dangerous when the concepts of misinformation and hate speech become just what some people don’t like to hear and become defined by people with a particular agenda against people they don’t agree with including biblical Christians let’s take a look at some of the most disturbing attempts to control what people are allowed to say progressing to one at the end that is particularly chilling because of the firsthand account of the victim here’s Hillary Clinton talking about losing total control which is just an unbelievable phrase to use there should be a lot of things done uh we should be uh in my view repealing something called section 230 which gave um you know platforms on the internet immunity because they were thought to be just passrs that they shouldn’t be judged for the content that is posted but we now know that that was an overly simple view that if the platforms whether it’s Facebook or Twitter X or uh Instagram or Tik Tok whatever they are if they don’t moderate uh and monitor the content uh we lose total control this isn’t about protecting people it’s about controlling people they don’t agree with we know this because these people only seem to care about policing information from one side of the political aisle here’s kamla Harris talking about taking down accounts she doesn’t like he has he has lost his Privileges and it should be taken down and and the bottom line is that you can’t say that you have one rule for Facebook and you have a different rule for Twitter the same rule has to which is that there has to be a a responsibility that is placed on these social media sites to understand their power they are directly speaking to millions and millions of people without any level of of of oversight or regulation and that has to stop I’m pretty sure Kamala only wants oversight and regulation of certain kinds of information not this honest information that she herself propagates which she does on a regular basis here’s John Cary similarly talking about controlling social media companies and I think the the dislike of and anguish over social media is just growing and growing and growing uh and it’s part of our problem particularly in democracies uh in terms of building consensus around any issue it’s really hard to govern today you can’t you know you know there’s no the referees we used to have to determine what’s a fact and what isn’t a fact that kind of you know been eviscerated to a certain degree but what happens when the referees themselves are biased and untrustworthy a lot of people just don’t trust the fact Checkers and the referees because they’re not neutral at all people go and that people self- select where they go for their news or for their information and then you just get into a vicious cycle so it’s really really hard much harder to build consensus today than at any time in the 45 50 years I’ve been involved in this and and uh you know there’s a lot of discussion now about how you curb those entities uh in order to guarantee that you’re going to have you know some accountability and facts Etc but isn’t it good to have entities that are allowed to question narratives and agendas that might actually be propaganda what if curbing those entities is just a way to allow evil and lies to continue unchecked but look if people go to only one source and the source they go to is sick and uh you know has an agenda and and they’re putting out disinformation uh our first amendment stands as a major block to the ability to be able to just hammer it out of existence so what you need what we need is to is to win the ground win the right to govern by hopefully having uh you know winning enough votes that you’re free to be able to toh Implement change the problem is that we don’t trust you to determine what sources of information are and are not sick John KY is basically saying that if they win enough votes they want to force their particular points of view on the entire nation now obviously there are some people in our country who are prepared to implement change in other ways and that’s questioning really if democracy can survive unre media I think democracies are deep are very challenged right now and have not proven they can move fast enough or big enough to deal with the challenges that we are facing and to me that is part of what this race this this election is all about will we break the fever in the United States when true information such as the 100 Biden laptop story is suppressed because the regulation you’re talking about lied and said it was misinformation that makes us not trust the kinds of Regulation and control you’re proposing for social media companies that allow people to question and challenge ideas they think are not true and in you’re causing people not to take vaccines you know where are those boundaries that even the US uh should you know have rules and then if you have rules you know what is it is there some AI that encodes those rules using AI to basically shut down legitimate concerns that people might have about vines that sounds tyranical to me and it’s scary that someone as powerful and rich as Bill Gates is basically advocating for something like this one idea that AOC promoted was media literacy several members of Congress in some of my discussions have brought up uh media literacy that’s an orwellian code word for government propaganda often aimed at children in schools so all of this is happening against a backdrop of the possibility that voters will elect KLA Harris and Tim wall as President and Vice President of the United States those two have repeatedly called for government censorship of social media platforms including Banning their political Rivals Donald Trump just as Brazil’s dictator judge has done with his demand that certain politicians be banned across social media platforms Elon Musk is allowing more free speech to challenge narratives that might actually be propaganda but people like Bill Gates KLA Harris and Tim Walls want less free speech so people can’t question their agendas this is pretty