[Music] hello America barely two months into the second Trump administration and the White House is already drowning in lawsuits and injunctions who would have seen it coming you’ve got Judge Judge James Boseberg this good-looking dude uh he’s an Obama appointee h slamming the brakes on Trump’s deportation flights trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act to deport members of one of the worst violent gangs in the world and he was arguing uh that it was a matter of national security but the judge said "No no no no no no it’s not." Well’s order came when two flights full of gang members were already in the air on their way to El Salvador another Obama appointee at the same time Judge Theodore Chang uh he was at least temporarily stopping Trump’s plan to dismantle USAD gee why would you want to do that maybe you’re part of the the uh money train or do you just have funders that are part of the money train judge Chang ordered the Department of Government Efficiency to restore email and computer access for USAID employees oh yeah let’s give them computer access then there’s one of Biden’s picks uh Judge uh Anna Reyes uh she halted the Pentagon’s new policy that banned transgender soldiers from military service now on the same day that Judge Jo Booseberg issued his order Judge Reyes issued a stay on the Pentagon policy arguing that the Trump White House did not prove why this is necessary since when does the commander-in-chief need to explain to a court now these are just one of the how many how many lawsuits 162 lawsuits that have been filed against the Trump administration so far and he’s only been in office for 72 days okay that’s a that’s a pretty high number there uh don’t you think the judges have at least uh issued 15 injunctions so far though it’s hard to keep track daily with the changes uh that are happening so rapidly in these cases now how does that compare to Joe Biden’s first 72 days in office well he they were piling up with him too the lawsuits he had count them three one injunction so I want to talk to you tonight about who are these judges who are these people uh and who is behind it now you’re not going to find this surprising but this is not just politics as usual it is a coordinated assault to gum up the works of the Trump administration so it spends the next four years in court instead of taking apart the deep state so let’s look at the main players behind these lawsuits because it’s shocking shocking how have we ever seen these people before no first let’s take a look at American Oversight this cute little organization here they’re involved in multiple suits including one that was filed last week over the whole signal chat mess american Oversight was launched in 2017 what a shock it was right after Donald Trump entered the White House for the first time and it was created specifically to fight against Trump at every turn its status as a 501c3 nonprofit means it relies on donations and grants but it doesn’t disclose any of its sponsors but it also doesn’t seem to have any funding problems uh in fact when the American oversight launched one of its senior adviserss empathetically told USA Today we we just we can’t do it we just can’t do it we we don’t discuss our donors oh such empathy for these people isn’t it great now I’ll get back to the American oversight in just a minute uh as you will see it’s pretty clear who their likely donors are next Democracy Forward now this one is really super special they’ve also filed multiple lawsuits the one I was showing you up the chalkboard this is the vast majority of all these lawsuits um this one lawsuit included their request to Judge Boseberg to halt Trump’s deportation flights of gang members and a case against eliminating the Department of Education democracy for forward was also started this is so weird in 2017 huh same time what are the odds justice Trump took office just like American oversight and its mission was to make legal challenges to Trump policies now they spent the last two years planning for all of their lawsuits before Trump did anything wow that’s like you know I’ve got to hire I’ve got to hire an accident attorney why has there been an accident no but there’s going to be one and he’s already preparing for it oh that doesn’t seem suspicious at all anyway um they would file uh all of these lawsuits if Trump won the election now they were they wanted to use Heritage Foundation’s project 2025 as their blueprint so they went after that the chairman of Democracy Forward the board of director the chairman is um Mark Elias now why do we know that name well he’s the mega lawyer for Democrats who I’ve mentioned oh I don’t know tons of times over the last couple of years he was general counsel for the one and only Hillary Clinton during her 2016 presidential campaign uh that’s weird and and then he was also running the DNC uh in 2020 and for Kla Harris’s campaign last year but he’s he’s neutral on these things and then there’s the captain of this whole enterprise this guy Norm Me is love Normmy he’s great you’ve heard me talk about him too he is the uh co-founder of Crew Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington ethics he’s