the United States could potentially begin mass deportations of legal immigrants maybe on day one and Trump’s now talking about what he may do now president-elect Donald Trump has now confirmed that he is prepared to declare a national emergency and use the military to enact these mass deportations and look policies from when Obama was President ironically Obama policies could actually assist on the legal precedent side uh with these deportation because uh they used to call Obama the deporter and chief he deported a lot of people now let me know your thoughts in the comments on Trump’s potentially uh declaring this do you think it’s a good idea to have a National Emergency to use the military would you want that on your streets let me know I’m curious um also the New York Times is facing ridicule over a recent so-called fact check at publish on RFK Jr who has been nominated as the new head of Health and Human Services and his concerns over harmful additives have and add to Froot Loop cereal and other things now I’ll be going into these topics and more today so let’s dive into it now first off President elect Donald Trump coming up very soon January 20th he has confirmed publicly that he is prepared to declare a national emergency and to use the US military for Mass deportations this means possible troops on the street I don’t know what it looked like uh finding these individuals but troops on the street are at least involved with this process now when he was on the campaign Trail Trump had said he would begin the process on the first day of his presidency day one and Trump appears to have now reaffirmed this Tom fit you might know from Judicial Watch he wrote this on a truth social page a couple weeks ago this was November 8th he said good news reports are incoming that real Donald Trump Trump’s handle that the administration prepared to declare a national emergency and will use military assets to reverse the Biden Invasion through a mass deportation program so in response to that right the idea that Trump would create a National Emergency then use the military for this Trump responded to that claim just recently just yesterday in fact he wrote a short post on Truth social simply saying quote true with three exclamation points uh confirming it now is some is some context to this Trump has repeatedly said on his first day that he will take office that he will start this process that he will carry these out and as part of this he has suggested that he would declare a National Emergency for this and also likely invoked the alien enemies Act of 1798 as the legal method to allow him to carry out those large scale operations uh that act of course goes back to like couple decades after the founding of the United States and has been legally challenged and legally solid almost since the founding of our country so it’s very hard to fight it now this was also the context of the corporate media narrative which claimed that Trump was planning to become a dictator do you remember that Trump says he’s going to be a dictator uh that was the headline you might have seen all over the place what was the actual context of that well the quote where Trump said he was going to be a dictator on day one uh was originally in context of his plans to close the border and then to bring back American oil he made this statement during an interview with Fox News host Sean handed last year watch this the media has been focused on this and attacking you yeah under no circumstances you are promising America tonight you would never abuse power as retribution against anybody except for day one except for he’s going crazy except for day one meaning I want to close the border and I want to drill he says you’re not going to be a dictator are you I said no no no other than day one we’re Clos in the border and we’re drilling drilling drilling after that I’m not a dictator now also on the point of trump declaring a National Emergency as part of these operations this seems to be almost forgotten but Trump actually did declare a National Emergency over the Border crisis before he left office he actually did it already this goes back to February 2019 have a look at this this is the official presidential document on this website it says a Proclamation the current situation of the Southern border presents a border security and humanitarian crisis that threatens core National Security interests and constitutes a National Emergency declared by the president of the United States further and it states that because of the gravity of the current emergency situation it is necessary for the armed forces the US military right to provide additional support to address the crisis and further any States quote now therefore I Donald J Trump by the authority vested in Me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America including sections 2011 and 301 of the national emergencies act hereby declare that a National Emergency exists at the southern border of the United States and that section 12302 of title 10 United States code is invoked and made available according to its terms to the secretaries of the military Department’s concern subject to the direction of the secretary defense in the case of secretaries of Army Navy Air Force and provide additional authority to the Department of Defense to support Federal government’s response to the emergency at the southern border and then Trump said quote I hereby declare that this emergency requires use of the Armed Forces and in accordance to section 301 of the national emergencies act that the construction Authority provided in section 2808 of title 10 United States code is invoked and made available according to its terms to the Secretary of Defense and at the discretion of the Secretary of Defense to the secretaries of the military departments now in other words what happened Donald Trump already declared a National Emergency over the border and he already activated the US military to deal with it now look of course that Proclamation that declaration is showed you that went away when President Joe Biden came to office not long after that because Trump made that very close to the end of his first term uh that and of course Biden came to office in 2020 and Trump also faced various lawsuits over that declaration he had a lot of groups trying to sue him for it but with Trump coming back to office well I’d say it’s not that farfetched he’ll do the same thing again he already did it it is likely and he’s even saying that he’s going to bring it back only this time it also appears he going to use the military and various other powers not just to close the border but also to carry out actual mass deportations last time was more about border security this time it’s border security and deportations in fact these are even the first two agendas on his core promises for his campaign have a look at this this is Trump Vance 2024 number one right seal the border and stop the migrant Invasion this is the number one priority they have at the very top of that list number two carry out the largest deportation operation in American history now look again uh we’ll likely see challenges to this from civil rights groups uh from legal groups and especially I’d say from the media and from the political front but the Declaration of a national emergency and the potential use of the military military to carry out deportations like this does seem to be on the agenda Trump is confirming it saying he’s going to do it now on the note of the legal challenges we will very likely see uh there’s something else there is actually a long legal precedence on deporting illegal immigrants including on a mass scale now the scale this time is kind of the big