one of the biggest stories coming out of Washington DC is President Joe Biden lying about pardoning his son Hunter and now he has done so to help me go through this I have Miranda Divine from the New York Post Miranda thank you for joining me thanks for having me Steve so you’re the perfect person to go over this you guys a huge uh contributor to the hunter Biden laptop story uh you’re a journalist at the New York Post you’re the author of laptop from Hell the big guy uh help my audience and I understand the hypocrisy of Joe Biden giving this 11-year time frame full immunity pardon to his son what are your thoughts on all of this well I mean I guess you’re right the hypocrisy is what really stands out Above All Else uh I mean apart from the dishonesty the constant lies but you know this is Joe Biden who promised before the 2020 election that he would abide by the rule of law that he was bringing back honesty and decency to the presidency and uh here he is having at least a dozen times assured the American people that he was not going to Pardon his son hunter or even commute his sentence he said that in person himself about three times um including at the G7 last June when he emphatically said that he would not be pardoning hunter that uh it was the right thing to do to abide by the jury verdict uh and he had Karine jeanpierre stand up at the White House Podium and continually lie every time a journalist asked about it including saying that he wouldn’t even commute his son sentence and so then he turns around after the election even after the election actually the White House was assuring people there would be no pardon but now here he is um just uh 11 days before Hunter was due to be sent sentenced on the gun felony charges in Delaware and a few days after that he was due to be sentenced on the tax fraud charges in California um and he would have faced if he was a normal American citizen um three years on the tax fraud around about that would be an average guideline sentence um maybe a little more for someone with already a felony conviction um and on the gun charges people have gone to jail for that and it could be you know 16 months or so would be an average guideline sentence and what uh Joe Biden has done is he’s pardoned Hunter for those uh to um convictions but um also done a retrospective pardon back 11 years not 10 years but 11 years and that’s historically uh has never been done before it’s a complete precedent um even uh more Broad and wide ranging than the pardon given to Richard Nixon and you know there’s a reason why Joe Biden did that this is very uh calculated because uh if you go back 11 years to January of 2014 you see that that is the beginning of the Ukraine grift during Joe Biden’s vice presidency uh in February you had the maidan revolution in Ukraine and shortly after that uh the bidens uh swooped in for some influence pedaling action and Hunter was then paid a million dollars a year to sit on the board of the most corrupt company in Ukraine at the time barisma an energy company uh and you know that’s saying something considering that Ukraine is the most corrupt country in Europe yeah I think everyone watching this would love to make a million dollars a year uh to do nothing have zero experience and energy just collect those paychecks um you know something I keep thinking about over the last 12 hours since I saw this story break is you know president Donald Trump was impeached over asking zalinski can you look into the bidens I’m hearing all these rumors now I I just can’t help but wonder if a million people have died 10 million people have had to flee for their lives from Ukraine 200 billion dollars in American taxpayer money is this all to cover Biden family crimes in Ukraine I mean I just have to put it out there to the universe well I mean you do have to wonder what influence uh the millions of dollars that the bidens received from Ukraine and from Russia um what influence that had on Joe Biden’s actions as president um was he compromised with Vladimir Putin was he compromised uh with z um just as you can ask was he compromised uh I mean currently he’s still the president until January 20 is he compromised uh in the eyes of Xi Jinping uh the Chinese ruler um his family took millions of dollars from Chinese CCP entities so um yes uh I mean I think there’s no doubt that if Donald Trump um had become uh had had won reelection in 2020 that uh we wouldn’t have seen the war in Ukraine and all those lives would have been saved um during uh Jo during Barack Obama’s uh period as President we saw Putin again invading his neighbors um he went back in his box during the Trump presidency maybe because Trump um frightened him I mean Trump is belligerent and uh speaks in the sort of gangster PIR that um these gangsters like Putin and XI jingping and Kim Jong-un understand he said something along the lines of uh you know I I like all those lovely golden doed buildings in Moscow would be a shame if something happened to them and you know Putin doesn’t know uh whether he’s bluffing but he doesn’t want to take the risk so he did nothing while Trump was president and then the minute that Joe Biden comes to power and uh commits that heinous Act of incompetence um with the bungled withdrawal from Afghanistan uh every gangster in the world understood that this was an America that was weak and that this was their moment to act in whatever way they wanted to because there would be no um retribution there would be no punishment and that’s exactly why you see a