also the co-founder of a newer group called State Democracy Defenders Fund oo one month before Trump started his second term in office his State Democracy Defenders Fund had already requested records from 16 federal agencies about interactions with the new Department of Global Efficiency he wasn’t even in the office yet but no we got to know what Doge is doing now where have we seen this dude before cuz I know we’ve seen him someplace well during the 2019 Trump impeachment effort he was the special counsel for Adam Schiff and the House impeachment committee so if you’re on with Adam Schiff you know you know all about ethics eisen is a lawfare zealot with one drive driving passion and that is removing Donald Trump from office well they tried that before so why not just bury him in so many lawsuits that he can’t get anything done here he is on MSNBC in February the lawsuits we’re bringing I’m planning a hundred this year 100 the lawsuits we’re bringing are designed as part of that and they’re start it’s starting to work because you can’t do it in the courts of law alone you need the court of public opinion and what did we see this week in parallel with our Treasury lawsuit that first Treasury case peaceful protesters for the first time starting to show up at the Treasury building around the country i hate these people so much i’m sorry i have to say it i just hate them so much it is so evil what they’re doing earlier in that interview with the man who pronounces bringing bringing um he hyped his research into autocratic rules around the world which helped him develop something he calls the democracy playbook gee we’ve heard that on this program before haven’t we it’s been on the chalkboard it’s the seven pillars to defend democracy which Eizen and his colleagues declared to be in crisis before Trump was even sworn in for the second time ironically their second pillar is defending the rule of law against legal abuses and yet ICE’s groups are flooding the system with dozens of lawsuits with 100 planned for this year alone i can’t wait to see what’s coming if Eisen’s democracy playbook sounds familiar it’s because it is an updated uh version of the same playbook he pushed back in 2020 which I told you about in an episode that you can find on blazetv.com in that version of his playbook Eisen uh went on and wrote about the importance of opposition leaders like himself pursuing impeachment when dealing with dangerous scary autocratic leaders like Donald Trump drafted 10 articles of impeachment one month before Nancy Pelosi had even announced an official impeachment inquiry of Trump in 2019 which one’s driving the car in fact as soon as the Democrats retook the House in 2018 Congressman Jerry Nadler hired Iris to get ready for that impeachment but guess what the plot to impeach Trump went back even further it went back so far they ready to impeach him before he even took office the first time that’s quite a miracle the weekend of President Trump’s inauguration in 2017 David Brock we know him he’s the head of media matters he put together a retreat in Florida with over a hundred left-wing donors you remember that so the weekend he was he got into office to map out how the Democrats would quote kick Donald Trump’s ass oh that sounds so official doesn’t it media Matters along with Crew produced a 50-page memo from that conference we talked about it here we went through it right after that meeting who was the co-founder of Crew yeah Normie the memo said that Crew would be responsible for filing lawsuits against President Trump crew fulfilled that mission and now they’re doing it again but you might you might remember Crew so we got to have something else the memo also said and I quote "Trump will be defeated either through impeachment or at the ballot box in 2020." Hey that means Norm Is wrote that democracy playbook which includes impeachment as a strategy for regime change and who was also the special counsel to the Democrats House Impeachment Committee he was helping plan Trump’s removal before Trump even took the first oath of office here’s the key right at the top of Media Matters and Cruz action plan it says and I quote "The progressive infrastructure groups that we have built together were started long before Hillary Clinton ran for president they were always intended to be the first of line of defense and offense when we’re under siege." Wow i thought you cared about I thought you cared about the country not your party i mean if they thought they were under siege in 2017 imagine their panic right now and it couldn’t happen to nicer people that Florida retreat assembled by David Brock is directly connected to the flood of current lawsuits that American Oversight and Democracy Forward are both you know creating um as a result of that retreat to attack Donald Trump so all of this is happening and it’s all with the same people now America Oversight senior adviser Melanie Sloan she co-founded Crew with Norm I and then one of the group’s lawyers used to work for American Bridge 21st century which is the pack founded by David Brock to conduct opposition research against Republicans by the way speaking of opposition research let me take