hello public opinion of fish and autos and welcome to Ras musin reports the independent pollster who is kicking off the week with a new release of Swing State polling and we’re going to start today with Pennsylvania you do not want to miss this video because these numbers look incredibly different than the Pennsylvania results we put out just a few weeks ago I’m I’m telling you totally night and day because that time we had the race tied this time we do not we’re also going to die Fe into some really rich cross tabs to try and get at the reasons why Trump now looks like he’s winning the presidential race in a way he never has in the last eight years but I want to take a moment to thank our sponsors for this polling American Thinker a legendary conservative blog with content going all to their mailing list Us and Them would really appreciate it but let’s get to the polling almost 1100 Pennsylvania likely voters collected basically the end of last week and over the weekend and I want to point out before we get into it here that this unlike the New York Times polling is waited to the 2020 recalled vote that means besides just waiting for party and all the other demographics we forced these people into a Biden plus one electorate based on who they say they voted for in 2020 that’s an incredible sandbag in my opinion for Trump because even when we wait for party Trump supporters overflow our polls now let’s talk about the issues this is the same question we asked four weeks ago and the economy is still the number one issue in Pennsylvania 33% followed by border security for a combined total of 54% of Voters in PA who are concerned about basically the top two magga issues only 177% of this sample cares about abortion that’s smaller than we saw before and who cares about abortion most is people in the 40 to 49 year old range which is kind of crazy you’d think it’d be more than 18 to 29 year olds but in Pennsylvania it’s only 14% of them of course Democrats care about abortion most but it’s only 27% they care about the economy most which is you know good for them 69% of Republicans care about those top two issues as do 4 6% of Independents only 19% of Independents care about abortion we kept the same News Channel question in because I thought they were absolutely informative 25% of CNN viewers care most about abortion but 36% say the economy MSNBC people it’s totally totally the opposite 32% say abortion only 18% say the economy that is because this is likely and we did and we did take a look it’s white upper class older liberal Americans that’s who watches MSNBC The Fox News people say border security in the economy by stunning 69% Newsmax it’s like 80% there which issue is most important for the next president to solve abortion legal immigration Rising prices or protecting democracy legal immigration wins followed by Rising prices 58% but among Democrats it’s wow Democrats it’s 37% protecting democracy 27% abortion 63% combined total here’s a new question and you guys can take a look at the cross tabs yourself download them from our site at Rasmus reports.com it is not behind the pay wall again thank you to American Thinker but this is an experimental question because everybody says there’s so many single issue abortion voters but when you think about this election will your choice for president be determined by one single issue a few important issues or by many issues and only 5% of Pennsylvanian voters say one issue most of them say many issues and almost all of them say a few or many issues but Democrats are no more likely than anyone else to say one issue which is kind of crazy although with 18 to 29 year olds that’s a pretty high number 14% but if we go out and look at that issue question only 2% of people who care most about abortion rights say that their choice will be determined by one issue but people who say rising prices are way more than abortion but it’s still only 7% atheists also have a pretty4 14% I don’t really know what this says on the whole maybe we won’t continue to include that question probably it’s a measure of how much self-deception there is but when you think about this election will your choice for president be made because you strongly support one candidate or because you want to keep the other candidate from winning and I thought this was crazy number I was expecting totally different result but 78% say it’s because they support one candidate and the people who say keep one candidate from winning most are Independents but it’s only 29% of them 63% say they’re voting because they support one candidate but let’s look at some of the other places here people with graduate degrees are way more likely that than anyone else to say it’s to keep one candidate from winning only 64% of them say they support one candidate same kind of signal with incomes over 200k really big signal among atheists 40% of them say they’re voting to keep one candidate from winning a higher number than anyone else among suburbs 25% and Biden 2020 voters 23% of them only 12% of trump 2020 voters say they’re voting to keep one candidate from winning people support Trump that’s basically what it boils down to you may think his personal behavior is Crash but people are not really holding their knows to vote for this guy people who say they are better off than they were four years ago by 27% say they’re voting to keep one candidate from winning but it’s only 11% of people who say they were not better off than they were four years ago look at this 27% of MSNBC viewers more than anyone else so it is people on the left who are more likely to say they’re voting to keep one candidate from winning and more people on the right who say they’re voting because they support one candidate you think about