difference previously he might be talking about like 2.5 million like Obama uh or he might be talking about numbers smaller than that Trump’s talking about 11 million or more under Biden alone maybe 11 million prior to Biden and some put the number Trump would suggest many times higher than that that there are a lot of unaccounted for people now this wasn’t always actually a politically divisive issue though this used to be something Democrats were just as on board with and let me show you the evidence of that in fact remember former president Barack Obama deported more illegal immigrants than any president before him they called him the deporter and- chief have a look at this this was from back in 2016 ABC News Right Here Right ABC News 2016 President Barack Obama has often been referred to by immigration groups as the quote deporter in Chief and they say between 2009 and 2015 his administration has removed more than 2.5 million people through immigration orders which doesn’t does not include the number of people who self deported or returned away and or returned to their home country by the by the border uh at the border by US Customs and Border Protection and notice that according to governmental data the Obama Administration has deported more people than any other president’s Administration in history in fact it says they have deported more than the sum of all the presidents of the 20th century they note that President George W Bush’s Administration deported just over 2 million during his time in office and Obama’s numbers don’t reflect his last year in office for which data is not yet available and he continued reporting a lot of people by the way the last year and other news folks um well you know briefly on this uh in other words we’re going to be seeing a lot of legal challenges with this the issue is it’s been done before the issue is there’s legal documentation of how it was handled previously uh in fact remember they talk about the kids in cages and family separation the images they used for that most of the media was from the Obama Administration it was from the Obama Administration uh because he was doing it and of course they’re noting well look if you break the law and you go to jail yeah you’re going to be separated from your family that’s how it is same thing with deportations uh that’s unfortunately the way things work when you break the law and that’s the argument they’re using for it um on the Civil Rights front you’re going to be seeing a lot of challenges to this ACLU a lot of other groups are already suggesting they will be fighting it tooth and nail um we’ll see how much they can fight it again because there is legal precedent but also because of the method they’re probably going to be rolling out which is the alien enemies act at least that’s what they’re suggesting and also you’re going to have a lot of states trying to enact policies to prevent the federal government from using its forces to come into their territories and kick people out um also going to be very difficult not only because of the the Civil War and the precedent of that uh which did allow the federal government to dictate to an extent the laws of states which you know before that was n’t as much the case uh but also because ironically during the Obama during the Biden Administration we saw a lot of the laws that would protect States and States sovereignty get kind of overturned states have less sovereignty than before and so it’s harder for them to fight back on this ironically now like in other news the New York Times is facing ridicule over a recent so-called fact check it published on RFK Jr who has been nominated as the new head of nominee now as context this RFK junr was speaking about the breakfast cereal Froot Loops many of us have probably been familiar with that as a kid and using fro Loops as an example of a product that uses what he says are harmful additives the different chemicals that says are toxic right here’s what the New York Times wrote about this New York Times Mr Kennedy has singled out Froot Loops as an example of a product with too many artificial ingredients questioning why the Canadian version has fewer than the US version but he was wrong according to New York Times he was wrong the ingredient list is roughly the same although Canada has natural colorings made from blueberries and carrots while the US product contains red D 40 Yellow 5 blue one as well as beated hydroxy tooling or BHT a labade chemical that is used for freshness according to the ingredient label people are pointing out the issue with this fact check the New York Times declares that Kennedy is wrong in fact they even say he is wrong about the differences in the product then goes on to explain how he’s actually right because all the chemicals they list are the ones that he was Raising concerns about the issue he was Raising was not that there are too many ingredients as the New York Times is falsely framing this narrative as uh which I’ll get into more uh the issue he was Raising was that the US version of Froot Loops contains those chemicals which he has been publicly talking about as harmful while the Canadian version does not have those chemicals and conservatives took notice of this Benny Johnson for example he wrote this New York Times RFK Jr was wrong New York Times then proceeds to explain how RFK Jr was right right Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA wrote this he said this is what passes for a fact check at the New York Times the media lie a lot but fortunately for us fortunately for us they are also very stupid Bill Amman CEO of persing square wrote quote this is beyond absurd the New York Times says Robert Kennedy Jr was wrong about Froot Loops having too many artificial ingredients compared to its Canadian version and then goes on to explain the artificial colorings and preservatives in the US versus the Canadian version Robert Kennedy Jr is right and the New York Times is an embarrassment I had to check the print paper just to make sure this was a real article and indeed it is and it is real there was a long list of similar criticism notably over how the New York Times was framing this as a false claim and posts on this actually became some of the trending topics on X uh many people were discussing it now 2 days after that the New York times’s article was published in went viral they actually updated the article they changed it right and they added a few lines changing their point to be at how about how RFK Jr was wrong about the ingredient list count saying that the issue was not uh that he was saying there were too many ingredients which he was not saying he was talking about the chemicals the issue instead was he was saying that there’s the ingredient count right that’s what they framed it as let me show you what the article says now this is how they changed it Mr Kennedy has singled out Froot Loops as an example of a product with too many ingredients in an interview with MSNBC on November 6 he questioned the overall ingredient count saying quote why do we have Froot Loops in this country that have 18 or 19 ingredients and he go to Canada and has two or three of course in the context of this referring to these additives and chemicals not just ingredients overall right as he’s been discussing in many of his videos but they say this he was wrong on the ingredient count this is what they added they are roughly the same but criticizing the product for having too many ingredients he did mention that partly in an interview but anybody who’s been paying attention to what he’s been saying knows the actual context of that the number of ingredients is not the point as New York Times is falsely framing it he