the news over the weekend was uh pretty crazy let’s put it that way look first off the Department of Homeland Security we talked about it they are now pulling the funding for the various NOS non-governmental organizations tied to programs to facilitate Mass illegal immigration into the US and look this is a lot of money and on this note Trump is Now setting off a global trade war after he approved the tariffs on Canada Mexico and China and he’s saying Europe is next and also in other news the White House also just declared an end to transition surgeries and the medications being given to Children a lot of news I’ll be going into these stories and more today so let’s jump into it now first of all folks the non-governmental organizations the NOS that were tied to programs of mass migration and they were facilitating a lot of it they have now been defunded they lost the money for those programs the announcement came from the Department of Homeland Security and it has brought attention to the government grants and funding that was going to these various organizations involved in helping facilitate the Border crisis this was not an accident now like here’s the newly confirmed homel and security secretary Christine Nome announcing this on Fox News watch today we are announcing that we have stopped all grant funding that’s being abused by NOS to facilitate illegal immigration into this country so it’s amazing to me the hundreds of millions of dollars that have been spent by the federal government that has been sent to NOS to facilitate this invasion of our country so uh I’ve taken action to stop that those funds to re-evaluate them and to make sure uh that we’re actually using the taxpayer dollars in a way that strengthens this country that keeps us safe so ending this DHS spending would be a big sum of money actually it’s not even just DHS they’re talking about us Aid as well which gives a lot of the money and look according to FEMA Homeland Security provided just over $640 million to enable quote non-federal entities meaning NOS to offset allowable costs incurred for services associated with non-citizen migrant arrivals in their communities meaning of course these Mass migration individuals whether you call them migrants or illegal aliens now look the NOS they play a huge part in all this DHS secretary Christie also specifically pointed out that a lot of these infrastructures are actually set up by the NOS watch this well what’s been uh so revealing is that many of these NOS actually have infrastructure and operations set up in Mexico on the on that side of the border that are telling those illegal immigrants to come to them and they will get them across the border so they’re not just operating in the United States they’re operating outside of the United United States to help make it easier for those who want to break our laws if you’ve been watching Crossroads for a while you knew this was happening we talked about it before I’ve been talking about it for a while uh it is interesting though though to see it kind of brought to center stage now and what we’re seeing also is what I was investigating remember I was doing the investigations in Panama I was down there at the Daran Gap the whole you know so-called border crisis it was never really about lack of border security which was the surface debate right the whole focus on that was always kind of missing the point at least in my opinion what was actually happening with the Border crisis was this it was being facilitated at least a lot of it was and basically there are a handful of international agreements and even national agreements and programs and other things that were allowing this one of the programs I talked about before just as one example was the global compact for migration it’s a United Nations program signed by many countries including our own and what this basically did was established Global programs to facilit facilitate so-called safe and orderly migration and that’s another thing too because that money I don’t know if that’s been stopped because a lot of that money goes through the United Nations and then they give the money to these organizations and so the noos get funding from a few different angles uh but the whole thing was built on the premise that you know climate change and other types of national disasters or Global disasters this would would cause Mass migration from third world countries mostly into First World countries and so basically what it did was this it set up networks of NOS operated by the United Nations with oversight of the United States or Western Europe to help facilitate the mass movement of people and that’s what it was doing now I saw this firsthand when I was in Panama uh and when I was doing reporting of course at the US Southern border and basically this is how it looks they have Maps set up in parts of Latin America these various you know migrant camps that just tell people the routes they tell people the bus routes they tell people where the checkpoints are they tell people where the services are they can get they have Billboards set up for it they have everything uh they have United Nations registration desks set up and I saw it firsthand you go to the migrant camps in Latin America people get shipped in they stand in line at the United Nations booths they sign into the programs uh people are given binders of documents in these United Nations labeled folders which I’ve gotten photographs and video of and basically what they do they sign up for these programs to mass migrate and then after they sign up there are NOS that handle kind of most of the system right they’re set up all along the way they give them different services medical services there are programs that get them money to spend there are bus networks the whole nine yards and that’s set up all through Latin America all the way from you know the very very bottom of Central America with Panama all the way up you know again through all these different countries all the way through Mexico and all the way to the US Southern border and once they do reach the US Southern border they then get the cbp1 app custom Border Protection app which you know Trump recently shut off by the way or they can just cross the border illegally without it they turn themselves into authorities they request amnesty and once they request amnesty they’re taken to camps often run by the Department of Homeland Security and you know with some other law enforcement entities they register in this program say hey I’m here for amnesty they’re taught how to apply for that when they when again they’re Crossing and then after that they’re handed off to a bus Network operated by the NOS within the United States then the bus networks funnels them into the whole gravy train of programs that were being offered by Nos and also by local state programs some of that of course was also coming through Federal funding uh a lot of this was your