scary stuff what the last few months make clear is that many governments journalists and other societal Elites don’t view their ability to censor or regulate social media platforms as a nice to have goal rather they view it as a must-have one they can’t stand that X is allowing so much speech they want even more censorship over meta Facebook whose CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently confessed to bowing down to unethical and illegal government censorship demands on Co Bill Gates already has too much power over organizations like the World Health Organization as his foundation is the largest private donor according to Politico Gates and his Partners use their clout to control the Global covid Response with little oversight do we trust powerful people like Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates to control what we are and are not allowed to say I certainly don’t Tik Tok banned ads by a new athletic company xxxy Athletics started by the former COO of Levis Jennifer SE because her company recognizes the reality of biological the platforms allow the promotion of the trans Tik Tok allows ads for miners to perform irreversible surgeries as such it is censoring the truth and demanding that the public instead believe the lie that physically different trans identified boys and men can and should participate fairly and equally in girls and women’s sports this is exactly why I don’t trust these initiatives to censor speech because apparently simply recognizing the reality of biological sex is considered misinformation that should be banned this isn’t protecting people this is promoting a radical agenda and shutting down all opposing points of view here’s someone put in charge of the covid situation who has absolutely no regrets about taking away people’s rights do you regret your role in helping censor millions of Americans who were kicked off social media who were disciplined at work for saying that maybe a lab was involved which we now know the FBI thinks is the fact the case do you regret it I do not believe I ever had the role that you’re describing do you regret anything that you did during this period do you regret not speaking out do you regret not advising your boss to temper his comments do you regret not opposing the censorship do you regret it you’re in a position of tremendous influence I do not believe censorship took place sir I do not believe censorship took place it’s a dented fact that numerous accounts were banned simply for questioning the prevailing narratives about the pandemic you don’t believe censorship took place I do not what world are you living in tell that to the scientists who basically lost their credentials tell that to the people who were kicked off of social media and banned because they asked about a lab leak you don’t believe censorship took place the privilege is astounding you were the the chief of staff at the NIH pushing these conspiracies pushing the effort to shut down Americans and now you have the go to sit here and say censorship never took place I mean it’s unbelievable unbelievable I can’t believe I cannot believe that that’s your testimony and frankly I can’t believe you have the G to C I completely agree that was an absolutely disgusting and dishonest thing to say considering how many people’s lives were ruined simply for saying and doing what they believed in these are the kinds of people we’re supposed to trust to decide what we are and are not allowed to say sorry but I for one don’t trust them here’s what RFK Jr said about the government partnering with social media companies to censor information it does not like 37 hours after he took the oath of office President Biden’s White House opened up a portal for the FBI to begin to have access to social media posts on all the different social media sites and they the FBI then invited in the CIA the DHS the IRS and cisa cisa is this new agency that is the center of the censorship industrial complex that is in charge of making sure Americans don’t hear things that their government doesn’t want them to hear and those agencies and other agencies including the health agencies like CDC were given access to go into the the social media sites and change POS and slow walk things and uh and shadowban post that it was part of that effort they removed my Instagram account I had almost a million followers I they say it was for misinformation but they could not point to a single POS that I ever made that’s because the goal isn’t actually to protect people from misinformation the goal is to control the narrative and to shut down opposing points of view that was fact erroneous and they actually Facebook pushed back in the email chain you can see Facebook pushing back at the White House and saying wait a minute he’s not um this isn’t misinformation this is this is not facts erroneous what they’re saying is actually true and they had to invent a new word which was called Mal information which is information that is factually true but nevertheless inconvenient for the government and that became disinformation misinformation and Mal information that’s what that is so everybody and and isn’t that that’s illegal yeah and the and the emails show that Facebook the people said this these they were saying about the White House in their private emails with each other you know something really nefarious is going on when even Facebook was pushing back against the government censoring Americans these people are cynical you know terrible people and they knew what they were doing was breaking the law but they were under tremendous pressure I me Facebook has all these deals with the government and you know as do all the media companies with the intelligence agencies and elsewhere plus they they were the the White House was overtly telling them that they were going to if they didn’t comply that their section 230 immunity was uh in Jeopardy this is tyranical and dictatorial the government is basically exerting pressure on private businesses to control the narrative