the next president and how they will govern the country which is closer to your opinion that things should return to business as usual in Washington D.C or that Washington DC is need of a major change now we’ve already established that Trump more than Harris at a national level is the candidate that people say represents change in this election and 75% of Pennsylvan voters say that the country needs a major change only 20% say that DC should return to business as usual it’s most 18 to 29 year olds 25% they probably don’t like the chaos Democrats 33% say they want business as usual but 59% of them say they want major change but it’s 88% of Republicans and 81% of Independents who say they want to see major changes in DC and also one of the biggest numbers anywhere here of people who say they want to return to business as usual is MSNBC viewers 38% of them also 33% of CNN Watchers but Fox News and Newsmax it’s 6 and 5% respectively all right we’ll stop eting around the bush here are the matchup numbers Republicans are plus three on the generic ballot and David McCormick is down two points to Bob Casey Jr in the senate race but if you look at the unrounded numbers he’s down about one and a half points I think we had him doing better in September I think the Senate numbers are more volatile and quite frankly I think David McCormack will do better than these numbers represent because he’s going to benefit from Trump’s over performance here Trump is now taking 50% of the Pennsylvania vote Harris only 47% this is a three-point shift to the right when we had the race tied on September 22nd I think what we saw happening there was that we pulled maybe a little too close after the presidential debate but I’m really confident in this number because this poll you know the samples all made sense they fell into a place it was a higher quality sample The Waiting efficiency is better I think it’s a better poll Trump is winning Men by a massive 16% but he’s losing women pretty big eight points he’s winning the white vote by 11 he’s taking home 30% of the black vote and 40% of the Hispanic other race vote he’s got a pretty significant crossover Advantage here and he’s winning independence by seven points what else do people want to see we don’t need to go into education and income let’s look at religion Trump is winning 67 to 29 among Evangelical Christians basically tied among Protestant voters that’s more like Mainline denominations winning by 14 points among Catholics down a little bit among Jewish and Muslim voters and atheists go Harris 8 3% to 12% and Trump is winning by 75 to 21% among people who say that they are not better off than they were four years ago and let’s look at the 2020 vote basically the people who say they voted third party or didn’t vote in 2020 are breaking about evenly here but this is a really low confidence number for me this is only 4% of this poll and there’s going to be a lot of volatility and quite frankly whether people that show up new break Trump or Harris we’re really just not going to be able to tell because they don’t really show up well in polling at all so that’s how you might get to a trump or Harris over performance but with the way Independence have been breaking I’m pretty sure they’re going to favor Trump when it comes to determining who won an election which is closer to your thinking the votes should all be counted on Election Day or that it’s okay for election counts to take more than one day and we asked this specifically because of Pennsylvania there’s been a lot of talk even though the number of mail-in ballots is down by a fanatically large amount everybody’s saying oh we’re probably going to have to take more than one day to count but only 34% of the electorate agrees with that 61% think the votes should all be counted on Election Day especially 18 to 29 year olds 78% these people are most likely to consume Independent Media in my opinion and they’re like maybe they’re more pragmatic they’re like really guys why are we doing this democ rats say more than one day 54% to 42% maybe that’s because they’re losing but Republicans overwhelmingly say election day 82% to 15% and independents directionally agree 59% to 32% look at this black voters though six 72% of black voters say that votes need to be counted on Election Day only 24% think the votes should take more than one day to count but go on Democrats keep complaining about how you’re losing the black vote and you don’t know why people who think protecting our democracy this is crazy bookmark this please share this to everybody take a screenshot whatever people who say protecting our democracy is the number one issue for the next president to fix 65% of them say that elections can take more than one day to count only 30% say the vote should be counted on Election Day and the only people that agree with them is people who think abortion rights are the number one issue people who Trust the US federal government say that votes can take more than one day 60 to 38% but people who do not by 77% to 19% say election should be decided on Election Day let’s just check on the news channels yep it’s MSNBC viewers 66% to 28% super predictable but people who watch Fox News and news max by an 85% to 12% and 94% to 3% % margin say that vote should be counted on Election Day now here’s a new record How concerned are you that the outcome of the 2024 presidential election will be affected by cheating and this is the biggest number I’ve ever seen nationally the highest number we ever got was 66% but here we’re staring down the barrel of 70% seven and 10 Pennsylvania voters are at least somewhat concerned the outcome of this election will be affected by cheating the only conclusion you can draw is that Pennsylvania