tax dollars and all of those ngos that were running this a lot of that picture they just lost their money the money has now been shut off by Trump and look also along these lines of the NGS working on mass migration now uh losing their government funding there are also reports of various organizations that have been undermining the deportation efforts now taking place in the United States New York Post had this it said the post embedded with one team of federal ice agents who admitted the task of identifying criminal migrants in the sanctuary city which is which orders its local law enforcement not to help them and actually making arrests can be like finding needles in a hay stack they’re saying it’s very hard they say further complicating matters local activists legislators and School administrators in Illinois have been coaching migrants including criminals charged with sex assault weapons violation and worse on their rights and how to evade ice agents they’re telling them how to evade authorities it says even those detained were fairly Brazen now look folks we’ll see what ends up happening with this uh Trump’s borders are Tom hullman he has said that he would look to have charges criminal charges brought against people who try to block or interfere with the deportations uh look really if you look at it kind of step back we’re only really a couple weeks into this like it seems like it’s been going on longer this is just two weeks folks uh it’s yet to be seen whether again Tom hullman is going to make good on his claims that they’re going to look for criminal charges against these people maybe they will maybe they won’t uh but look we’re only two weeks into it now in other news a global trade war is now starting and something very big with this Donald Trump enacted the tariffs that he had been discussing before on Canada Mexico and China and these are the ones of course around human trafficking Mass migration drug trafficking and he’s blaming these countries as being responsible for it at least partly and he’s also saying more tariffs like these on other countries are going to soon follow now as things stand Canada Mexico and China they’re putting retaliatory tariffs on us Goods Goods in fact Canada met this with 25% tariffs just recently un least on some us Goods The Epic Times said this it said president Donald Trump has signed an order to impose 25% tariffs on goods from Canada Mexico and an additional 10% levy on goods from China they got kind of the the softer end of this interestingly he notes as well after weeks of speculating the White House imposed the taxes in retaliation for the illegal fence that they have sourced and allowed to distribute into our country said Trump’s press secretary Caroline levit and she says if it remains in place the president’s tariffs will affect approximately $1.6 trillion in annual trade between the North American countries including crude oil uh that would by the way be a big dent into overspending in the United States we recover a lot of what we’ve been losing it notes the United States Imports about 4.5 million barrels of oil bill from Canada and some point out well Canada can just sell it elsewhere uh not really the case actually they have trouble selling it elsewhere meaning it’s going to be hard for them to make that money anywhere else other than the United States and so they’re probably going to be desperate to find a deal in fact by the way today Mexico and Canada are supposed to talk to Trump we’ll see what happens with it but it notes here that President Trump told reporters that he will probably lower crude tariffs to 10% uh maybe maybe if there very nice to him during the meeting today we’ll see how that goes now like on the point of retaliatory tariffs tariffs from the other side Trump has said if Canada moves forward with this he will double the tariffs on Canada and leading up to this Canadian officials had been saying that their country cannot survive even 25% tariffs let alone 50% uh Canada by the way they have already done this they put retaliatory tariffs in place Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is encouraging Canadians to buy Canadian by local look it’s their country too I’d assume the US would do the same thing if they happen to us right uh they’re saying by local byy Canadian and they’re trying to you know kind of push back on us Goods as well it’s a trade War folks uh it’s likely Mexico is going to be hit very hard by this as well uh the Mexican Government they’re a little more they’re a little more hostile than Canada has been uh but they are cracking down to an extent on the drug trafficking in fact there are already reports that Mexico is taking stronger measures to stop the trafficking of fenal into the United States they made a huge drug bust uh right after this actually now it’s not clear how long these tariffs are going to last uh they’re mainly in response to these countries at least being accused of failing to secure their borders allowing drugs and illegal immigration to mass enter the United States Trump saying fix that first we’ll talk about it but actually Trump is not even limiting the discussions to that Trump is also saying that we need to balance our trade deals with these countries if we’re going to lift the tariffs and so maybe there’ll be a few stages to this but uh Trump is looking it seems to renegotiate our trade deals with Canada and Mexico now look on this point uh CNN said this it said president Donald Trump with the stroke of a pen could plunge America’s closest neighbors into recession they were talking about before this all happened what it would actually mean if Trump did this and know that Trump on his first day in office suggested that he may just do that and he just did by the way and knowes Trump threatened to impose 25% tariffs on all goods from Mexico and Canada February 1st in response to what he views as inadequate border security failing to stop drugs and migrants from coming into the United States and notes that spiking tariffs on Canada and Mexico would risk starting a full-blown trade War inside the deeply interconnected North American economy we’re now watching it where delicate Supply chains have built the close ties over the past several decades and this is the important part they say it would be risk a risky gamble for Trump one with massive implications for the entire continent and a test for the three neighboring Nations all of which have new or transitioning leadership economists say that the tariffs should they materialize would swiftly send the Canadian and Mexican economies into recession and likely lift consumer prices for Americans on cars gasoline and other imported items important on that we buy a lot of fuel and electricity from Canada Canada Canada is America technically could find other sources for it Canada technically needs us a lot more than we need them same with Mexico but basically we get a lot of crude oil