you back for a blast from the past mark remember him you know Hillary Clinton’s campaign uh chair uh and you know who else was a campaign chair it was John Podesta john Podesta wait a minute john Podesta he helped create democracy forward and then aren’t they both connected oh yeah they are to the discredited steel dossier these are the people that put together the whole Trump Russia collusion lie and they’re still being listened to by half the country and then Norm Eison he was one of Obama’s White House ethics uh ZARS oh really yeah then Obama appointed him uh to the Czech Republic as the ambassador eisen’s crew collaborated with David Brock in media matters uh they went back over here with these guys to you know strategize on that 2017 strategy retreat where they were determined to impeach Trump before he even took office or did anything here’s Eizen again on MSNBC in February we are not the only nation that has had an autocratic takeover it happened in Poland it happened in Brazil it happened where I was ambassador Czech Republic all three of those countries got to the other side they ousted autocratic regimes like Trump and Musk you know there’s always an oligarch whenever you’ve got a dictator you got a oligarch by his side got a money m it’s crazy whenever you have these things there’s always an oligarch you know somebody who’s just getting rich has billions of dollars and just wants to run stuff who could that be pause for a minute just to let the irony of that comment sink in there’s always an oligarch he’s right he’s right there is always an oligarch and it’s always the guy at the very top of the pyramid same guy George Soros the king of oligarchs okay donating by his own count how much money $32 billion $32 billion to the Democrat and left-wing activism since he started Open Society Foundation wow soros has funded crew where are they crew right here that’s George Soros media matters that’s George Soros oh by the way that’s also Hillary Clinton lawfair bombarding the Trump White House right now coming from the exact same left-wing nucleus that powered the Russia collusion hoax and the impeachment during the front the Trump first term they’re also the same people that were in bed with this guy Barack Obama nothing has changed the more things change the more they stay exactly the same on the left if there is a case to be made that we are on the verge of a constitutional crisis I don’t think it’s because of Trump’s Doge or his executive orders it is clearly because of the totally coordinated attacks from these guys now lot of executive orders since he was sworn in about a 100% of them have driven the left into just foam at the mouth rage late last week Trump issued an executive order ending collective bargaining rights for certain federal workers this is something FDR was totally for now I don’t know why federal employees need unions but the largest one the American Federation of Government Employees is already working on its lawsuit at this point it’s just automatic trump puts his signature on something and it triggers an instant lawsuit now I am not for executive orders in principle because it hands the left-wing president these orders essentially they’ll serve as laws in the way they create new rules and policies within the executive branch agencies so that’s the way they use them that’s the way we’re using them now and they can just be cancelled the next time the president gets in and we swing back and forth like we’re insane trump’s executive orders also directed at the executive branch but they are an effort to reset it back to factory settings the left is freaking out because he’s using the executive orders to dismantle their century old progressive project which is that executive branch that was what it turned into with Woodro Wilson the left never had a problem with Biden’s executive orders never in fact they demanded more of them for example back in 2021 a radical left-wing group called Indivisible I’ll have more on them in a little while they demanded executive orders from Joe Biden quote "The Biden administration has the power to deliver many important promises made without Congress remember President Obama implemented DACA via executive action something he said himself before he did it i don’t have the power to do this but he did it anyway." and nobody said a word and then everybody’s favorite Native American Senator Elizabeth Warren wrote in the New York Times quote and I’m quoting "When Republican obstruct such action president act executive authority he must no matter how much the left whines about Trump being the dictator he must." And me smoke i’m just quoting her they actually prefer having a dictator in the White House as long as it’s their guy they’re totally for it they don’t mind oligarchs when it’s George Soros they don’t mind people behind the curtain pulling all kinds of strings doing things behind everybody’s back actually we found out this week actually overthrowing the president of the United States as long as it was Joe Biden and you got Kla Harris in what’s going on right now is really simple the left worships at the feet of the almighty federal government trump is destroying all of their