murder with impunity — even as they permitted to attend school during a murder probe or take over an apartment buildings in Colorado with federal subsidies.
The illegal-alien thugs are everywhere, waiting for their chance.
The Numbers
The news came from ICE’s Patrick J. Lechleitner, who carries the mystifying title of “Deputy Director and Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Director.”
What portfolio at ICE that hefty 11-word designation includes is unclear. All too clear, though, are the data Gonzales released.
Wrote Lechleitner:
As of July 21, 2024, there were 662,566 noncitizens with criminal histories on ICE’s national docket, which includes those detained by ICE, and on the agency’s non-detained docket. Of those, 435,719 are convicted criminals, and 226,847 have pending criminal charges.
An accompanying chart offers slightly lower numbers of criminals and criminal suspects running wild and free (non-detained): 425,431 and 222,141. Total thugs on the prowl: At least 647,572.
The data also include the crimes they committed or with which they are charged.
The major crimes are these:
Convicted Criminals
- Homicide: 13,099
- Sexual assault: 15,811
- Sex offenses: 9,461
- Kidnapping: 2,521
- Arson: 792
- Dangerous Drugs: 56,533
- Burglary: 14,301
- Fraud: 15,979
Criminally Charged
- Homicide: 1,845
- Sexual assault: 4,250
- Sex offenses: 2,650
- Kidnapping: 851
- Arson: 177
- Dangerous Drugs: 13,846
- Burglary: 3,266
- Fraud: 5,127
“ICE is bound by statutory requirements not to release certain noncitizens from ICE custody during the pendency of removal proceedings and notes that most noncitizens who are convicted of homicide are typically not eligible for release” under the Immigration and Nationality Act, Lechleitner wrote.
But “ICE officers may use their discretion in making custody determinations and release noncitizens with conditions,” the letter continued:
ICE custody determinations are made on a case-by-case basis and take into account the individual case circumstances, primarily considering risk of flight, national security threat, and threat to public safety.
Translation: If they want to, ICE officials can release murderers into your hometown. The same is true for rapists and drug dealers, and, of course, gang members and terrorists.
“As of July 21, 2024, there were 662,566 noncitizens with criminal histories on ICE’s national docket — 13,099 criminally convicted MURDER[ERS]!” Gonzales wrote on X. “Americans deserve to be SAFE in our own communities.”

Rape, Murder, Other Crimes
The list of crimes committed by Biden-Harris “migrants” either caught and released at the southwest border or flown directly into the country is a long one. Barely a day goes by that Americans won’t read about one of them committing a particularly heinous crime:
- • Venezuelan Biden-Harris “migrant” Jose Ibarra, caught and released at the southwest border, is charged with the murder of nursing student Laken Riley in Athens, Georgia.
- • Venezuelan Biden-Harris “migrants” Franklin Jose Pena Ramos and Johan Jose Rangel, caught and released at the southwest border, are charged with the murder of Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston, Texas.
- • Peruvian Biden-Harris “migrant” Gianfranco Torres-Navarro, wanted for 23 murders in his home county, was caught and released at the border and only captured later, when immigration officials finally checked into this past.
- • Salvadoran Biden-Harris “migrant” Walter Martinez, caught and released at the southwest border, recently pleaded guilty to murdering 20-year-old Kayla Hamilton in Harford County, Maryland. An MS-13 gang member, he was permitted to enroll in high school.
- • Four Venezuelan Biden-Harris “migrants,” caught and released at the southwest border, are charged with attempted murder in Aurora, Colorado. Those “migrants” are part of the murderous Tren de Aragua gang now operating nationwide that has taken over apartment buildings in the city. The Biden-Harris administration subsidized the takeover.
- • Haitian Biden-Harris “migrant” Jefferson Jerome, once deported, then caught and released at the border, is charged with assault and battery in Dorchester, Massachusetts.
- • Haitian Biden-Harris “migrant” Cory Alvarez, flown into the country via the administration’s illegal program to import Colombians, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV) directly from their native lands, is charged with the rape of a 15-year-old girl in Rockland, Massachusetts.
- • Haitian Biden-Harris “migrant” Akim Marc Desire, flown into the country via the illegal CHNV program, is charged with molesting a 10-year-old boy in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
- • Nicaraguan Biden-Harris “migrant” Daniel Davon-Bonilla is charged with raping a woman at knifepoint on New York’s Coney Island. A Mexican accomplice clubbed the woman’s boyfriend with a metal pipe.
- • Senegalese Biden-Harris “migrant” Papa Diop is charged with raping a woman on a park bench in the South Bronx in New York City.
- • Eight Tajikistani Biden-Harris “migrants,” caught and released at the southwest border, were ISIS-linked terrorists later arrested for plotting a bomb attack.
- • A Somali Biden-Harris “migrant,” caught and released at the southwest border, was later determined to be a member of the al-Shabaab terror outfit.
And that list of criminals doesn’t include the illegal-alien gotaways — those never caught when they jumped the border — such as the Dominican illegal whom authorities have charged with the murder of a family of four in Irondequoit, New York.
