America is a constitutional republic and not a democracy hello Freedom lovers you’ve probably heard that statement perhaps in a debate or in an argument but then what does that statement really mean well to understand what it means then we’ll have to differentiate what is a democracy from the constitutional republic and as usual we’re going to tune in our expert to get what they have to say about this topic oh my gosh uh I see him as someone who all his life has been associated with and part of a group of people who fundamentally don’t believe in the principles of this country not only people with the most obvious example obviously is Jeremiah right uh people like Bill SS whom he’s you know tried to disavow uh but people who fundamentally think that we’re on the wrong track we have the wrong principles and we need to be changed whether we want to be or not Thomas Jefferson is quoted for saying a democracy is nothing more than a mob rule where 51% can take away the right of the other 49% so democracy and in this case we’re looking at the pure democracy is a system where the majority rule so 51% can decide what the remaining 49% are going to be having for launch meanwhile a constitutional republic is a system that is founded on principal laws known as a constitution that protect the right of individuals and also guide the making of new laws by democratically elected representatives so in a nutshell in a democracy the majority have almost unlimited power to decide the new laws that they want to make whereas in the constitutional republic the people are protected by the delimitations and constraints of the constitution in a pure democracy if the majority decide what happens it therefore means that the majority can decide to take away the right of the minorities but in the constitutional republic the Constitution protects the right of these minorities when you look at these differences it’s obvious the idea that 1% can be the difference between life and dead is actually absurd but why does the left still push for so much democracy America is a democracy our democracy this democracy that democracy it’s simply for two reasons one to gain absolute power uh there was this attitude um essentially repudiating this the uh the principles of of the country I mean it started I think with woodro Wilson who was the first president of the United States to openly say that the constitution uh you know needed to be superseded and he didn’t mean that they need to be amendments to the Constitution which which you know anybody can be for uh but but that the courts should do this in other words to circumvent the public the voting public uh and put in the things that the judges think ought to be put in irrespective of what the Constitution says because if the majority can make laws simply because they are the majority even if it’s that is by barely 1% then it becomes indeed a mob Rule and there is no protection for minorities and people you speak against the constitutional republic and favor a pure democracy tend to argue on the idea that the founding fathers when they put in that Clause of a constitution to protect minorities they were not protecting minorities in terms of race religion or any other form of political inclination and they argue that the minorities they were referring to were the elit because the masses are broke and the elit are rich so if it’s a pure democracy the masses can actually vote for redistribution of wealth and what happens the elit get to lose their wealth and status as Elite and the world gets redistributed this is a good argument if it was actually the case that the founding fathers intended to protect themselves when they were talking about the rights of the individuals their rights as elit and to protect their wealth but when you put these allegations to test you realize they basically absurd let’s for once imagine that we’re in a pure democracy the masses can vote for redistribution of wealth what happens after the wealth is redistributed the cons cons s will still consume everything and still go back to their broke States and the few who have mastered the skills on gaining wealth will still end up with most of the wealth then what happens next they vote for more redistribution and then over a period of time no one will want to produce no one want to work hard to accumulate wealth if they know it’s just going to be taken from them and redistributed and you clearly see that a pure democracy is just one step closer to socialism which is one step closer to Communism why invent new things new technologies why research and develop new Solutions if whatever reward you’re going to be getting from it is simply going to be taken from you and redistributed among the masses who just sat around lazily doing nothing so therefore it’s clear that the minorities here are not really the elites but the other 49% so even though the 49% may lose the elections or lose the vote they still get to be protected in their individual rights by the Constitution without which think about it at the end of each election you going to be tot panic and Chaos because the 51% of the majority that gets the power automatically turns and starts oppressing or destroying its opponent and that’s what we technically see with all the ideology from the left and that is why the left can actually push for more of a pure democracy and less of a constitutional republic but nonetheless it’s absurd that someone can actually push for a pure democracy over a constitutional republic and there’s only one reason why that could happen is because such persons are thinking of themselves as the majority or the people with the dismantling America once again what are the Beltway politicians buying with all the hundreds of billions of dollars they are spending they are buying what politicians are most interested in power explain that notion there are things that the government is authorized to do Under the Constitution and other things that they’re not authorized to do but by simply spending a vast amount of money you acquire the right to do them for example you can you can fire the head of General Motors simply because you spent all that money buying rescuing General Motors there are all kinds of of of uh programs that the federal government imposes on the states which they have no authority to do but they impose them because they they make the receipt of federal money contingent on doing what they tell you in Washington and so the powers that were set out the Constitution and limited become expanded by this process that is it communism is only good for the people who are in power for the rest of the folks well it’s a hell of a nightmare and this quote by John Adams sums it all a democracy never lasts long it soon waste itself exhaust and murders itself because there never was a democracy that didn’t commit suicide so let us know in the comments below Do we not see this as a slippery slope toward authoritarianism?

Shouldn’t we, as citizens, be the ones who decide what we can or cannot hear, not a centralized body or corporation?

Does this not resemble the tactics of monarchies, communistic or fascist regimes that control what their citizens can see and hear?

Shouldn’t a true democracy allow the free flow of ideas, even if those ideas challenge the status quo?

Social Media Influencers: Fighters for Freedom or Puppets of Censorship?

How many times have we seen influential voices banned simply for questioning government policies, election results, or health mandates?

Isn’t it concerning that only a select group of elites can decide what is “acceptable” discourse?

While some influencers fall in line with these restrictive policies, others have emerged as champions for free speech, using their platforms to resist censorship and uphold constitutional rights.