was criticizing the alleged Health impacts of the chemical additives that the Canadian version does not have but are used in the American ones now the New York Times appears to have updated its article to Mis repesent the argument and this is a common trend for them in terms of how they falsify narratives now the New York Times is facing other criticism along these exact same points uh on its journalistic methods New York Times right now is again also targeting shenu Performing Arts this is a New York based Performing Arts Company New York Times has been writing hitpiece after hitpiece after hitpiece on this new york-based company and its approach right in this the New York Times is using some of the same tactics New York Times is using omissions exaggerations and other underhanded methods in its reporting let me show you this this is epic times talking about it Epic Times said the new york-based shenu Performing Arts the world’s Premier classical Chinese dance company says that the latest in a string of articles by the New York Times attacking the group is quote riddled with inaccuracies they say the recent times articles that have appeared over the past several months are precisely an attack on the faith that drives us and the hard work that characterizes our performance culture shenyun said in a November 17 statement they know that shenyun which is eight assembles touring the world each year under the tagline China before communism it’s free of Communism right is a top Target of the Chinese Communist party which cons considers its display of traditional Chinese culture as a threat to its control the CCP feels it’s threatened by this right so they try to stop the show all the time they say this the CCP has used various tactics to sabotage the show ranging from diplomatic pressures uh on theaters and officials to arresting china-based family members of performers and they know the New York Times article grossly distorts the common practice and culture of our organization and attempt to paint a false picture that our company relies on minors and teenagers the statement reads they know this narrative flies in the face of fact and is based on personal accounts of a mere handful of disgruntled former artists they note on the New York Times its article the New York Times claims that Shen Yun does not pay its students performers enough and that the state’s labor department has opened an inquiry into the nonprofit but in know it’s buried in the article the New York Times one is a clarification that this state law on underage performers quote doesn’t address whether or how much the performers should be paid only in the 16th Paradise paragraph does the article note it is not unusual for performing arts groups to pay students and novice performers nor uh nominal amounts and from there it notes the reporters adjust their narrative to then claim Shen Yun uses more student performers than other unnamed art troops now shenyun says 85% of its artists in its performance troops are adults while the remaining positions are open to talented young people who study at its two Affiliated schools it’s faten college and faten Academy of the Arts and they say students perform with shenyun as part of a curriculum approved by the New York State Department of Education in other words the New York Times appears to claim there are wrongdoings in areas where there are not wrongdoings even admits in fact but it tries to inflate these issues to paint them in a negative light and notably the main dance form that’s used by shenu in his classical Chinese dance it has like gymnast flips other techniques that you’d see from like Olympic gymnastics uh it’s a Young Person’s art and so a lot of times you know even no matter where you go you’re looking at people in their like late teens and early 20s now the student performers they get a full scholarship at the dance College they get room and board worth around $50,000 a year uh if they perform again and not to mention all the accommodations covered when they tour but interestingly though the issue with this hitpiece right these hit pieces one after the next the New York Times is putting out on the dance company they seem to have something else involved it seems the initiative by this right uh from The New York Times also aligns with the program of the Chinese Communist party there are some very odd ties to the CC with what the New York Times is doing some of this ties into the Chinese Communist party’s persecution against fallong gong right Chinese meditation practice based on the principles of truthfulness compassion tolerance but it also coincides with a Chinese Communist Party spy program trying to eradicate Fallen gong outside of China that was recently uncovered and the New York Times has also been omitting some key details around their sources that actually rais some concerns that might be tied to some of this The Epic Times States quote the New York Times has pared CCP propaganda against Fallon gong since the regime started persecuting practitioners in 1999 in recent years the paper New York Times has periodically produced hit pieces against the Fallen gong diaspora in the United States and particularly against successful companies started by Fallen gong practitioners and it’s at near the end of the latest New York Times article authors Nicole and Michael rothfeld indicate that they don’t know why State labor authorities opened an alleged inquiry however it says the reporters failed to mention that the man who has publicly claimed credit for helping these reporters at New York Times launch their Onslaught against Shen Yun has also bragged about filing complaints about shenyun with New York State authorities and hopes of triggering legal action he also encouraged others to do the same here’s a quote they say quote I was was the one this is from the guy who claimed that he told New York Times about this he said quote I was the one who introduced people ex sh in performers to the New York Times especially for the initial interviews they found additional people through that this individual admitted this he wrote it on X following the publication of the New York times’s first hit piece on Shen Yun early this year and what’s interesting is this it says the FBI marked the man who wrote that as quote potential armed and dangerous after he was spotted near the shenyun campus in Upstate New York last year he was subsequently arrested and is facing charges on possession of illegal firearms and interestingly as well several whistleblowers Who provided internal CCP information to the Fallen do information center a nonprofit that tracks the persecution of Fallen gong have independently identified this man as a vehicle used by the Chinese Communist party to Launch and spread malicious information against Fallen gong uh in other words the man who New York Times got this from according to his admission is known to be a tie to the CCP in this operation the man who also runs a YouTube channel has been making threats against shenyun and fallong gong such as calling shenyun managers his enemies whom he’s trying to have sent to prison and the New York Times reporters also failed to disclose their interviewees other ties to the Chinese regime interestingly it says here here Hong and rothell these New York Times reporters heavily rely on these small group of former performers without revealing that at least three of them have ties to the Beijing Dance Academy the BDA according to an FDIC report issued earlier this year and BDA what they have ties to is a Chinese statun organization which is instrument in the ccp’s global campaign against Shen Yun in other words new York Times has been not mentioning some of these ties