so that it can pursue its own agenda at the expense of Americans who lose the ability to get information from alternative maybe more trustworthy sources here’s Don Lemon talking to Elon Musk about censorship Don you love censorship is what you’re saying no I don’t love censorship then why why you ask I believe in moderation but I I don’t believe in censorship is a moderation is a propaganda word for censorship but don’t you think free speech is one thing right or not you know look if something’s illegal we’re going to take it down if it’s not illegal then we’re putting our thumb on the scale and we’re being sensors you’re putting your thumb on the scale for moderating hate speech I mean you don’t put out CH porography that’s not it’s illegal that some people would say that’s considered censorship I’m just saying you no I literally D you I literally said if if something is legal okay we will obviously remove it okay but if it is not legal the laws in this country are put forward by the citizens where democracy if those laws put in place uh by the by the people we adhere to those laws okay laws of others if you go beyond the law you’re actually going beyond the will of the people people like Don Lemon and Hillary Clinton basically want Total Control they don’t actually care about the law they just want to shut down the ability of people who challenge their evil views to not have a platform to be able to convince other people of what is actually true here’s the sitting president of the United States the most powerful man in the world promoting the idea of censoring Elon Musk and X that Elon musk’s cooperation Andor technical relationships with other countries is worthy of being looked at whether or not he is doing anything in appropriate I’m not suggesting that I’m suggesting that it worse worse being looked at um and uh but that’s all say there’s a lot of ways there’s a lot of ways why is Joe Biden so interested in finding ways to shut down free speech on X it’s like he like Hillary Clinton wants full control over what people are and are not allowed to think and learn here’s Ben Shapiro sharing the chilling testimony about censorship that he and his company have personally experienced we’re in the midst of a trust crisis in the world of media which is because so many in the Legacy Media have lied in order to preserve left leaning narratives to take just the most recent example we were told by the Legacy Media that that President Biden was just fine for years anyone who questioned his health and mental Fitness was trafficking in cheap fakes and then President Biden went out and engaged in a full scale mental collapse on stage in front of hundreds of millions of people so we can see why Americans at least Americans who are not Democrats do not trust the media the question isn’t really why the Legacy Media have lost Americans trust we know that answer the fact Checkers and the referees lost our trust when they became blatantly biased and clearly hostile towards not just conservatives but also Christians the question is why despite that loss of trust the Legacy Media continue to gain share in the advertising market and the answer is simple there is in fact an informal pressure system created by Democratic legislators this White House Legacy Media advertisers and pseudo objective brand safety organizations that system guarantees that advertising dollars flow only to left-wing media Brands let me explain how this works when a conservative competitor to the Legacy Media arises members of that Legacy Media and their political allies rush to paint such competitors as dangerous there is a coordinated eff eort to shut down all opposing points of view one that’s not based on truth but on political ideology the commentator Caris Swisher of the New York Times for example told the head of YouTube that my videos at Daily wire were a quote gateway drug that would lead children including her own teenage son to watch Neo-Nazi content never mind Thea elected Democrats pick up that same messaging in 2017 Senator Diane Feinstein told lawyers at Facebook Google and Twitter quote you created these platforms and now they’re being misused and you have to be the ones to do something about it or we will social media companies react to incentive structures including threats they’ve responded by adopting the standards of third party left-wing informational safety groups like The Global Alliance for responsible Media or garm garm purportedly sets brand safety standards objective standards by which advertisers and platforms can supposedly determine just what sort of content ought to be deemed safe for advertising in reality garm acts as a cartel its members account for 90% of AD spending in the United States almost a trillion dollars in other words if you’re not getting ad dollars from gar members it’s nearly impossible to run an ad-based business it’s crazy how much control an utterly biased organization like garm has again it’s about control not about truth and if you’re not following their preferred political narratives the ones that Caris swier and Diane Feinstein would follow you will not be deemed brand safe your business will be throttled we at DA wire have experienced this firsthand in 2017 after Senator Feinstein made her threats to bring the weight of government down on social media platforms dailywire YouTube channel saw 1,000% increase in content enforcements over a 2-year period since 2021 after Democrats officials further turned up the heat on social media companies my personal Facebook page has seen an over 80% drop in Impressions or take Joe Rogan when Joe said that he had taken ior in after getting Co White House Press Secretary Jens saki pressured Spotify to take action stating quote we want every platform to be doing more to call out Missin disinformation while also uplifting accurate information Spotify complied Spotify of course works with garm what’s even more crazy about all of this is the Ivor was later proven to actually be very effective what are the