altars and they’re livid about it so what are good leftists to do when they’re losing so badly well can we set anything on fire yeah they’re doing that can we deface anything yeah can we beat anybody up in the streets yeah they’re doing that you know what we haven’t tried this for a while let’s shuffle over to the judicial branch and rally all the judges well that was what they announced they were going to do about a year or so ago the left and their mainstream media partners are looking to the federal courts to be quote the last bull work bullwark against Trump politico is already calling this the court case presidency wow how do you know that the courts have provided the only real opposition to Trump 2.0 so far oh then that makes it right wait until I get into the Constitution you boobs do you remember back in 2024 when the then President Biden bragged about defying the Supreme Court and mainstream media just "Yeah that’s great what he said." The Supreme Court had shut down his unconstitutional student loan forgiveness program and Biden tweeted quote I promised e student debt for a million millions of folks the Supreme Court blocked me but it didn’t stop me i found another way to help more than 3.7 million people he was spending money the reason why this is unconstitutional only Congress has power of the purse only they can open up and say "Yeah reach your hand in there and grab some more." This president is using executive power to not spend your money and they’re upset about it he has the right to not spend your money president Biden didn’t have the right to spend your money one of these is wrong and we don’t seem to agree on which which one’s which the mainstream media just stepped in and supported his defiance of the Supreme Court biden pledges a new path to student loan relief after judicial setback wow wow supreme Court was just a setback okay I got to remember that one he couldn’t be bothered by a Supreme Court decision after all they’re so far right i was forgiving debt anyway i was providing relief to all the folks oh so they casually retreated uh like it was no big deal that a president was just shrugging off the highest court in land but now President Trump conflicts with a lower court ruling from Judge James Booseberg over deporting of Venezuelan gang members and suddenly it’s a constitutional crisis biden defies the Supreme Court and it’s man look how he just keeps going he’s like the Energizer Bunny fighting for the people against those judicial tyrants trump pushes against one district judge and it’s doomsday okay I don’t think people are being honest here so let’s take a look at some of these Democraticapp appointed federal judges who are playing whack-a-ole with Trump’s agenda let’s start with Judge James Boseberg what a guy picked up by Obama back in 2016 he served on the FISA court where he approved four applications related to the Russia collusion hoax he’s the guy that signed off on all of that and then later when the former FBI attorney Kevin Kleinmith pleaded guilty to lying to him on one of the FISA applications a violation that carries up to 5 years in prison judge Boseberg was like "Yeah I’m sure he didn’t mean it no prison time." Oh okay i think I’m starting to see who you are let me see if I can clarify and zoom in a little bit more next we have uh Anna Reyes she’s another DC district District Court judge she was also appointed by Joe Biden she’s the judge that halted Trump’s ban on transgender troops in the military in 2020 she also volunteered her legal services to Biden’s campaign since 2008 she donated over $38,000 to Democrats including maxing out on the contributions to Biden in 2020 i wonder how she got her job and then she’s also been associated with a buffet of left-wing activist groups pro-abortion pro- illegal immigration pro DEEI you name it that’s her then there’s the US District Court Judge Theodore Chang another Obama appointee now he’s the one trying to reverse Trump’s shutdown of USAID which folks are just so passionate about right he also has a long history of donating to the Democratic Party candidates and causes including Obama and John Kerry presidential campaigns okay but back in 2017 he was the first judge to block Donald Trump’s travel ban on several Muslim majority countries he said that was just horrific in 2020 he also issued the injunction against Trump in the administration’s FDA rule that abortion drugs have to be picked up in person can’t be received by mail that’s just outrageous and unconstitutional where so those are just a few of the highprofile examples for you but there’s also another Biden appointee Amir Ali now he was born and raised in Canada by Egyptian parents ali has just become a US citizen in 2019 and he’s a federal judge that Wow and he’s been a federal judge for less than four months he’s the guy who blocked Trump’s 90-day freeze on foreign aid great then there’s Obama’s appointee Barl Howell who ruled against Trump’s firing of members of the National Labor Relations Board h And then Biden’s appointee Lauren Ali Khan who um blocked the Trump administration from freezing federal grants and loans the list goes on and on and on and the judges this is