voters are not happy with the way that 2020 was decided at least maybe that’s just my opinion but a majority of Democrats 55% of them are concerned and a really high number 66% of Independents but like let’s talk about the big lie even Republicans came out and said that 2020 was the most safe and secure election in history or whatever the heck they said but 86% of Pennsylvania Republicans are concerned that the outcome of this election will be affected by cheating I wonder why that is now we can skip the favorability numbers but I do want to say that we’re starting to see cracks in Tim waltz’s favorability here the combined total is only 46% for him uh but JD Vance is now 49% that’s likely because of the most recent debate and we showed that 60% of Pennsylvania voters watched at least most of the debate and by a 43% to 31% margin Pennsylvania voters think JD Vance beat Tim Waltz 57% of Democrats think Waltz won that’s kind of low but 72% of Republicans think Vance won and 45% of Independents only 18% of Independents think that Tim Waltz won we don’t need to go into these numbers they’re pretty similar than the last time 35% of Pennsylvania voters think they’re better off than they were for years ago 58% say no only 20% of them say today’s children will be better off than their parents but here’s a new question do you trust the United States federal government 53% of Pennsylvania voters say no only 31% say yes it’s the old people that say yes most likely because they’re tuned in to Legacy Media sources is my guess but by race everybody says no only 49% of Democrats say yes 72% of Republicans 59% of independent say yes what other interesting stuff can we find here by religion evangelicals say no 76% to 177% but atheists also say no 52% to 32% there’s no majority who Say Yes by religion regionally it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference but Biden 2020 voters say yes 52% to 30 Trump voters say no 77% to 9% and it’s basically the same picture here although Harris seems to be picking up people who say they Trust government even more than Biden did that’s crazy so she’s losing because because more of the people who don’t trust the government are shifting to Trump interesting but look at this for Authority worshippers MSNBC 65% of them say they trust the government only 20% say no but only 133% of Fox News viewers and 3% of Newsmax viewers Trust the government isn’t that incredible isn’t that crazy what a little bit of objective reporting does to people’s trust in the government doesn’t that make you miss a time when journalists were supposed to be holding power structures accountable for their bad behavior but now we’re going to get into the hurricane and I will admit that these numbers are in here because of our soon to be relased North Carolina polling follow us at Rasmus andore poll on Twitter and also YouTube so you don’t miss the information when it comes out that’ll probably be tomorrow or the next day but do you approve somewhat disapproved blah blah blah of of the way that FEMA has responded to help victims of the hurricane 49% say they approve but only 31% say strongly 27% say strongly disapprove and Democrats and Republicans have a pretty big signal here 75% of Democrats approve only 27% of Republicans only 41% of independ and 42% of Independents disapprove and this is I think also a news media story if you don’t care about the media like I’m sorry I keep going to these numbers but to me this is the number one reason that our country is divided and we’re about to get into how divided our country is in a second but look at MSNBC viewers 91% say they approve of FEMA’s response but it’s only 133% of Newsmax viewers crazy but check this out which should be a higher priority for federal funding providing assistance for illegal immigrants or providing for Americans impacted by disaster somebody suggested this as a good idea for a woke detector test and I’ll have to tell you the question kind of failed maybe it was too overt but only 7% of the population in Pennsylvania says assistance for legal aliens 85% say Americans impacted by disasters there’s really not much of a signal there’s no party signal there’s hardly any signal by Harris or Trump maybe it functions better as a reading test because people are just not that woke who is the biggest enemy America currently faces Iran China Russia Democrat Party Republican party or domestic extremists the Democrat Party still wins 24% but the Republican number is moving up 34% of Democrats say Republicans but 36% of Republicans say Democrats Independents say Democrats first 20% followed by China 19% but the reason we put this question back in was because again we have the news results 48% of MSNBC viewers say Republican party combined with 22% who say domestic extremists 69% here 70% basically of MSNBC viewers think that we have a domestic enemy problem 60% of Newsmax viewers say the Democrat Party it’s only 33% of Fox News viewers and then they say China next so what does that come out to 62% but people who say they trust the US federal government say the Republican Party 36% followed by Russia and domestic extremists that’s pretty crazy that comes out to a combined total of almost 70% and people who do not trust the federal government 36% Democrats 24% say China for a combined total of 60% that’s pretty incredible what a what a signal but here’s what I was talking talking about American divisiveness How likely is it that America will experience another civil war or revolution yes people I added that in thanks for the advice in the next few years only 15% say very likely but a combined total of 46% say at least somewhat likely and only 14% of Voters in Pennsylvania say not at all likely but here’s the one that was