that are important for context as it relates to the Chinese Communist party’s persecution the Chinese Communist parties’s um actions in the United States against shenyun and interestingly their own sources who have ties to the CCP now what the New York Times is doing here this is very similar to what they did with the Froot Loop story The New York Times what they’re doing is they’re F they’re fing uh they’re creating a false narrative right they passively show the facts right showing their narrative is false they say okay this is the facts Kennedy said that there’s you know a difference in the ingredients and then they list all the chemicals right they show the facts showing that what they’re saying is false but then they keep repeating the false narrative regardless of the facts this lets them frame a negative talking point which can be used politically or to push their own agenda this is a perfect example example of how the New York Times frames its false narratives and they’re putting this on full display um also there have been actually spies uh alleged CCP spies arrested trying to Target Shen Yun uh there’s a lot known in the area about Chinese spies trying to Target it trying to sabotage it slashing tires of vehicles even doing things that could potentially kill people trying to stop their performance the Chinese Communist part has been targeting the new york-based dance company for years and the timing of the New York Times hit pieces which they’re putting out one after the next and interestingly a lot of other media aren’t even following it because they’re doing it over and over again the New York Times operation with this does appear to align with the ccp’s new agenda on this that said folks let’s jump into some questions let’s see here Sandy sefick you’re saying I wonder how they’ll address the states that will not cooperate you’re talking about about mass deportations and illegal immigrants right he said I wonder how they’ll address the states that will not cooperate I live in one of those blue States I’d love to see deportations of illegals I’ve no bone against legal folks um yeah so the the uh nom the Trump nominee for ice is basically saying there’s nothing they can do to stop him um what they’re already doing actually is they’re setting up the facilities to work as kind of the goet for the mass deportation uh you’re going to see a lot of news talking about family separation you’re going to see a lot of news talking about deportation facilities and conditions of them look Obama did the same thing that that’s going to be the other side of the argument Obama did the same thing in fact a lot of the images they were using to try to talk about Trump’s kids in cages and deportations those were Obama era things um they’re going to be talking about the same thing the states the state cannot stop federal agents from entering their states right you the that New York for example could not stop the FBI from carrying out an investigation for example uh California could not really stop Federal Marshals from coming in you could argue that the local sheriffs could there there is some legal basis for that on whether whether a sheriff could block them the sheriffs tend to be more conservative though just generally speaking including California where a lot of them have even publicly said that they will not even support uh for example if they try to ban guns they would not support a gun grab initiative um it it will be a legal battle but especially if Trump declares a national emergency and especially if he invokes the alien enemies act and especially if he uses the military it’ll be almost impossible for the states to stop it they they they definitely will try but in terms of legal grounding for this um they he actually does have pretty solid legal ground and again there is precedence for this including with the Obama Administration um again when Obama was called the deporter in Chief right folks again if you have questions comments leave them in the chat and we’ll try to get to them also don’t forget to hit the like button the like button it helps us quite a bit Aaron Shimano you’re saying will the Trump Administration cut the handouts to illegal immigrants if they do so many will leave the US on their own without having to be deported it makes sense but I haven’t heard anything like that from Trump uh Aaron that’s actually a really good point um New York has already started cutting the benefits and the free handouts for illegal immigrants it is true though in a lot of States New York for example uh public officials have actually come out and said that the illegal immigrants are eating up the budget they don’t even have the money at the state level to handle it and they keep asking the federal government for the money to subsidize the illegal immigrants because they’re eating up so much money now the federal government does pay for this that does come out of your tax dollars as does the local government and a lot of that money goes to third-party organizations right NGS and such which then carry out these operations so it kind of goes through a process uh you know your tax dollars to I believe it’s under DHS a lot of this but actually there’s several branches involved which then distributes the money to third-party organizations which can carry out the operations that they may or may not have the legal authority to carry out uh the food programs the housing programs and everything else they give them not to mention when they put them on the waiting list for uh amnesty one of the things they also do with the amnesty list um is that they also make it so they get parole and when they make them on parole they can also become eligible for all these different types of social welfare so they get free food and free handouts and just about every other uh program that Americans could get through social welfare in addition to additional programs if you cut off that valve you cut off the free money free food Free Housing valve I guarantee actually you’re right probably a lot of them would self- Deport some of them might turn to Crime which is another concern maybe not the majority by any means that is one of the concerns with it though hungry people will do desperate things and um also keep keep in mind this is going to be if you know when Trump does this comes into office it’s going to be January 20th that’s going to be winter and if people suddenly are homeless in the dead of winter people might do some uh drastic things uh and so that that is that is a valid concern on that note uh it will be likely that many people will voluntarily Deport themselves the other challenge you’re going to have is the Holdings of these individuals if they bought a car and many of them have if they are renting a house or bought a house if they have possessions in their home which they probably do when you Deport them they’re not going to be able to bring all that with them and so there’s going to be the also the issue of what you do with all the assets they have obtained while here illegally and um there is some precedence with that too which is you can kind of seize it sometimes but we’ll see how that works because it’s going to be probably another civil rights issue um it’s true also though that I don’t think Trump has talked so much about cutting off the money I think he has talked about it in passing not so much in his policy videos but at the state level in New York City for example they’re already cutting off the free handouts and so that that is already in the works Vape King and and on that too uh mayor Eric Adams in New York you know of course he’s a Democrat right he’s on the he’s on he’s a Democrat but because he is being prosecuted right now and investigated for corruption he is claiming that he being targeted politically because he’s been criticizing the Border agenda and Trump has also talked about this and it seems that Adams Eric Adams in New York is kind of becoming a little more friendly toward Trump amidst these investigations uh which is a very interesting phenomena to be watching right now Vape King you’re saying we need to fact check the fact Checkers referring to of course the New York Times Froot Loops fact check actually I think this is why a lot of them hate Twitter so much why a lot of them hate X so much because the method that has been implemented for fact checks on Twitter is these uh Community notes now the irony of that is the community the community notes system was actually implemented prior to Elon Musk buying the company under Twitter before musk a lot of that was institutionalized and so you kind of had official fact Checkers and official groups being able to moderate that system that was the concern right meaning that the fact Checkers you see in the media and the fact Checkers you see among these third party organizations which are all kind of on the same side politically those fact Checkers would also be controlling you know the social media fact checks that was the big concern with it what Elon Musk did was opened up the community notes so that other people could fact check and he’s made it more of a crowdsourced thing the result of that is that when New York Times does stuff like this they just get barraged with people pointing out how they’re lying and I would actually wonder if if um frankly this is why a lot of these news outlets try to get people censored on these platforms why they hate these platforms so much because these platforms are threats to their business New York Times and others they’ve been going after their competitors they’ve been going after the advertisements of their competitors other media other journalists and so on they’ve been going after social media influencers who could be seen as their competitors they’ve been going after Free Speech platforms which challenge the legitimacy in question legitimacy of their own reporting and you know we’ll see if this is uh we’ll see how this goes going forward Trump has suggested though with what he calls the censorship cartel that he was going to crack down on it that many people may even face criminal charges and he has mentioned the media I have mentioned previously that I believe a method to go after the media with this would be antitrust laws that if a company look if you’re a big Corporation and you want to compete with your rival and you want to find a way to do it normally you can only do that in the free market there are some other other underhanded ways which are kind of gray area but for the most part just in the free market if you want to advertise on news Outlet to attack your competitor you can’t technically name them there are some laws around this and a lot of this does does tie to you know Anti-Trust laws you can’t do it but the media which keep in mind the big corporate media most of them are controlled by like five or six centralized corporations under these just megalithic you know Mega Corps these big corporate media do that all the time and they often times attack their competitors and they often times cooperate with thirdparty organizations which try to list and you know demonize and try to frame their competitors as being wrong and then they go after their advertisers and so the media works with thirdparty organizations work with works with government agencies and works with big Tech platforms and legal groups and everything else to go after their competitors and again Trump the administration they’re calling this the censorship card they’re suggesting that these people could face criminal charges for what they’re doing we’ll see if that actually happens um on that note and I want to get into this maybe tomorrow Trump has a new Federal Communications Commission nomination and the the nominee for f FFC I say the FCC has actually come out talking about this suggesting this is going to be a priority in what he goes after uh this this could mean a lot for the these extremely dishonest news outlets and the way that they’ve been waging waging business Warfare as I would frame it uh under the guise of Journalism and under the guise of factchecking uh it’ll it’ll be very interesting to watch how this unfolds let’s see shnugi you’re saying I believe we are already under a National Emergency due to communist subversion across many fronts most citizens simply don’t recognize it have any societies successfully y thwarted communism through the rule of law yes they have me one sec yes they have but it’s often framed later as like a human rights abuse uh for example pinese I believe what was that in uh was it in Peru right uh you know pinese of course in Latin America did that uh the former head of the kuming tong U you know in Taiwan he did that and Taiwan was technically under a military dictatorship for several years uh South Korea did it shortly after the Korean War and at the time around the Korean War and the reason they did it in those countries was because the Communists were trying to subvert their countries they were at war with China or at war with you know other communist groups you had communist Guerilla organizations all throughout Africa all throughout Latin America trying to overthrow the governments and engaging in illegal activity you had them tied in with drug networks and terrorist networks trying to use illicit Goods like drugs as ways of financing their operation which also got them you know kind of strings into the criminal World which involved assassinations and the drug trade and corruption in the whole nine yards right communism does that and so a handful of countries have previously made that illegal in the United States under mcarthism that was also something they were trying to enact here if you go and read some of the um writings of the American investigations into this like the uh it was the house committee on on on American activities I believe it was if you actually read the notes and you read the actual I I have a whole book actually of of the hearings on that it’s it’s incredible to read because the media misrepresented it so badly you had people who seemed absolutely guilty that they were trying to overthrow the United States government you had people with the Weather Underground talking about the need to kill Americans by the tens of millions if they took power they were talking about launching genocide in the United States you had organizations with the Weather Underground actually bombed the capital building they bombed the capital building let let alone January 6 right they bombed the Capitol Building they they killed police officers actually did it you know one of those individuals was actually pardoned under the Obama Administration and meanwhile they talk about January 6 and as being worse than the actual bombing of the capital that was these groups that that’s what these groups were and um again it’s not represented like this if if you go back even to like the late 1800s and early 1900s where you had the Boston another Boston bombing you had the bombing of Wall Street you had anarcho communist groups also trying to launch coups trying to overthrow the US government uh fantastic book on this and I believe it was written in the late 1800s it’s a very good book and if you were to read it if you were to read it and remove the names and the dates you could easily think it’s written today about today’s radical left it’s called Anarchy and anarchists uh it was actually written by one of the one of the