going to come as a surprise are all long-term Democratic Party donors and our Obama Biden loyalists taking sledgehammers to President Trump’s attempt to do some spring cleaning in the executive branch i don’t know pattern here seems pretty obvious uh the groups I told you about in pre the previous segment plus literally dozens of other similar groups are releasing a torrent of lawsuits against Trump and knowing exactly where to file them to reach the favorable judges well who would have thought that this might have been coordinated at all cuz it all looks so spontaneous agitate and escalate this is the left’s playbook and it’s been the same for decades they destroy whatever they touch have you ever lived in a city or been to a city and you’re like "This is a great city." You move there and then a bunch of leftists move in and you’re like "This is a well it’s it’s not as great of a city." Not because of the people moving in but because of what they’re doing and pretty soon it’s absolutely unlivable yeah these are the people that are now making the decisions for you okay not the person you elected but me the guy who’s been a judge for four months and a new citizen wow and they say you can’t make it in America look at how that happened now I’m going to take a closer look at who’s movement straight out of Norm’s playbook let me quote here to raise the profile of their campaign against democratic erosion opposition leaders can also utilize extrainstitutional tools engaging or devices at a dealership just last week to Las Vegas where police say several Teslas were hit with Molotov cocktails to Massachusetts where an arsonist set fire to a Tesla charging station not to mention all of the individual attacks on Tesla vehicles across the country and drivers now unlike the Biden administration during the summer of BLM that violence in 2020 the feds are stepping in this time in fact Attorney General Pam Bondi has rightly labeled this domestic terrorism and three peoples are already facing charges the FBI has formed a task force with Director Cash Patel vowing to hunt down the violent offenders wow huh you know what it’s weird now that we’re arresting they know they can’t go to the street operatives and burn cities down so what are they going to do they’re going to go to the courts and burn us down through the courts someone or some group is not yet it’s not yet clear who created a doxing website called Doge Quest which posts and maps Tesla owners personal information as well as Tesla dealership locations the website turns your cursor into a Molotov cocktail icon the site threatens that it will only remove a Tesla owner’s personal information if the owner provides proof that they sold their Tesla vehicle oo mine conf absolutely your struggle sounds very very tough wow after initial reporting about it the site was inaccessible for several days but reappeared last week on the dark web the site also quotes highly recommends users visit another site called No Trace Project yet another classy website that is quote a collection of tools to help an anarchists and other rebels understand the capabilities of their enemies undermine surveillance efforts and ultimately act without getting caught boy that sounds totally legal it’s also unclear who’s all you need to know about their super agenda for common sense Americans it will come as no shock that these Tesla attacks and other protests of federal office buildings are not the organic uprising of the American people on their own i mean sure sure the people over in Germany and Ireland and France are very upset about our internal policies of cutting budgets at agencies sure that makes sense but listen to this spin attempt from Norm speaking recently on the New Republic’s podcast he’s talking about people rising up to protest as a result of his lawsuits against Trump they started speaking out Democrats in Congress and then the public the same time we were litigating the Treasury order a crowd spontaneously formed led by Indivisible in front of the Treasury the press started pushing back much harder than they have and it’s weird a crowd spontaneously formed just like that crowd spontaneously formed right there in front of USAD which so many people are passionate about really a crowd cannot spontaneously form and at the same time be led by an activist group like Indivisible there’s nothing grassroots about that or the Tesla attacks indivisible is one of the major sponsors along with move on.org a Seattlebased group called Troublemakers and a Philadelphia based group called the Disruption Project spontaneous troublemakers is calling uh people to action because of and I quote Elon Musk’s unhinged crime spree against the American people uhhuh as Nomani uh reported from the site of the protest in Virginia last weekend she wrote quote "These groups are digital platforms prescripted chants preprinted signs nationwide toolkits to manufacture the appearance appearance of grassroot activism." Move on has received major funding from the godfather George Soros you know what I’m saying and Indivisible Indivisible is a partner of a brand new group called Families Over Billionaires which is hilarious because it’s