sad to me the people who say likely more than anyone else are 18 to 29 year olds 72% of them only 12% say it’s not at all likely and by party it’s Republicans more than anyone else 56% only 38% of Democrats say it’s likely and only 36% of Independents back to the news only 29% of MSNBC viewers say it’s likely but it’s 57% of Fox News viewers and 57% of Newsmax viewers so they got some agreement there and it’s really it looks like it’s going to be a popular Uprising because it’s younger people let’s look at income it’s the less well-endowed people 55% of them it’s only 29% of people with incomes over 200,000 wow it’s Evangelical Christians 67% of Evangelical Christians think of civil war is likely in the next few years but it’s only 42% of atheists and 37% of Catholic voters that’s crazy and what about government trust do you trust the federal government 33% of people who say yes think a civil war or revolution is likely but it’s 55% of people who say no what about by region this is fascinating even though it tends to be more conservative anti-establishment people people in Philadelphia 65% say it’s at least somewhat likely more than anyone else I mean you know it’s close northeast Pennsylvania 57% the suburbs they’re just this is complacency or something or they’re isolated from the rest of the world only 32% of them say yes Western Pennsylvania it’s only 40% I would really love for you guys to download these cross tabs at Rasmus reports.com pour over them in the kind of detail I do not have time for and come and find me on Twitter at markor rorm Mitchell and please post and tag me with any of with any crazy findings that you see that I overlooked how important is it to you that the president of the United States has religious morals and in a postmodern anti-religion world it’s still 68% of Pennsylvania voters including a strong majority 59% of Democrats but a massive majority 81% of Republicans and even 60% of Independents let’s look at atheists so Evangelical Christians it’s obviously High 86% it’s high for everybody else although less high for Muslims but atheist is still 18% of atheist I don’t know I guess that number is really low but 82% say not very important or not at all important let’s look at by who people say they are going to vote for it is 59% of people who say they support Harris but 78% of people who say they support Trump only 27% of Harris supporters say it’s very important 47% say Trump isn’t that crazy because one of the arguments you always hear about how you shouldn’t support Trump is because how crass he is how mean he is to people on Twitter how he has absolutely no morals and yet here people of Pennsylvania are overwhelmingly say Rel are overwhelmingly saying religious values are important and that the people who say that vote Trump which candidate is most competent Trump wins over Harris 51 to 46 wider than the three points that Trump wins by and he has a pretty massive crossover Advantage here and wins by eight points among Independents competence is important for sure and basically that’s all of it listen I could talk about these cross tabs for an hour but I’m not going to what I did want to show you though is the real clear politics Pennsylvania page which as I’ve been saying for a month month and a half anybody who knows polling knows that when Trump is on the ticket the polling airs to the left and so this here is definitely going to be a trump win because he’s going to outperform his polling in Pennsylvania almost inescapably we’re not up here yet but we will be soon I will point out that a lot of other highquality pollsters agree with us Atlas Intel traler but also the hill has Trump plus one he’ll probably be to the right of the Hill Insider Advantage has Trump plus two but what everybody’s going to say is look at the New York Times Sienna poll who is 538 number one rated pollster they have Harris plus three but here’s the thing if you go into their cross tabs no I don’t want to subscribe get out of here and look at the 2020 vote they show that there are 46% of this sample are Biden supporters from 2020 and only 38% are Trump supporters they could easily correct this by waiting for what we call the recalled vote and they chose not to but Biden only won Pennsylvania by one point in 2020 and here he has an eight-point advantage so in my opinion if they had waited this correctly acknowledging that they were oversampling Biden supporters this would really be a trump plus 4 which is his biggest lead here and my suspicion is the New York Times did not want to be guilty of putting out a headline showing that Harris is losing by more than anybody else in Pennsylvania I feel bad for their pollster because if we’re all right and Trump wins Pennsylvania they had the right answer they just weren’t allowed to put it out and that is absolutely going to hurt their accuracy thanks for everybody who hung in there till now I have a hunch that the swing State polling that we’re putting out over the next two days are going to show similar good news for Donald Trump you’re definitely not going to want to miss the North Carolina one because I think people need to get as much information out about North Carolina now as possible because it would be really unfortunate for Donald Trump to win in Pennsylvania only for the country to watch a dragged out and deadlocked slow motion train wreck as we all sit around and wait for 2 months as people count delayed mail and ballots from Western North Carolina whether Trump or Harris ultimately win it would not be good for the country don’t forget 46% of Pennsylvania voters now think a civil war is likely in the next few Without it, the ability to challenge government, expose corruption, and advocate for truth would be crushed.