world on fire yeah wow well said uh do you think that this had anything to do with President Trump nominating cash Patel to be the future director of the FBI cash Patel has been very outspoken about wanting accountability and investigations did this play a role in Biden’s decision oh no had nothing to do with it I mean I think cash Patel’s a fantastic choice but no Joe Biden always intended to a pardon Hunter and Hunter always knew that because there’s no other explanation for his and his lawyers Reckless conduct uh throughout the investigation and his arrogance and smugness uh throughout that five-year investigation in Delaware and also um throughout the um uh you know the the oversight committee hearings the impeachment hearings um Hunter just as always acted with impunity because his father and um and you know I have to say the um institutions of the State uh whether it be the Department of Justice ice or um the FBI or the CIA or the IRS um they have always swooped into protect Hunter Biden from the consequences of his Reckless greed and drug addiction and uh they’ve had to pick up the pieces several times and clean up for him and Joe Biden knew that and so did Hunter and that’s why when he uh defied a subpoena from the house oversight committee um he then decided to show up um Gate Crash a hearing room uh meeting unannounced for a stunt um for the media and for the documentary that his sugar brother lawyer Kevin um Morris was making um and then afterwards he set up a Podium outside in the Senate side um and uh gave a little statement saying how he was persecuted and a victim of a an unjust justice system um and you know this is his father’s Department of Justice this is Merrick Garland who has weaponized the justice department to act against Donald Trump and his supporters and other conservatives um and Hunter Biden is claiming that he’s the victim of that justice system um the only thing that uh Joe Biden has said that is honest is that um Hunter Biden was singled out for special treatment because he was his son um but it was fa favorable special treatment uh Hunter Biden um was uh afforded the most incredible sweetheart plea deal and um other sort of um consideration during that five-year investigation in Delaware run by um now special counsel David Weiss then the US attorney who um stitched up that plea deal with Hunter Biden’s lawyers that would have seen Hunter Escape scot-free uh with no um punishment um and it was only after those Brave IRS whistleblowers Gary shapley and Joe zagler came forward that there had to be a change and Meritt Garin made um David Weiss a special counil and uh all the prosecutors and the investigators who’d been on that job for five years were uh taken off and a new set of eyes were brought in and Hunter found himself actually charged on the very minimum uh of the charges that had been considered but they were still going to uh take considerable uh jail time if uh if his father hadn’t pardoned him do you do you think attorney general Meritt Garlin knew this was coming do you think he was caught off guard do you think he’s been drafting the paperwork I I’m just trying to figure out his role or complicity or beforehand knowledge or did he get a phone call saying hey uh we’re running out of time I’m going to go ahead and pardon my son Miranda let me take I I assume that uh he knows Joe Biden well enough by now to know that he was always going to Pardon his son um and so uh he he doesn’t really have to get much involved um it’s it’s a done deal there’s nothing he can do to stop it and he’s never shown himself to have any resistance to Joe Biden and uh all his wicked schemes to protect himself and his family because remember this isn’t just about um protecting Hunter Biden it’s about protecting Joe Biden that’s why he’s made that pardon stretch back 11 years because he was deeply implicated in his family’s International influence peddling scheme during his vice presidency he was meeting with Hunters uh overseas business partners he was talking to them on speaker phone uh he was inviting them to breakfast and having dinner with them in Washington DC um this is a man who uh sold himself to the highest bidder and uh his son just um was the bagman for him collecting the money okay um I don’t want to catch you off guard with this I also don’t want to speculate but uh someone who’s been on my show many times Jack pesobic he is saying just now on Twitter that he has an Insider at the White House that told him President Biden was threatened at Thanksgiving dinner by Hunter that he would release a tell all book about Dad’s crimes if he was not pardoned do you know anything about this I don’t know anything about that but um I I just I just caution people um that those kind of unsourced rumors um often amount to nothing um I I just doubt it you know uh there’s been no um change in the demeanor of Joe and Hunter and you know to believe that story you have to come from a position of thinking that Joe Biden intended to keep his promise to the American people but you know having spent the last four years researching Joe Biden and his character and his past he is a pathological liar he lies about everything the least surprising part of this is uh that he he lied to the American people about the pardon and the most surprising part of it is that anyone is surprised that Joe Biden lied that’s what he does he lies as easily as breathing he didn’t need an excuse like a threat from Hunter at Thanksgiving to Pardon his son he always intended to Pardon