totally run by billionaires and the free press reported last month Families Over Billionaires is yet another project of Arabella Adviserss the massive left-wing dark money network that we’ve talked about many times on this program and to bring it all back where we started tonight Norm E is along with Jennifer Rubin who used to be at the Washington Post just started their new their own news outlet called The Contrarian which enthusiastically endorses Indivisible in fact Jennifer Rubin even interviewed Indivisible’s co-founder Ezra Lavine after his group led that spontaneous protest at the Treasury Department individuals next massive spontaneous event is set for April 5th an event called Hands Off this time they’re targeting state capitals and other government buildings and congressional offices and city centers maybe someday they’ll get to your house collaborating on on this is a who’s who of crazy left-wing organizations moveon.org Planned Parenthood labor unions every climate group you can think of wow i hope you’re you’re getting the picture here the progressive infrastructure groups that Media Matters and Crew said were always intended to be the first line of defense and offense back in 2017 have grown insanely larger and more insane and powerful this same infrastructure is powering both the lawfare against Trump and the Tesla attacks fight back [Music] joining me now to comment on this is Senator Mike Lee who filed a new bill last week to address the flood of decisions by district court judges restraining the Trump administration for seemingly anything and everything mike uh I have talked to uh a few federal judges recently in the last uh I don’t know three weeks and all of them have said they are gravely concerned about the overreach of these judges it is not their place to rule on on things that affect the entire nation true or false yeah that’s true as far as executive decisions executive policy decisions those belong to the president of the United States it’s article two of the Constitution that provides that the executive power shall be vested in the president of the United States he’s also the commander-in-chief we got to remember that it’s President Donald Trump who’s the commander-in-chief and the chief executive not an unelected district court judge and we’ve got to do something to stop the repeated egregious violation of the Republican form of government by the judiciary i was talking to somebody and they they they brought up that he was commanderin-chief and said you wouldn’t you know in World War II you wouldn’t have had a judge uh make some court ruling that no you couldn’t go to the beach on that June day u because some court wanted to hold him up it was FDR that made the decision it was his job his purview same thing with really all executive decisions isn’t it at that level supreme Court can come in but not a district judge yeah i mean look certainly once we’re within the category of what is appropriate for an executive to make as long as he’s not doing something that’s in violation of the law then the judge has no role the judge is not an activist the judge is not a president judges who act like they’re activists shouldn’t be judges and that’s why I filed a bill to remind them of that a bill uh called the Restraining Judicial Insurrectionists Act of 2025 under my bill go ahead it would make it impossible for a single judge to do this acting alone uh meaning to issue an injunction with nationwide applicability as against President Trump and the entire executive branch of the US government that type of request for injunctive relief would under my bill have to go in front of a three judge district court making it impossible for them to judge shop then it would make it impossible for one judge to act alone and then would create a direct appeal uh for expedited consideration by the US Supreme Court this is the kind of uh mischief that is common now especially in the Trump administration but it’d be far more difficult to carry out with that legislation in place because one judge acting alone can achieve a lot of mischief simply by delaying and they get around it by styling their injunction as a temporary restraining order because that’s not immediately appealable and then they can just sort of um it’s it’s death by a thousand cuts to the administration if they can bring about a series of delays through these TTRO so what are the what’s the odds that this will actually be passed Mike well look it’s it’s hard to say um right after a bill has been introduced what its odds of passing are but I this seems to me to be something that could and should pass why well because notwithstanding the fact that we would need 60 votes in the Senate to get this passed this is not a partisan bill it deals with an issue that’s affecting one party right now but Democrats ought to be just as concerned about this as we are in some way uh because in in the future there may be another Democratic president i hope not anytime soon but there is uh the shoe will be on the other foot they shouldn’t want this either and we’re not saying that you shouldn’t have recourse in court we’re just saying that one judge ought not be able to do it alone