from Canada we get a lot of lumber from Canada we get some of electricity from Canada Trump was talking about making all that domestic industry anyways and we we have other countries that could buy it from it it would not be detrimental if we had to find other sources for them it would be detrimental to lose America for that or even the tariffs same thing with Mexico aside from you know remittances from illegal immigrants sending money back home which is a lot of their which is a lot of money aside from the drug trade which of course does circulate money within the within their economy uh Mexico a lot of their surface level business is Automotive stuff manufacturing and parts and Trump is talking about kind of rebuilding Detroit again the former you know economic hub for the automotive industry meaning their economy is kind of in a difficult spot regardless can Mexico is in a very difficult place with this but they say this that basically if Trump holds down on these tariffs quote this would be a real trade War not a trade scrimmage this is serious they say you would see job loss in people lose their homes said Joe brelis Chief Economist at RSM now look as for China well it’s a whole other issue the Chinese Communist party is being a lot less friendly with this than Canada or Mexico the CCP as we speak they’re taking retaliatory measures and even talking to the UN about it uh sorry the world health or sorry the World Trade Organization remember we gave them access to that maybe either the us or China will be withdrawn from that we see now look the current wave of tariffs on China is also about drugs and especially fenel and look the CCP is basically the hand behind the scenes pulling the strings on the drug trade including supplying the synthetic drugs including the various drug ingredients the precur precursors and even with the money laundering for the cartels the CCP does it and the CCP notably started these operations is kind of drug war against the United States modeled after the Opium War even Chinese banks are involved with this but the trade war with China isn’t limited to this it’s likely we could see this expand into other Arenas as well maybe a lot of them actually look on China Trump put additional tariffs and restrictions in place that could affect them quite a bit one of the big ones he did is he ended the entire like denimist trade policy remember that basically what this means the Dom Minimus policy this makes it so that Goods shipped under a certain amount of money get immunity from tariffs you don’t have to pay tariffs on them Chinese companies like shien and temu they’ve been accused of taking advantage of this they fly under the radar they cut costs using this method they do direct Chinese Factory to foreign cons foreign consumers Marketplace transactions and what that means is this they cut out the issues of factories and warehouses and other things in the middle and they ship directly from their company to individuals here and what that does is basically it limits the price of the shipments under that diminus standard meaning they can undercut everybody they take advantage of this loophole and what that means is well the lower costs they need to do this right trade policy and so on that policy just ended say goodby to the low low prices you were getting on these Chinese apps and get ready to see those in other Chinese compan companies like them take a massive hit because that game is over for that but like there are other tariffs as well and this even though Trump is not on the surface talking about China these work like tariffs on China Trump’s also talking about tariffs on oil that that’s going to affect Canada even more it will affect a lot of again you know the Saudi Arabia and other countries as well that will have a huge impact on a lot of countries but back to China he’s also talked about tariffs on Pharmaceuticals we get a lot of our Pharmaceuticals from China by the way and also on semiconductors restrictions on them that’ll actually affect Taiwan not CCP of course uh but Trump wants to make a lot of that domestic remember he’s talking with TMC Taiwanese Semiconductor Company to build their manufacturing for semiconductors in the United States this will probably force their hand on that to begin domestic production in the US but he’s also talking about making it more difficult for China to get semiconductors now this is going to have a big impact on them and there’s even more right there’s more in the works this is kind of the the tip of the iceberg with what’s coming this is going to shake things up quite a bit even in Europe by the way the hills said this President Trump on Friday vowed to impose sweeping tariffs ON Semiconductor chips Pharmaceuticals steel aluminum oil and gas and as the president said he was eyeing February 18th coming up very soon to impo impose oil and gas tariffs remember he already tariffed tariffed Canada which we get oil from there’s more coming he also said that he would tear off Canadian crude oil imports at 10% beginning Saturday which he has now done while other Goods could be hit with a 25% tariff it notes he signaled other tariffs will be imposed in the coming weeks though he did not provide exact dates it’s going to be a surprise and Trump also told reporters in the Oval Office he would quote absolutely Place tariffs on goods from the European Union and he said quote they’re treating us so badly Trump said of the EU knowes Trump’s threats came a day before his administration is set to enact tariffs on goods from Canada Mexico and China and this is bringing up a lot of other things too Trump is saying look Europe they restrict most of our Goods going there America can’t ship a lot of its stuff to Europe same with Canada where our banks our banks cannot operate in Canada a lot of our businesses are not allowed to operate in Canada we let them operate here including TD Bank which they’re saying uh may have been involved in some of the money laundering for the drug cartels they’re being accused of it at least we’ll see what comes out from it but this is where things are at but look back to the point of tariffs on China because Trump remember didn’t put a big thing on them you put 25% Canada Mexico China has got a 10% restriction we’re watching what could be the start of a major trade war between the US and China that’s the big one the CCP is already right now talking about retaliatory tariffs and even looking at some International complaints including with the World Trade Organization but the reality is this what we’re seeing is likely the beginning not the end of it remember behind the scenes Trump’s Ambitions for retaking the Panama Canal and CCP influence is the big concern there by the way he came up publicly and said this hey can hey Panama we didn’t sign an agreement with China we signed an agreement with you if you don’t push out CCP interest we’re going to retake our claim on the