Poli I believe I believe he was a police Sergeant or commissioner and he had actually overseen the case related to some of these communist Terror attacks and um you know actually on that note one thing that gets misunderstood with Anarchy the anarchists were and I know people misunderstand this because Anarchy means no government communism is absolute government in practice at least if you practice socialism which is the government form of Communism uh it’s complete totalitarianism right uh a lot of people wonder how you can be both an anarchist and a communist when look Anarchy and communism politically seem to be Polar Opposites the reason is this if you go back and read uh for example like William Godwin who was an anarcho communist right he was the father of Mary shell I believe who wrote the book uh who wrote the book um Frankenstein interest I mean the guy was a creep by the way he he had a whole book about necromancy and some suggest that Mary Shelly was actually inspired to write her book about a man you know reanimating a corpse because of her Father William Godwin’s fascination with necromancy he wrote a whole book on it actually uh her mother was one of the original feminists who actually momentarily derailed the feminist movement because she was such a miserable individual uh but interestingly this this was the actual context of Anarchy um communism exists not in a system but instead in the negation of systems communism it’s based in in the uh in the hegelian idea of the negation of the negation that you destroy an institution and the belief is something else will just emerge from it that doesn’t always happen if you kill a person that might they might just ma magically turn into a butter fly you know what I mean uh things don’t always work like that but that was the argument of Communism that if you destroy all existing institutions then we can create a new one built in the image of man and so the Communists always talked about how to achieve that communism and communist subversion is designed to tear down Society it’s designed to destroy Society back to the idea of the negation of the negation the actual Communist Revolution has that as its purpose it it is to tear down every existing institution it is subversive and ironically an actual ideology of violent revolution at its core publicly admitted not treated as such but publicly admitted which is why some countries ban it by the way now the issue was how do you achieve communism well the Socialists believed you achieve communism through creating a communist government which can facilitate the destruction of traditional Val values of religion of traditional institutions and so on for example in communist China they had the movement to destroy the four olds they try to wipe out all of history and all of tradition and everything else keep in mind on the Note CU I talked about Shen Yun earlier Shen Yun has been trying to revive that culture that’s one of the reasons the CCP is trying to destroy them right case in point uh the CCP had that so they tried to destroy all Traditional Values all religious values everything that has that humans have built over the course of our entire history with the intent of saying that once you destroy it man will recreate these things in the image of man without the influence of what has been right uh to look at what we could be without what has been right that that’s what it is um the anarchists believed you could achieve that through internal communism and so rather than try to externally destroy religion and faith and institutions the anarchist would internally destroy their faith and their traditions and their beliefs in these institutions uh William Godwin I believe framed it as achieving achieving um uh using personal Anarchy to achieve intentional communism uh meaning that you could achieve the Communist goal without the need of of using government to do it and then that was the anarcho communist ideology um again a book on this you could read would be Anarchy and anarchists uh written I believe in either the eight late 1800s early 1900s it’s a very thick book but it’s worth a read and and there were a lot of things like this right um back to the point of this you were talking about uh from shnugi you were asking a question uh whether we could declare a National Emergency over communist subversion communism is inherently uh about subversion communism is inherently about the destruction of societies uh it is at its core a a type of movement that has you know an agenda to destroy the United States to destroy every existing government to destroy religion and based on that you could argue that it should be illegal um I I know in America it’s very hard to make an ideology illegal but if the ideology is preaching the idea of killing people genocides they they do talk about violent revolution if the ideology is talking about uh the destruction of Institutions the destruction of the United States then you could call it a movement with the you know created in working with the intent of destroying the country and look if they want to throw people in prison over January 6 for trying to launch an Insurrection communism is inherently an insurrectionist movement inherently uh based on their Doctrine and based on their public statements they are trying to launch an Insurrection and you know you could there there is some legal Arguments for doing this uh again if you go back in history McCarthy tried doing that right and that’s what they call it mcarthism uh although he was very very badly framed by history in his approach to that because he was trying to basically you know make it illegal based on these exact points and and that’s what it was right Judy Yem you’re saying looking at Mass deportations do you see a risk of introducing new digital IDs in Biometrics to recognize who is a citizen Trump needs to be careful not to let some military folk go overboard and give way to more totalitarian tools yeah I think in the United States uh digital IDs and Biometrics are very controversial the reason for this is because America is a is still mostly a Protestant country and a lot of a lot of religious people here they view digital ID as like being like the mark of the beast um you know like having a number printed on your forehead or your hand uh and and that’s how a lot of people interpret it the I I’ve actually known some Christians who won’t even get a birth certificate or a social security number because they don’t want a number associated with them because of that you know everyone has their own interpretation but a lot of people do view digital IDs as being a type of uh a Revelations type thing where in the Book of Revelations you of course it talks about a totalitarian One World Government and a lot of things we have in fact seen come about in the world and a lot of people put two and two together with that and say well gez this sounds Mighty familiar and uh you know they and they won’t do it you know uh it so digital IDs are super controversial in the United States I don’t know if there’s as controversial in Europe um I believe Jud I think you’re I can’t remember where you’re from but uh you do you do in some of these countries um maybe it’s viewed differently Americans are way more wary about these things so I don’t I don’t think Trump would ever do it um on that note too there are there are ID systems where you can identify illegal immigrants and it is complicated because the way it used to work as if police pulled over somebody who was an illegal immigrant and they’re drunk driving and a lot of Americans get killed by illegal immigrants drunk driving Police pull them over it used to be okay the guy has no ID he has no dri’s