and we need to get it to the Supreme Court as fast as we can so you know everybody is pussy-footing around you know impeachment you know just Justice Roberts has come out and said "Oh we you can’t you stop with the impeachment talk of these judges." That’s in the Constitution that is you know that that’s like I’ve never used you know my seat as a flotation device but that’s because the plane has never gone into the water before while I was on it you know you wouldn’t say we don’t we’ve never used these as flot well we’re in the water now and isn’t this one of those trip wires on the Constitution that that was put there intentionally in in case the country starts to go into the water you can do this and it’s perfectly legal and constitution constitutional right yes i think that’s a fair way to put it Glenn even more broadly we can double down on the point saying the the country doesn’t have to be metaphorically you know in the position of the plane going in at the large body of water before you can do that this is a political function a political decision to be to be made by a coordinate political branch of the US government uh meaning this is to us what deciding whether or not to grant cersari is to the supreme court it is our decision it is not that of the judicial branch now sure uh ordinarily a bad ruling is dealt with by the agrieved party or parties appealing and seeking redress that way i think that was part of what the chief justice was trying to say but he went too far in suggesting if this is what he he meant what it which it sounded to me like he did if what he was suggesting is uh that and no more you can appeal a judge you disagree with and nothing else that’s simply not true that is literally not true it’s literary literally contrary to the text of the constitution and frankly I think it’s inappropriate for him to suggest what is and is not an appropriate time to use the impeachment power that decision belongs to Congress so Mike there’s been 152 lawsuits they’re mainly coming from three organizations it’s the same money it’s the same faces they were doing all their research to get ready to file lawsuits before he even took office i mean this is obviously nothing more than sabotaging a a president um you know if these were real then fine but they’re not this is just trying to sabotage what is the relief here it it is it is certainly an act of sabotage and that’s one of the reasons why look I want to be clear it is not up to the Senate to decide to impeach the the impeachment step is the first step that is the step that has to be taken only by the House of Representatives so I don’t I don’t want to do what John Roberts uh the Chief Justice of the United States did by stepping on somebody else’s ground this is a decision for the House of Representatives that said when they impeach uh we conduct a trial and we stand ready willing and able to conduct that trial uh if and when they decide to impeach any of those judges that is one of the more immediate uh uh forms of relief that one could seek outside of the judicial branch there are a lot of other uh forms of relief that one could seek within the judicial branch one is something called a petition for an extraordinary writ of mandamus that’s something you can do even before uh the final judgment has been rendered such that you can appeal something um you can seek u higher court’s review you can also in theory go to the Supreme Court and seek what’s called Cersei before judgment it’s rarely granted i I want to say it’s granted maybe once a decade or so but you can get a case expedited so that it goes directly from a district court to the Supreme Court but my bill would make it easier uh to have that happen it would make it automatic in these circumstances it it I mean we we just can’t we can’t we can’t rule a country like this you just can’t this is chaos and it’s intentional chaos justice sabotage a dulyeleed president and it’s done by the same people that you know were doing the Adam Schiff uh defense done by the same people that were planning on how to dismantle Trump the first weekend of his election last time it’s the same destructive people uh and I mean I just I think people are a little sick of it but what do you do yeah well what what you do is what we’re doing you file legislation you move that forward as best you can i hope we can get this thing passed there’s not a good reason not to pass it and in the meantime the House considers its options with regard to impeaching judges and in the meantime uh Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice uh will continue to seek u appropriate and expedited relief on appeal and little by little we’ll we’ll get through this but there are people in this country Glenn who don’t like the constitutional order they don’t like the Constitution for that matter they don’t like the American voter they deeply resent the American voter because they elected Donald Trump but Donald Trump was elected because he offers to do the very things the American people want they want a secure border stable currency that’s not inflating all the time and a government that leaves them alone yeah Mike thank you so much thanks for the um
