Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba resigned in a handwritten document submitted yesterday. Resigning along with Kuleba are Minister of Strategic Industries Olexander Kamyshin, Minister of Justice Denys Maliuska, and Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Ruslan Strilets. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky responded to the resignations, stating, “We need new energy today, and these steps are related only to the strengthening of our state in different directions.”
German Minister of Foreign Affairs Annalena Baerbock said that during her time working with Kuleba, he put the Ukrainian people before himself, stating on X:

Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs Margus Tsahkna responded to Kuleba’s resignation, saying the were friends, and brothers countering Russian aggression, stating on X:
Latvian Minister of Foreign Affairs Baiba Braže said Kuleba is a great asset to Ukraine, and stated she hopes Zelensky finds the best use for his talent, stating on X:
