Another Haitian Biden “Migrant” Flown Into Country Arrested; Allegedly Molested 10-Year-Old Boy

Yet another one of President Joe Biden’s Haitian “migrants” who was flown directly into the country is charged with a sex crime.

This suspect is accused of molesting a 10-year-old boy. He is the second Haitian flown in directly to be charged with a sex crime.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) took Akim Marc Desire into custody after local cops arrested him for the molestation.

And despite the crime wave the “migrants” began the minute they hit the ground, Biden has neither stopped the illegal program to fly in penniless Third World “migrants” nor stopped releasing dangerous “migrants” after they cross the southwest border and are caught by border agents.

ICE Arrest

ICE provided the details on Desire, whom Biden flew into the country via the illegal program that is importing 30,000 Colombians, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans monthly. In other words, the program, known as CHNV, will airlift almost 400,000 illegals here annually.

“Desire lawfully entered the United States June 4, 2023; however, he violated the terms of his lawful entry,” ICE reported, apparently forgetting that Biden’s CHNV Import Program is, indeed, illegal.

That means Desire did not enter the country “lawfully.”

Continued ICE:

The Mansfield, Massachusetts, Police arrested Desire Aug. 28 and charged him with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. ERO Boston [Enforcement and Removal Operations] lodged an immigration detainer … against Desire with the Mansfield Police Department after arrest.

The Attleboro, Massachusetts, District Court arraigned Desire Aug. 29 for the offense of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.

Officers from ERO Boston arrested Desire Aug. 30 at the Attleboro District Court and served him with a notice to appear before a Department of Justice immigration judge. Desire remains in ERO custody.

Independent television station WHDH offered more details.

The boy and his mother went to the police to report the molestation, the station reported, after which cops showed up at the house in which Desire apparently lives.

“Police questioned him through a Haitian Creole translator, and he denied interacting with the child, saying, “… I don’t speak English how would I talk to him?” the station reported.

The Mansfield police chief told the station that Desire violated the terms of his BidenAir agreement when he didn’t contact an immigration officer after he landed.

Second Haitian Sex Crime Suspect Flown In

In some sense, the crime is hardly news. So many Biden “migrants” are committing so many crimes that tracking them all is almost impossible.

The first flown-in Haitian Biden “migrant” charged in a major sex crime is one Cory Alvarez. After he was arrested and arraigned in March for the rape of a 15-year-old girl who is also a Biden “migrant,” a leftist judge ignored an ICE detainer, freed him on $500 bond, gave him an ankle monitor, and told him to read the Bible.

That forced ICE to stage a manhunt to find and arrest him. The agency collared him last month.

A third rape suspect ICE was forced to hunt down because authorities ignored a detainer is a Brazilian Biden “migrant.” He too is accused of raping a girl in the Bay State.

Perhaps the most dangerous Biden “migrant” caught by ICE is a Peruvian murderer called Gianfranco Torres-Navarro. He is wanted for 23 murders in his home country and was caught with his illegal-alien girlfriend. Torres-Navarro is a key member of a gang called “Los Killers de Ventanilla y Callao,” an extortion racket that preys upon construction companies.

Border agents caught Torres-Navarro when he jumped the southwest border, then promptly released him. That is another illegal aspect of Biden’s border policy. Federal law requires illegals to be detained and/or deported.

CHNV Program

Biden’s CHNV program is patently illegal, as the impeachment articles against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas clearly show.

The program was “never authorized” by Congress, the articles say. It’s illegal, Andrew Arthur of the Center for Immigration Studies avers. It “is completely divorced from Congress’s limits in the Immigration and Nationality Act.”

And, as one would expect, it was a juicy target for immigration fraudsters.

As Fox News revealed in early August, the fraud was so extensive that the Homeland Security Department paused the program “out of an abundance of caution.”

“A congressional source had told Fox News Digital the pause came in mid-July after an internal report unearthed large amounts of fraud in applications for those sponsoring the applicants,” the network reported. That report “found that forms from those applying for the program included social security numbers, addresses and phone numbers being used hundreds of times in some cases”:

Parts of the report shared with Fox News Digital by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), a conservative immigration group, showed that 100,948 forms were filled out by 3,218 serial sponsors — those whose number appears on 20 or more forms.

It also found that 24 of the 1,000 most used numbers belonged to a dead person. Meanwhile, 100 physical addresses were used between 124 and 739 times on over 19,000 forms. Those addresses included storage units. One sponsor phone number was submitted on over 2,000 forms, and there were 2,839 forms with non-existent sponsor zip codes, according to the leak.

The report from FAIR raises questions about the authenticity of Desire’s and Alvarez’s applications.