Canal Panama has now got out or is getting out of the belon road initiative with China they’re already doing it uh same with Trump’s talks about Greenland and strengthening Arctic security China is the focus with that and Russia as well and actually on a similar note even with global trade the big concern that people do have which is kind of legitimate is that the Chinese Communist Party might try to leverage the higher costs that we’re now putting in other countries doing business with us uh with the United States and the CCP may try to fill that Gap say hey you don’t want to trade with America they don’t want to trade with you trade with us that’s the risk with this global trade War starting up but on the other side of this the CCP is also facing Global sanctions tariffs including from Europe including from Latin American countries including from a lot of individuals the Communist Regime already works on taking advantage of global trade they’ve already been exploiting it they already undercut other Industries using intellectual property theft stealing their data and so on they already use State subsidies to undercut and even sell below costs to put their competitors at a business they already use bribery for a lot of countries and foreign leaders and foreign Business Leaders and they use a lot of other programs to wage trade War on the world and the CCP look they already use things like currency manipulation to give them an advantage on this they do everything already so what happens if a regime Builds an economic system based on exploiting the world as much as it possibly can and then look even Mass exploitation isn’t working anymore intern internationally it sees things like you know the real estate crisis within China the banking crisis manufacturing leaving uh some of those loopholes getting en closed then what happens if on top of that it also begins facing large scale sanctions and tariffs from abroad well what happens if even more if you know of the main countries to takes advantage of declare to the world that they will no longer be taking advantage of on that scale like America is right now and Europe is to an extent well you face the very real Prospect of major economic problems and this is where the CCP is now and and this is where things are for them going forward and interestingly instead of trying to make a deal they’re doubling down the regime is going to be front and center with these new tariffs and it’s only just starting The Epic Times said this said on his first day in office on January 20th Trump signed a memo ordering federal agencies to investigate unfair Trade Practices by foreign countries and recommended Associated trade policies it said the trade policy memo singles out China for a review of its compliance with the 2020 Phase 1 trade deal circumvention of tariffs through third countries and fental flows into the United States meaning Trump was talking tariffs he singled out China and Trump also directed an assessment of the impact of China’s Force technology transfer meaning stealing our data stealing our intellectual property wants to look into that the effec of it on us us Industrial Supply chains and a re-eval valuation of China’s preferred trade status with the United States also known as permanent normal trade relations meaning they may lose that special status and notes the following day the president threatened to impose a 10% Universal tariff everything on Chinese Goods as soon as February 1st is taking office Trump has not mentioned the 60% rate he imposed on the Campa proposing the campaign Trail but he might do it he’s even talked about 100% tariff on China possibly meaning we have not seen him fully go all out with this but China seems to be a big focus with this and look speaking of Chinese companies and the ccp’s economy they may have made a big mistake recently one of the recent big moves we saw was the release globally of deep seek Ai and China did this at a very opportune time for Donald Trump because what happened Trump comes out first week in office trying to make you know big waves he comes out and announced a massive investment project for us industry and for us infrastructure this big uh you know he called it the Stargate program big AI program infrastructure everything tons of money trillions of dollars coming in then what happens right after that this Chinese company releases a free AI program online shocks the entire stock market it crashes buy about a trillion dollars for the very companies Trump just met with for that big event and that gets a lot of attention folks and sometimes the attention you don’t want things have been recovering since then on the stock market but it now seems that deep seek the company that did this may have overplayed its hand the company is now facing investigations and among these as I said what happen is investigations into whether it stole some of its technology Epic Times said this Chinese artificial intelligence startup deep seek has stunned the market by introducing a chatbot built at the a fraction of the cost of US Rivals how did they do that well let’s get into it they say questions are growing over whether the firm may have taken a shortcut and that shortcut may have cut the cost it said chat GPT Creator open AI said on January 29th that deep seek may have quote inappropriately used its data they said quote we know that groups in the PRC people Republic of China are actively working to use methods including what’s known as distillation to try to replace Advanced usai models an open AI spokesperson told The Epic Times using the acronym for the Chinese regime’s official name right the People’s Republic of China they say we are aware of and reviewing indications that deep seek may have inappropriately distilled our model and we’ll share information we will share information as know more they say that distillation this is basically an AI technique in which a developer trains an AI model by siphoning data from a larger one they take it from a bigger one open AI they say in its terms of service States it does not allow anyone to take data from its system to build competing products which is what they’re accused of doing now again deep seek and know that David Sachs the White House aisar suggested deep seek has done just just that he said quote there is substantial evidence that what deep seek did here is they distilled the knowledge out of open ai’s models he said in a recent interview with Fox News and he said quote I don’t think open AI is very happy about this and frankly I don’t think Trump is very happy about it either now like on that point users have been finding this as well they find that when asked what it is deep seek declares it doesn’t say I’m deep seek I’m built by China it doesn’t say that it declares that it’s actually chat GPT it says I’m chat GPT from open AI it just says that uh which makes this whole thing uh quite awkward let’s say if Chinese