his son um and when he told the American people he wasn’t going to Pardon him that was just a Roose and anyone who believes that is a fool okay let’s set that to the side follow-up question uh is this about a father who loves his son and wants to uh as an enabler help him avoid jail time or is this really about the big guy covering the big guy’s tracks well I think there’s an easy um answer to that with the evidence which is that if this was just a father uh being kind to his son which I guess we could all understand he would just have given him a pardon for the crimes that he’s been convicted over or pleaded guilty to um he would not have made it uh retroactive over 11 years to cover specifically the Ukraine grift in which he was involved himself Joe Biden remember threatened to withhold $1 billion in US aid from Ukraine unless the president poroshenko fired the prosecutor victtor shoken who had been investigating barisma the very company that was paying Hunter a million a year and it’s pretty explicit in the emails on Hunter Biden’s laptop between Hunter and his barisma pay masters that he was being paid for a specific purpose and that was to stop the prosecution to use his influence and the people that he knew in positions of power to make sure that the Ukrainian prosecutor General stopped investigating barisma and the owner of barisma a man by the name of lski so uh Joe Biden was involved in that he did successfully get the prosecutor fired and that got barisma off the hook because the new prosecutor who came in immediately uh closed the file and let bisar off with a small fine or you know a fine um and so it it worked out exactly as Hunter Biden had been paid for and then the irony of irony is that Donald Trump ends up being um impeached for the sins of Joe Biden um just for asking whether or not Ukraine was going to investigate the corruption of the bidens in Ukraine yeah wow wow wow um I mean you you wrote extensively on the laptop from hell you were part of breaking that story I I had a book of the laptop from hell and I I actually had to throw it away I was terrified my children would see it I I I thumbed through it I thought man I thought I’d seemen crazy this is crazy so um you know this Hunter and and this whole Biden family is just crazy do you see uh Joe Biden uh I guess pardoning himself his brother James his wife Jill how how far is this going to go look I think that um he’ll definitely um be pardoning Jim Biden Jim’s been under investigation um on over separate issues um for some time and so uh a pardon from his brother will just kill that stone dead and um I assume that Joe Biden will wait until the very last days of his uh Reign to do that which is traditional for president’s pardoning the only reason he had to Pardon Hunter early was because he didn’t want uh I guess the sentence to uh come forward so that people could see the true gravity of um of the charges or of the convictions um and so uh you know I think that’s the end of that the he will he will pardon whoever he feels he needs to um and of course accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt um so I don’t think he wants to go too far um but the biggest story um and which I wrote the big guy about my latest book really is is bigger than the story of Biden corruption it’s really about the um the Deep State coverup of the Biden corruption and I think that is probably um going to be more fertile ground for the Trump Administration um when they come to power because uh you know Joe Biden has successfully kind of closed down um avenues for prosecution uh and will do so when it comes to his family he himself will probably not have to Pardon himself because we saw from the Robert her special counsel report um that he he deemed that any jury would fail to convict uh Joe Biden because they would see him as an elderly man he’s 82 with a poor memory I mean he seems to definitely have cognitive issues which is why he was no longer the candidate after that debate um so uh but more fruitful will be to uh try and get to the bottom of this uh CIA FBI Department of Justice um IRS Department of State cover up um of the Biden fam’s influence pedling schemes it was well known uh they must have known certainly the CIA when Hunter Biden as a crack addict was um you know ricocheting around various countries that are American adversaries and picking up millions of dollars here and there from China and Russia and Ukraine and Romania and Kazakhstan and so on and invoking his father’s name um there there uh when the the dirty 51 letter as I call it um was issued by those 51 former intelligence officials just before the 2020 election um um falsely claiming that the hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation and therefore our stories about it were Russian disinformation um that wasn’t just a bunch of forers that was um uh that letter was signed off by Gina haspel who was then the Trump administration’s director of the CIA she allowed that letter to go through it was sent to her desk and she gave it the green light to be published um when it was clearly a political uh maneuver it had been instigated by Anthony blinkin then a senior Aid in the the uh Biden campaign now Secretary of State um disastrously uh and he had called Mike Morel who had been acting director of the CIA and implanted the idea into his mind to uh write this letter and get as many colleagues as he could to sign it um Mike Morell testified to Congress to that effect even though blinkin denied all um and uh and it was