brand safety standards that g uses the standards begin with inarguable things that we’ve heard from the other Witnesses like preventing distribution of child sexual abuse material or stopping terrorism but garm doesn’t draw the line at what is criminal abusive or dangerous their standards also include restrictions on hate speech harassment misinformation or my personal favorite insensitive irresponsible and harmful treatment of debated sensitive social issues those criteria are highly subjective in theory and they are purely partisan in practice for example last year daily wi host Matt Walsh was fully demonetized on YouTube a gar member while for quote unquote misgendering which toar is to say that men are not women Simply Having the wrong ideas is considered misinformation and not allowed by the most powerful people in the United States even when the supposed wrong ideas are actually the truth now run a foul of G’s censorship standards companies targeted by garm like the daily wire breit Bart Fox News and so many others reach hundreds of millions of people with opinions and beliefs long established as within the mainstream of American conservative thought garm and its members have no respect for the beliefs of those people they would like them marginalized or Squad wased it’s time to stand up for the first amendment in this Congress Congress can do so in two ways first Congress must investigate the informal and perhaps formal Arrangements between censorship cartels L gar and executive branch agencies The Daily wire has already filed a federal lawsuit against the state department for allegedly doing just this second Congress can itself stop engaging in violation of free speech principles two weeks ago writing and descent in merthy versus Missouri Justice Alo condemned what he called sophisticated and coercive government campaigns against Free Speech members of this committee have engaged in precise such campaigns when Congressman Schiff speaks about targeting social media companies that must be quote pulled and dragged into this era of corporate responsibility because they are too tolerant of misinformation he knows what he is doing he participating in a sophisticated coercive campaign against Free Speech when congresswoman jaul blam social media for placing America at the quote precipice of a democratic crisis and calls on them to Target they deem hate groups she also knows what she is doing she is participating in a sophisticated coercive campaign against Free Speech when Congressman HK Johnson says quote we need a constitutional amendment to allow the leg to control the so-called Free Speech rights of Corporations he also knows what he is doing we all know what these government actors what some people in this room are doing you’re using the tcid threat of government action to compel private companies to throttle viewpoints you don’t particularly like the first amendment was not designed to enable work rounds by elected official it was directed at Congress at you and you’re abdicating your fundamental Duty when you exert pressure on private companies to censor speech some in this room have been doing just that for years we and the non-legacy media have been feeling the effects in the name of the Constitution and in the name of democracy this should stop the reason why all of this matters for Christians is because the Bible itself teaches many ideas that are considered taboo by these powerful people such as Gods designed for human sexuality that men are men and women are women and in a world where these powerful people are given what they want it will basically become illegal for Christians to Proclaim or teach basic Christian teachings this is already true to some extent in the west where misgendering is now a crime in some places but it seems pretty clear that things are going going to get a lot lot worse very soon but no matter how bad things get let’s remember that God is in complete control and has already won the victory win does Satan win no because in chapter 19 of the Book of Revelation Jesus comes back right and destroys all Kings set against him battle of Armageddon he wipes them out listen to Psalm 2 why are the nations in an uproar and the people’s devising a vain thing the kings of the Earth take their stand and the rulers take counsel together against the Lord and against his anointed this is what the rulers of the world do and they say let us tear their feeds apart and Cast Away their cords from us he who sits in the heavens laughs the Lord scoffs at them then he will speak to them in his anger and terrify them Do we not see this as a slippery slope toward authoritarianism?

Social Media and Cable News: Platforms or Gatekeepers?

Algorithms favor certain ideologies, while alternative viewpoints—especially those with a more conservative or constitutional slant—are shadow-banned, demonetized, or outright censored.

Does this not resemble the tactics of monarchies, communistic or fascist regimes that control what their citizens can see and hear?

Shouldn’t a true democracy allow the free flow of ideas, even if those ideas challenge the status quo?

Social Media Influencers: Fighters for Freedom or Puppets of Censorship?

Many social media influencers, especially those aligned with constitutional values, have become modern-day warriors for free speech. Yet, they face intense backlash, censorship, and de-platforming for voicing opinions that challenge globalist or left-leaning narratives.

How many times have we seen influential voices banned simply for questioning government policies, election results, or health mandates?

Isn’t it concerning that only a select group of elites can decide what is “acceptable” discourse?

While some influencers fall in line with these restrictive policies, others have emerged as champions for free speech, using their platforms to resist censorship and uphold constitutional rights. The question is: Will we support these voices, or will we allow them to be drowned out by corporate and governmental censorship?