systems are asked to elaborate on this if deep seek is asked uh explain that a bit further it just further goes into how it is actually just chat GPT it just explains that uh so that’s being investigated now we’ll see where that goes but look on other parts of this too Trump is discussing further trade restrictions on high tech chips these semiconductors and it’s alleged right now that China had been using loopholes to get a hold of restricted semiconductors because remember under the Biden Administration Biden restricted the AI you know chips you need for AI made it so they can’t go to China and this could soon be addressed because it seems that China’s been getting those regardless somehow look any further restrictions on the sale of these chips could cut very deep into the ccb’s drive to overtake the high-tech market and Trump is saying exactly this he’s going to look at further restrictions of chips to China China says hey we can build them we don’t need you but it’s funny they keep trying to steal them and get them from underhanded means when they don’t need them isn’t that weird now look in other news though the Department of Education the doe just announced it is launch an investigation into a school in Denver for allegedly converting a girl’s restroom into an all gender facility I’ll be talking more about previous administration and look this includes a mass removal of policies related to gender politics race politics and also environmental politics a lot of these are being pulled out from the system and among these now being removed is the trans agenda one of the big focuses it seems now like when Trump was on the campaign Trail he was talking about taking on the trans agenda he said he would ban many of the policies that allow children to undergo sex changes under the age of 18 right he said he would even look at channels to allow for lawsuits or other investigations into the individuals who may have been leading kids along that route if they’re showing signs of encouraging kids or whatever they could face investigations and look at now seems that was not just empty talk the Department of Education just one big piece of this they announced they’re launching an investigation into a school in Denver for allegedly converting a girl’s restroom into an all-gender facility this is the official announcement from the doe they say quote the department of education’s office for civil rights OC R today announced an investigation in the Denver public schools district for discriminating against its female students by converting a female restroom into an all-gender restroom in its largest High School what’s interesting here is that Trump is actually using the Civil Rights act as the main tool to go after the trans agenda he’s suggesting look the Civil Rights Act does not protect trans individuals because America only now officially recognizes male and female and nothing else right you’re either a male or a female there’s no in between there’s nothing outside of it and so anything that violates civil rights of males or females could be a legal violation meaning most of the trans policies that’s how he’s that’s how he’s going after it but they say this doe quote as a result of this all gender bathroom right they say East High School now has an exclusive restroom for male students and no restroom for female students on its second floor it says Title 9 of the education amendment of 1972 and its implementing and its implementing regulations are clear quote a recipient of federal funds like the district quote May provide separate toilet locker rooms and shower facilities on the basis of sex but such facilities provided for students of one sex shall be comparable to such facilities provided for students of the other sex meaning if you have a boy room and then an all genders room and girls don’t have a bathroom officially for them you are discriminating that’s the allegation they say quote the alarming report that the Denver public school district denied female students a restroom comparable with their male counterparts appears to directly violate the civil rights of the district’s female students said acting assistant secretary for civil rights Craig trainer he said quote let me be clear it is a new day in America and under President Trump OCR will not tolerate discrimination of any kind I have directed ocr’s Denver Regional Office to investigate this matter fully now folks uh It’s Not Just Bathrooms either and you can be watching a lot more of that or you know men playing in women’s sports for that matter which again has led to severe injuries of a lot of the women playing in those Sports because you get this big brutish guy just slams them it’s also the overall issue of transition surgeries and the medications being given to children for those and look the White House also just declared that this is coming to an end this is the official statement January 28th it says quote across the country today medical professionals are maming and sterilizing a growing number of impressionable children under the radical and false claim that adults can change a child child sex through a series of irreversible medical interventions folks this is a statement from the White House they continue stating quote this dangerous Trend will be a stain on our nation’s history and it must end countless children soon regret that they have been mutilated and begin to grasp the horrifying tragedy that they will never be able to conceive children of their own or nurture their children through breastfeeding moreover these vulnerable youth’s Medical bills may rise throughout their lifetimes as they’re often trapped with lifelong medical complications a losing war with their own bodies and tragically sterilization accordingly it is the policy of the United States that will not fund sponsor promote assist or support the so-called transition of a child from one sex to another and it will rigorously enforce all laws that prohibit or limit these destructive and life altering proc procedures meaning that’s already coming to an end and already this is having an effect hospitals across the United States right now across the whole country they’re beginning to stop their gender transition programs for kids maybe you got to be 18 or older if you really want to do it right uh but it’s also still possible we could see investigations into how these were being done Trump did said he would do that and into whether any kids were misled or harmed by this another thing Trump is saying he will do it doesn’t end there either federal agencies are even going after some of the different gender programs and so on one example of this one of many in fact federal agencies have been giving alerts to staff that they can no longer include things like gender pronouns in their email signatures ABC news said this it said employees at multiple federal agencies were ordered to remove pronouns from their email signatures by Friday