done specifically as Mike Morel told his colleagues in emails uh in in order to give Joe Biden a talking point during his last debate against uh Donald Trump and uh of course Morell said that he wanted Biden to win and he thought that he would be the next CIA director under Joe Biden um he wasn’t because uh various Senators said that they would never um allow his uh nomination to go through because of his involvement uh as a torture apologist in the CI a um but anyway that that was a a CIA domestic election interference operation and many of those 51 I think 42 of them were xcia and in fact many of them weren’t even X they were they were uh active contractors at the time uh all have had security clearances I think John Brennan was the only one that uh Donald Trump stripped of his security clearance um and uh and you know you had five um either heads or acting heads of the CIA uh forers who signed that letter so this was um a CIA operation to ensure that Joe Biden won election and Donald Trump didn’t and so I think that that’s what the cleaning out of the deep State um will be that will be the priority for um the Trump Administration what do you do you think Biden will uh part paron those 51 and Anthony blinkin or do you think he’s just going to get him and his family safe and let everyone else reap the the Whirlwind of whatever comes from the Trump doj well it’s interesting I wonder if any of those 51 have gone to Biden and asked for a pardon um the problem I think as I said was that if you accept a pardon you’re admitting guilt and so some of those people like Brennan and Clapper and Michael Hayden and so on uh are they really going to want to uh admit that they had done something wrong that they need needed a pardon for maybe they will um but we know that uh cash Patel and Pam Bondi and John Ratcliffe are not going to just let bygones be bygones because um these same people who were covering up for Joe Biden and were propping up um camela Harris and crippled um the first part at least of Donald Trump’s first presidency uh they will do it again to Donald Trump unless they stopped so I think there are a lot of uh there’s a lot of evidence a lot of bread breadcrumbs they had to show their faces uh when it came to um protecting Joe and Hunter Biden and Jim Biden and when it came to rigging or interfering in the 2020 election so we have for starters those 51 but there will be plenty more borrow inside uh the FBI and the state department the CIA the IRS Etc um and I think that one of the best things um that could happen is that Gary shapley and Joe zegler should be put into um uh positions of power at the IRA IRS I mean um Gary shapley ought to be made the IRS commissioner um and put Joe eagler may be in charge of Investigations um they have proven themselves to be really public servants um patriotic citizens honest uh and they have suffered they are still suffering retaliation for um their honesty and then they’re not partisan uh in fact Joe’s eagler is a Democrat registered Democrat um they just did what was right and what we would have hoped every public servant would do yeah uh doing what’s right is what people want you know regardless of party but um in our final minutes together uh what are your thoughts on Trump’s reaction to this pardon he seems agitated at the same time his Mo his main vocal uh I guess call to action has been why don’t you go ahead and pardon all of the January 6 people and we’ll let this Hunter thing go yeah look that’s the bright point of all of this I think um the hunter Biden pardon and and stretching over 11 years especially is just so egregious and uh show such dishonesty and hypocrisy from the president that um I think it just gives Donald Trump C launch to issue a a blanket pardon to all January 6 prisoners there are 338 right now languishing in jail there are another I think 1500 or thereabouts um who’ve been charged or pled out or five have committed suicide uh you’ll never get them back again um but he will be able to do that on day one um and I hope that happens um there there is no uh moral High Ground that the Democrats can stand on that was uh genuinely a political prosecution um by the Biden Administration against Trump supporters uh all those January 6 people were treated far differently and far more harshly than any of the uh BLM antifa riers that we saw throughout 20 20 I mean they were throwing Molotov cocktails into uh NYPD patrol cars um they were burning down buildings uh people died they set fire to whole cities um they burned down the um the one a police station uh in Minneapolis uh so none of them um really saw any kind of punishment that was in any way comparable to what happened to the j6 rioters many of whom just walked through an Open Door committed no violence the worst you could say uh they did was a a misdemeanor trespass offense instead the doj concocted these unconstitutional um cunning methods to jail these people in an effort really to entrap Donald Trump they were getting these poor people to plead guilty to offenses that they would then link uh to charges the special counsil Jack Smith was planning to bring against Donald Trump um so it was all a really wicked scheme and I think the best thing Donald Trump could do is day one pardon them all let them all out of jail that day um and uh to hell with anyone who complains about it because the hunter Biden pardon uh that is the pardon to end all pardons well not to end them but you know to justify any pardon yeah wow I know you’re very busy you have a full