license what do we do with him well normally you hand him off to Ice immigration enforcement ice actually does have the systems to see who these people are they can do their fingerprints and so on where you from they deport them that used to be how it worked uh it used to be in the United States that if you were an employer and you hired illegal immigrants you could be punished legally uh and that’s the way that normal immigration law worked in the United States up until like not that long ago up until the end of the Obama Administration actually that that that was how the immigration system here worked it used to be really controversial you couldn’t hire you could not hire illegal immigrants under the Bush Administration towards the end of it it was a felony for repeat offenders being illegal immigrants it was a felony uh then that’s that’s what the law was right under the Clinton under Bill Clinton actually they were very aggressive against illegal immigration and so they actually do have systems for this now the problem you have these days where you don’t where basically what they do with the sanctuary city laws is they make it so police if they pull someone over for drunk driving and the guys like can’t walk straight unless they want to take him in and detain him because they think he’s going to you know drive off and hit somebody and kill somebody uh there’s nothing they can do about it they don’t know who the person is there’s no ID there’s nothing they can do if they take that person in all they do is hold them maybe overnight if they’re so drunk they can’t walk and then they have to let them go the next day because they don’t have the person on the systems they can’t even charge them and so you you’ve actually have almost legalized crime in the United States because police are not allowed to have the handoff with ice because they’ve removed the part of our law enforcement system that allows the United States to police illegal immigrants a lot of these people can get away with really serious crimes and there’s no punishment because the police don’t have them in their systems uh as a last point though back to your question Judith uh they wouldn’t need digital IDs or Biometrics for that technically uh because again ice has the international ID systems which these people are mostly on and if it’s a person who has no home and no country and no name you just send them somewhere uh they’re not Americans without a doubt and so they would they would Deport them somewhere typically uh VW bird head you’re saying unrestricted warfare that’s right um and this ties in of course into what I was talking about with communist subversion a lot of communist countries once they do have a communist government create a system and remember since communism exists within the negation of systems every communist government is socialist socialism is the form communism takes when it’s a government and this is one of the big misinterpretations about this right um and you’re talking of course about New York Times and the Chinese Communist party with this uh the New York Times does appear to be aligning with Chinese Communist Party narratives the CCP actually has initiatives on this they call it media Warfare the CCP to control narratives actually under the Chinese military they have a program called the three warfar psychological warfare the framing of narratives media Warfare the use of news outlets and media sources including social media and then legal Warfare the use of legal attacks to go after their enemies what the New York Times is doing aligns perfectly with the three warfare’s doctrine of the Chinese Communist party going after one of the ccb’s main political targets uh and so again I don’t know if they’re doing it knowingly or anything like that but on the surface it aligns with the same agenda and follows the same basic pattern the CCP uses and New York Times has a long history of uh basically just parting CCP propaganda like this they they often they’ve often done this over over the years maybe that should be something they investigate too right in my opinion Robert Robin Spielman you’re saying I’m saving up a bunch of tea and I’m already I’m ready to throw it in the harbor that that’s the spirit um actually on this note have any of you ever gone to the Boston Harbor reenactments in Boston I I went through with my wife and daughter actually it’s really fun if you go to and it’s really well done I personally recommend this I had a fantastic time with it in Boston they have reenactments of the entire uh Boston Tea Party which for those of you outside the US that was when we took the British people’s tea and we threw it in the water the British are still mad about this by the way right some of them are we threw their tea in the water keep in mind that Britain has gone to war with most countries on Earth either over tea or spices uh this this hits very close to home for them you don’t mess with their tea or spices they they’ve actually gone they’ve actually started a lot of Wars over tea like a surprisingly large number of Wars over tea the British really care about their tea and the American they dressed up like red Indians right and they threw the British tea into the harbor uh because of you know the tea tax and they didn’t want to pay the taxes on it it was it’s a long story but if you go to Boston they actually have really well done reenactments uh it starts where you go to the courthouse and they reenact the entire arguments and it’s interactive you like f um it’s really fun and then you march from the courthouse to the boat where they you know of course threw the tea overboard and they have like other reenactors all over the place uh you know like the like the British Red Coats watching you and stuff and then you and your kids and family can go and throw a a a big bail a tea overboard uh which they of course have tied to rope so they can bring it back up and everybody gets to do it it’s a lot of fun I I highly recommend it if you want to have a historical experience that is also very well done and very entertaining I had a great time with it flying squirrel you’re saying socialists believe in benevolent despotism yeah and they often do that right they often times uh they often times mix words to change the perception of things uh a a a compassionate killer right stuff like that uh we will compassionately you know genocide use is kind of the narrative they would use it’s for the good of the people for for the good of the people right where they carry out activities to kill tens of millions of people communism always does this uh country after country regime after regime system after system movement after movement it’s always the same and the way they try to write off blames they say well they they didn’t do it right that was that wasn’t real communism they they didn’t do it right they were just applying the exact guidelines of Communism I I think the clear truth to the they didn’t do it right or that wasn’t real communism statement is that communism when enacted doesn’t work when they say it wasn’t real communism what they mean is it did not achieve the stated result that Communists believe it will lead to the simple answer on why that is is is because communism doesn’t work communism does not achieve what they say it will achieve and what it does achieve is what it achieves every single time which is genocide and that’s what it achieves that is what it achieves and so yeah the issue is not that it it wasn’t real communism the issue is that communism is based on a lie it doesn’t work right and and again we see this over and over again uh you know how many times you have to try it out and see the same result before you