Yet today, under the guise of protecting people from “misinformation” and “hate speech,” powerful institutions are curbing our ability to express ideas that do not conform to their narratives.

Do we not see this as a slippery slope toward authoritarianism?

Shouldn’t we, as citizens, be the ones who decide what we can or cannot hear, not a centralized body or corporation?

Social Media and Cable News: Platforms or Gatekeepers?

Social media was once hailed as the bastion of free speech. It allowed ordinary individuals to share their thoughts, advocate for causes, and hold the powerful accountable. However, over the years, major platforms like Twitter (now X), Facebook, and YouTube have become gatekeepers rather than facilitators of free expression.

Algorithms favor certain ideologies, while alternative viewpoints—especially those with a more conservative or constitutional slant—are shadow-banned, demonetized, or outright censored.

Does this not resemble the tactics of monarchies, communistic or fascist regimes that control what their citizens can see and hear?

Shouldn’t a true democracy allow the free flow of ideas, even if those ideas challenge the status quo?

Social Media Influencers: Fighters for Freedom or Puppets of Censorship?

Many social media influencers, especially those aligned with constitutional values, have become modern-day warriors for free speech. Yet, they face intense backlash, censorship, and de-platforming for voicing opinions that challenge globalist or left-leaning narratives.

How many times have we seen influential voices banned simply for questioning government policies, election results, or health mandates?

Isn’t it concerning that only a select group of elites can decide what is “acceptable” discourse?

While some influencers fall in line with these restrictive policies, others have emerged as champions for free speech, using their platforms to resist censorship and uphold constitutional rights. The question is: Will we support these voices, or will we allow them to be drowned out by corporate and governmental censorship?
