The latest arrests by immigration authorities prove something President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee, don’t want Americans to know.
Former President Donald Trump was right in 2016. When Mexico sends illegal aliens to the United States, he said:
They’re not sending their best. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists.
When Trump said “Mexico,” of course, didn’t mean just Mexico. He also meant all the Third World nations dumping their criminals into the United States.
Thus did the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recently arrest a convicted Honduran rapist and a Guatemalan rape suspect. Cops in Fairfax County, Virginia, have arrested a Peruvian Biden “migrant” for abducting a child. And the Department of Justice has announced that a Guatemalan illegal will plead guilty to falsifying a passport.
The latest news comes after the revelation that the Venezuelan Biden “migrants” arrested for attempted murder in Aurora, Colorado, are members of a dangerous gang who were caught and released at the border. And as The New American reported last week, yet another Haitian “migrant” whom Biden flew directly into the country is charged with a sex crime.
Tenacious Honduran
On Friday, ICE announced the arrest of 36-year-old Honduran rapist Madai Gamaliel Amaya, the 153rd “noncitizen” sex fiend collared in Maryland in fiscal 2024.
Amaya’s tenacity is remarkable. He is a two-time deportee.
“Amaya unlawfully entered the United States on an unknown date, at an unknown location, without being inspected, admitted or paroled by a U.S. immigration official,” ICE reported.
Montgomery County cops arrested him for second-degree rape in January 2009, and a court convicted him that August. Sentence: 10 years behind bars, then three years of supervised probation, with two years and six months suspended.
He was in prison in 2010 when ERO served him with a final removal order. ERO deported him to Honduras in 2013.
In 2016, he was arrested at the border and convicted of unlawful entry after being removed. The following year, he was sentenced to 30 months in prison. ERO deported the rapist a second time in 2018.
Again, “Amaya unlawfully reentered the United States on an unknown date, at an unknown location, without being inspected, admitted or paroled by a U.S. immigration official,” ICE reported.
On August 29, agents caught him again.
Guatemalan Released on Bail
ERO collared Guatemalan thug Jorge Luis Castro-Alvarado on August 1 in Lynn, Massachusetts.
He jumped the border on an unknown date at an unknown location. ERO lodged a detainer against him on February 9, when the Essex County Sheriff’s Department arrested him for “assault and battery on a family or household member,” ICE reported.
That conviction landed him an 18-month prison sentence, all suspended but six months.
On April 12, after arraigning him on “two counts of rape and indecent assault and battery on a person over 14,” ICE continued, the Essex County Superior Court ignored an ICE detainer and released him on bail.
No one in the Essex County court system, of course, would have suffered a penalty had he been raped again.
Peruvian Abductor
Most recently, Manassas City, Virginia, cops arrested Peruvian Biden “migrant” Jesus Enrique Ramirez Cabrera, 23, for abducting a girl as she walked to school, Fox5DC reported.
“The girl told police she was walking to school when a man pulled up, claimed he was a police officer, then pulled her into his car,” the station reported.
Aside from abduction, Cabrera faces charges of robbery, petit larceny, and impersonating a cop.
Fox News’ Bill Melugin confirmed that Biden’s Peruvian pal jumped the border in December and was promptly released.
On X, Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares pinned blame for the crime on Harris.
It was “a direct result of Kamala Harris putting her political agenda above the safety of American citizens,” he wrote:
It’s not just negligence; it’s a betrayal. Our communities’ safety should never be sacrificed for reckless, politically driven decisions.
Vote/Passport Fraud
In Alabama, federal prosecutors revealed that illegals do, in fact, produce and use fake documents. That rather belies the claim from leftist commentators that illegal-alien document fraud is a far-right delusion or conspiracy theory.
Angelica Maria Francisco, 42, ensconced herself illegally in Russellville. She will plead guilty “to false claims of citizenship in connection with voting, false statements in application for a United States passport, use of a United States passport obtained by false statements, and aggravated identity theft,” the Justice Department reported.
“According to the information and plea agreement, Francisco assumed the identity of a United States citizen in or around 2011,” the department continued:
Francisco used the false identity to obtain a United States passport in 2011. She subsequently used the United States passport to travel to and from her native country of Guatemala in 2012, 2015, and 2018. Using the same false identity, Francisco also registered to vote in Alabama in 2016 and voted in the 2016 and 2020 primary and general elections. And in 2021, Francisco used the same false identity to apply for and receive a renewed passport, which she used to travel to and from Guatemala in 2022.
More Arrests
Last week, ICE announced the sex-crime arrest of a third Biden “migrant” who was flown directly into the country. Akim Marc Desire, a Haitian, is accused of molesting a 10-year-old boy.
Haitian “migrant” Cory Alvarez, also flown directly in under Biden’s orders, is charged with rape. So also is a Biden “migrant” from Brazil.
Also, Fox News confirmed last week that the four Venezuelans arrested in Aurora, Colorado, are members of the Tren de Aragua gang, Venezuela’s largest at 5,000 members.
Border agents caught them trying to enter the country illegally, but released them pursuant to Biden’s illegal, long-standing orders.
One of the four had been arrested for nearly beating a man to death. A judge freed him from custody on bail.