realize maybe you should stop going down that road right Enos 38 you’re saying make citizenship value again make communities safe again I think those could be pretty good statements uh maybe something we could see you know again you know one thing interesting in American politics right now is oh you saying make citizenship Val valuable again right uh it’s interesting right now because a lot of the political narratives that are being framed as extreme were not extreme if you go back a couple decades a lot of the policies from RFK Jr are the are the policies you would have seen from like the green party back in like 2007 or 2008 you know it was it was on the left those were leftist policies the idea of like going after GMOs or chemicals in your foods and trying to get the trying to get the uh you know the chemicals out of the drinking water that was like the more like environmentalist movement that was not so much the Republican party which at the time was more about big business you know under the Bush Administration they’re they’re reframing these things to try to make it seem like these are extreme when when a lot of the people saying that used to be on the side of the political spectrum they used to believe in it you know even with mass deportations they used to call Obama the deporter and- chief you know what I mean that was not a that was not a partisan issue the unions used to be really against illegal immigration uh because you know it was taking union jobs they used to be really against it and because uh is it’s been acknowledged it results in wage suppression how is it that it went from being an issue that the unions were against and the Democrats were against the Republicans were against to being this like extremist you know framing like it that that was never the case uh you know actually if you take a step back from politics right now if you take a step back from it and just clearly look at it folks Elon Musk used I think he was like a wasn’t he like an Obama supporter before uh Rogan Joe Rogan who’s now like fool in prot Trump he he was a Bernie Sanders supporter he he supported Bernie Sanders he was like borderline you know like American Socialist like you know Democratic Socialist with like Bernie uh these were not by any means right-wing people you know and you look at I mean Trump used to be a Democrat and if you look at the policies they’re trying to enact going after crime Hillary Clinton used to be super tough on on crime actually you know the de the Democrats at that time were very tough on crime uh the whole super Predators narrative was based on that which which they note the the anti-drug stuff the Democrats used to be really strong on that even kamla Harris as a prosecutor was was going after like you know people selling marijuana and stuff they used to be really tough on it things that used to not be seen as extreme are now Being Framed as extreme and you know believe what you want I’m not trying to preach like one political Viewpoint here I’m just saying there’s a lot of hypocrisy and I’m saying there’s a lot of media framing that is misrepresenting the actual picture of the country and personally I believe frankly I I view it as just propaganda I think I think a lot of news outlets have misrepresented information falsely framed information and have convinced people of a different reality than what’s right in front of their faces and I think that’s also why they hate people like like me frankly uh who point this out you know I’m I’m it’s like you’re the kid on the street and everybody’s saying hey wow the emperor has such wonderful clothes and the kid’s like he’s not wearing any clothes the emperor has no clothes they hate the kid who says that you know that that’s what it’s like these days like everybody accepts an illusion as truth and nobody wants to say that the illusion is an illusion as soon as people start recognizing it it’s illusion then the truth comes out and once the truth comes out all the people who followed it look like idiots and and they get mad about it and I think that’s kind of where we’ve been with a lot of the censorship in this country the people pushing it look bad when it comes out and so they’re trying everything they can to try to you know suppress it at least at least that’s the way I see it sh you’re saying anyone added up how much has been spent on illegals last four years the flights buses food housing medical there are there there is some public documentation on that based on bud I don’t know the number off the top of my head if I were to give a number I’d give you the wrong number uh but it’s a lot of money I would say we don’t know the full amount uh and I do think we will probably get an accounting of that because you do have the main programs you have the amnesty program you have the Customs border protect you know the cbp1 right the app they have for it you have the money delegated to the United Nations which carries out these operations and and that’s going to be something they probably need to look into is is how how much of the UN budget went to this because we do know some because again it’s publicly disclosed there’s also the state level budgets and the amount of money the states have been spending to house and feed and take care of them in the whole nine yards and there’s other unaccounted for numbers if an illegal immigrant for example goes to the hospital and is not able to pay the bills and Americans have to eat eat the cost of that uh through our premiums or whatever else through the money we pay into the into into the hospital system right when we go to the hospital uh and also why a lot of hospitals is going out of business then there’s the police budgets the additional policing in need when these people engage in crime then for for example when I was in Kenny County in Texas for example because you might remember when I was doing some my some of my initial investigations into the Border crisis I interviewed one of the sheriffs in Kenny County he said that his entire department every Sheriff every Deputy he has is dedicated fulltime to dealing with a legal immigrants because they tear down fences and it lets an they lets the the animals out from the farmers and it costs the farmers like thousands of dollars to repair the fences every time because you have to repair the entire fencing it’s putting it’s putting people out of house and home uh they have high-speed car chases multiple times a day which take his entire department and you know that’s the policing budget of that small town that’s the property damage that small town that’s the cost where people might not have the money to keep doing that and so people are getting literally just pushed out a house and home because they can’t afford to be rebuilding their fence every week you know which costs thousands of dollars every time they cut the they cut the fence down they deal with that stuff and not to mention the school system and the free lunches and the English as a second language classes and the amount of accommodation they’ve had to make on that there’s a lot of budget areas that if you add them all up would be just massive I can almost guarantee it would be it would just be massive and I think we will eventually get get an accounting of this but we don’t really know yet uh I do think we will see it though folks that said join me tomorrow 10:30 a.m. eastern time I want to go into some other there’s a lot going on right now my challenge these days is to decide is uh what is most important in the moment because there there’s a lot to talk about we’re going to have a great episode tomorrow I’m probably going to go into what the FCC is talking about with censorship it’s my plan at least