afternoon according to internal memos obtained by ABC news that cited two executive orders signed by President Donald Trump on his first day in office seeking to curb diversity and Equity programs in the federal government it says it as well employees were instructed to remove pronouns from everything from government grant applications to email signatures across the government across the Departments sources told ABC News and it’s employees of the Department of energy who received a similar notice Thursday were’re told this was to meet requirements in Trump’s executive order calling for the removal of Dei language in federal discourse Communications and Publications it’s all now coming to an end folks that said hit the like button leave a comment let’s jump into some questions let’s see here all right first of all breaking news folks uh Trump said that he had reached a deal uh to to delay the tariffs on Mexico for 1 month Mexico has a one month window to I don’t know what the deal is going to be in terms of what they have to do but they have one month the tariffs are on pause from Mexico see what happens with Canada next and whether China does anything as well uh but that is breaking news uh this is what it says let me read it to you this is The Epic Times it says US president Donald Trump and Mexican president Claudia Shen buum announced on February 3rd that they reached a deal to delay 25% us tariffs of Mexican Goods that were due to take effect on Tuesday tomorrow and as a shine bomb said on X that Mexico and the United States reached a series of agreements saying Mexico would immediately send 10,000 members of its National Guard to the US Mexico border targeting the trafficking of illicit fenel and notice as well that Trump said in a social media post that the Mexican troops will be specifically designated to stop the flow of fenal and illegal immigrants into our country the one-month pause will allow for negotiations headed for Secretary of State Marco Rubio Secretary of Treasury Scott besset and Secretary of Commerce Howard lutnick and highlevel representatives of Mexico Trump said big stuff folks now on that point too there were reports that Mexican cels have put out kind of open hits on American you know officials and so on or like you you know agents at the border uh including drone strikes including allowing them to fire at us that’s a lot more contentious for the Mexican cartels it’s less contentious for the Mexican troops and so you could see kind of a war between the cartels and them the other side is the cartels historically have not wanted to get the do things that would impact the US in ways that would bring the force of the US on them and so this is going to be very interesting to watch in terms of whether the cartels put a pause on things how they handle this especially because Trump has now designated them a terrorist well terrorist organizations and um even with the illegal immigrants look folks in America they come here we treat them with kid gloves they’re not treated that way in Mexico if you get people from Guatemala or Venezuela going into Mexico trying to illegally immigrate and they begin impacting the basic livelihood of Mexicans including the risk of having their economy destroyed they are not going to be treated well by the Mexican people I I can almost guarantee you this maybe not the average people but the cartels especially and the government they’re they’re going to be probably not treated very well and so that’ll be something important to watch as well uh let’s see question here emotion 007 you’re saying Josh the illegals are protesting in LA and other Democrat cities how is this going to play out I I think that was expected I mean honestly like did anybody think that wasn’t going to happen uh it is true you have I don’t know if they’re all illegals right I I I’d assume probably a lot of them are just activists or you know Democrats or whoever else right uh you’re seeing a lot of big protest though apologize folks give me one sec a test on our fire alarm system I repeat we are conducting a test on our system this this is New York for you can you can listen to what we deal they have to test the fire system Stu the buildings right it is only a test thank you one of the challenges of uh running a show in the city anyways back to the point emotion 007 you’re saying Josh the illegals are protesting in LA and other Democrat cities how is this going to play out um again I think it’s expected uh I think I think everybody thought this would happen I don’t think it’s all illegal immigrants protesting I would assume a lot of it’s you’re going to have family members you’re going to have children you’re going to have you know cousins or friends you’re going to have Democrat activist groups you’re going to have far-left activist groups you’re going to have just people protesting it’s expected um I think you’re going to see a lot more of this actually and you know remember too even for like news headlines and you know the news media they’re going to be turning the camera on something what are they going to turn their cameras to if you’re a news agency and you oppose Trump’s policies which a lot of the big ones do right what are you going to show to people well you’re not going to show Trump talking about this all the time you’re not going to show the criminals you know the the child sex offender you know the guy the guy who’s been like killing people you’re not going to show that guy screaming out his window how he’s going to do it again you know what I mean you’re not going to show that guy you’re going to show the kid crying oh they’re deporting my friend or my dad you’re going to show the people the cousins or the family members waving the Mexican flag saying this is human rights abuses you know that’s what you’re going to show there there’s always a bit of you know even if media claim they not biased there always is a bit of bias in terms of just what they choose to show you that that is the reality and so you’re going to have a lot of this I guarantee it and the the more attention they get the more you’re going to see of it um I think everybody expected this would happen and again we’ll probably see a lot more of it um let’s see California gal you said I didn’t realize the NOS non-governmental organizations were getting Federal funding glad they defended I defunded them yeah a you know actually this is going to be a whole other issue now I I want to do a future episode on this us Aid us Aid folks uh when we hear us Aid you know know it I would think oh humanitarian policies we’re giving food to the hungry children uh does anybody remember in like the uh 80s and 90s you used to have these TV commercials and you’d have people being like these children need you um you know send 10 cents send a dollar you’ll build a well in this country you’ll fo you’ll put food on this kid’s plate you know we wanted to send money to these people when we think us a we think that type of stuff that’s what I think of Le at least I used to all right now we’re finding it’s very different turns out USA was giving money to a lot of these or organizations uh basically this this is what happened Elon Musk and the Doge Department Department of government deficiency they just got access to all the financial data of the US Aid and we’re finding all the stuff we’ve been paying for and it’s shocking it is absolutely shocking now there’s two sides to this Republicans are being like Oh my gosh we’re funding basically every activist group in the world all these activist groups that are acting deeply politically all the people a lot of them coming out and criticizing Trump and saying don’t stop this policy they’re getting money to enact this policy they’re getting paid by us to do it news agencies are getting money from it uh including doing investigative work into Trump’s allies uh there was reports suggesting that some of the funding to to go again looking into Michael Bloomberg or not Michael Bloomberg into um uh former US or sorry former New York Governor Giuliani some of the investigative reporting for that the they received money for it from USA how is that happening or at least you know through loopholes right that money is going to these big organizations and these organizations are bankrolling all these Grassroots progr programs and it’s like oh my gosh our tax dollars have been funding this entire activist Network that was deeply politicized and working on different policies across the country and then the people getting money from it are the ones you know being tied to the ACT you know to pushing the policies uh it’s it’s shocking for that side the other side is this Democrats are being like who is Elon Musk to be trying to shut this down he’s an unelected official and criticizing that he’s being given power to go after US government programs Nos and other things that’s the other side of the argument uh they’re being like why is an unelected official being allowed to change basically our system right that that’s the other side of the argument um I’ll have to do more on this because I want to go deeper into it but future episode folks Judy aim you’re saying do you think this trade War could actually lead to the fragmentation of the world into a few larger areas that mainly trade with each other with one larger power influencing each of them politically you know that is one of the big concerns remember on this show I’ve talked about different people talking about the establishment of what they call the multi-polar world order the US Camp the Europe Camp the China Camp bricks African Union Mexico Latin America you know what I mean the different pockets of trade and interest uh they want to kind of keep America separated from the rest of the world in its own little seat cut off from everybody else some people suggest that America is doing that to itself right now as we speak by enacting tariffs in all these different countries the other side of it is to say that well what are their other options we are needed American consumption is needed for a lot of this and they’re not going to cut off trade with the US the other is that even with tariffs America has some of the lowest tariffs on Earth even with tariffs we’re we’re more forgiving than most countries meaning we haven’t been doing what most countries do most countries have tariffs most countries have heavy trade restrictions America is extremely open and so even if we enact these things we still have better deals than most other places and the amount of of money you could get by trading here is still a better deal than most other places not to mention the degree to which uh American consumption Works meaning it’s American their interest in trading with America is not going to change they’re they’re going to they’re going to try to rework it almost without a doubt and if it just means selling at a loss so be it what are they going to do otherwise just not sell to America like of course they’re of course they’re going to sell to America it just means they’re going to make less money it does look if you’re a big Corporation let’s say you’re a big European company you make uh let’s say 10 million a year right off America and then you have the prospect of making $75 million a year because 25% tariffs are you just going to stop trading with America because you make 25% less no you’re G you’re still going to do it it’s just you just you make less money you’re still going to do it though you’re not going to lose that 75 you know million dollars or whatever right uh it it won’t change that it won’t change business it just means less profit that’s all um the other side with this too is that Marco Rubio uh again he’s now the secretary of state right he has he he was confirmed uh by the Senate he’s now in position Marco Rubio Secretary of State actually is saying that we already live in a multi-polar world that the US order has already been disrupted deeply Enough by International powers that America is no longer the hedonic power um even though we still have a lot of influence let’s be honest with ourselves globalist organizations the United Nations European powers China they already put a lot of pressure on the United States we’ve already relinquished a lot of our ability to dictate things and America has folded so much that even though the US model and the US idea still very influential politically and business-wise uh We’ve really laid down and let a lot of other a lot of other countries has walk over us and so he’s suggesting we already we already live in a multi-polar world order America needs to reassert its strength and so that’s kind of where the American position is with this uh again we’ll see what happens right Leandro 9954 angel ordit you’re saying can you explain how musk has Tesla in China yeah I can tell you this is one of my concerns um I know Elon musk’s mother she’s uh very influential in China and I would you know and I know how the CCP operates they’ll try to when if they want to influence you they’ll butter you up and they’ll butter up your family that is something to watch right that is something to be aware of China has allowed Tesla into China the CCP has allowed it they also were making it so that Tesla had to fold quite a bit to a lot of Chinese policies and this is what H this is how it happened happed Chinese media which is CCP controlled media there’s nothing outside of it all these media organizations controlled by the Chinese Communist Party had this huge barrage of stories Tesla cars are dangerous this Tesla caught on fire burst into flames and you were seeing stories like this all the sudden all throughout China and then the CCP basically went to Tesla and said make this deal with us fold to us in this and the stories stop Tesla did make a deal with the Chinese Communist party and then suddenly all those Teslas just stopped catching on fire what a coincidence right um and myself and many other people believed that the CCP was basically faking these stories and basically making Tesla look very bad on the international you know stage in order to use that to you know get them in an armar and say Tap Out Tap Out make a deal with us or we’re going to destroy your reputation and Tesla Tapped Out uh that is something to watch um on that point you know we’ll see it I don’t personally believe that Elon Musk is like sold out to them I think he’s he seems like a pretty free actor to be honest but I don’t know folks it is something to pay attention to John Donna Jared Donna here you’re saying all USA is asking is stop fenel why is that a problem Canada and Mexico and China that that’s one of the big things he’s saying oh do do I say Tesla wrong actually anyways Tesla is that how I say it uh John Don back to the question uh to that point you said all the all we’re saying is stop fenel that’s the main point uh Trump is saying that fenel is causing more the deaths of more Americans than a major war more people are dying from fental every single year than if we went to War he’s saying it’s 75,000 Americans every single year Trump is now saying that he believes it could be 200,000 or 300,000 because of the way we look at what is a fenel death right um because you know it’s it’s in a lot of things and it’s killing people through various means um it’s not just that that Trump’s talking about Trump is also blaming Mexico and Canada in particular for Mass illegal immigration saying look why is America putting so much into border security and you guys aren’t why do we secure the Border but you don’t and that’s a Fair Point again now we see Mexico changing this they’re sending 10,000 National Guards troops to their border to try to stop drug trafficking and you know uh Mass illegal immigration and we’re even saying not only do you guys not try to stop it you kind of allow it frankly a lot of fenal production has allegedly moved to Canada a lot of the people on the terror watch lists they don’t try across into the United States from Mexico they Tred to cross from Canada the majority of them and so you know can Canadian border security is a big thing the problem Canada is going to have with border security though Canada is not a very densely populated country right and in a lot of their border it’s not like it’s not like the southern border where it’s like a lot of desert and open areas and you can kind of see everything their border is like dense forest now to that point you’re not going to see most people try to trekk through like the forest and you know find their way through that uh they’re going to be going through some of the you know easier to cross areas and so likely Canadian border security be more focused on that and maybe they might set up sensors or other things in other areas to try to just monitor for human traffic right human foot traffic although have to differentiate between that in like deer or elk or Bears or whatever else right so they’re they’re going to have to put that in place uh and Trump’s also blaming these countries uh for just bad trade deals and so he’s also talking about that with it saying that part of the process of us relinquishing these tariffs is also going to be on rebalancing our trade deals Trump is saying we’re not going to trade at a loss with you anymore maybe we will to an extent uh but he’s saying that we trade at such a loss that he argues that we’re basically subsidizing the governments of like Mexico and Canada and um you know we I know I know Canadians would argue otherwise as they have been but that that’s going to be the argument right and so that that’s what he’s negotia negotiating on as well see foggy 01 you’re saying could Trump be using tariffs on Mexico in Canada to bring back manufacturing to the US yes uh because in addition in addition to just saying this is how Trump is doing it he’s saying this we’re going to tear a few Europe every country on Earth Canada Mexico we are going to tarff you America is going to finance its government partly by tariffs even if you play nice we’re going to tariff you that’s what he’s saying uh Trump’s talking about replacing income tax with tariffs he has created the ERS the external Revenue Service for tariffs and he’s talking about getting rid of the IRS for internal taxation to an extent he’s talking about using the IRS agents for border security uh so this is not going away uh outside of everything Trump is talking about tffs is like his new favorite word he’s he’s going to tariff you no matter what he’s saying if you want to get around that what do you have to do you have to manufacture in the United States and what Trump is doing is I mean this this is this is something we haven’t really impacted too much the importance of this cannot be understated because this is what China used to do this is what China used to do the CCP the CCP would say do business in China and you don’t have to deal with a lot of the regulations and policies and so on do business in China play by our rules and the CCP has some crazy rules hand over your intellectual property open up your systems for data monitoring let them establish a CCP branch in your company like crazy stuff employ certain like children of public officials or you know government officials like you know things we would call corruption businesses in China have to do it and a lot of businesses built in China because they want access to the Chinese market if you want access to the Chinese market you got to do it and a lot of businesses have done it uh and then also that’s a way for them to get foreign investment a lot of foreign investment pours into China because of that Trump is doing the same thing now manufacturing America move your business to America you will not face tariffs if you do this we will not put restrictions on you if you do this invest in America just like China tries to lure foreign investment Trump’s to trying to lure foreign investment into the United States and that foreign investment is going to be going to building domestic manufacturing infrastructure the whole nine yards um the point to a point on that as well this will probably impact the economies of a lot of other countries you may watch a lot of economies in other countries get severely impacted um and that that that will be a a side product of this but but Trump is looking to make the American quality of life it seems a lot better isn’t American hey great uh but I could see a lot of people in other countries being quite worried about this as well so I and we’ll see but to that point remember if it’s foreign investment foreign business they still profit from it and that money will go back to their countries and their countries will probably look to tax that or whatever else and so they they’ll still have their own way of doing it right folks that said thank you so much for being here
