illegal immigrants in the United States could soon be fined close to a thousand dollars if they do not self-epport let me explain now there’s an existing law from 1996 has just not been enforced but basically it’s going to let Homeland Security fine illegal immigrants when they do not self self-epport even retroactively collecting fines now as this happens the United States is also moving to seize property and the assets of the illegal immigrants to cover the costs of what they incurred over the years and to cover the cost of deportation through that and guess what else all happened in this time well for all these policies the Supreme Court just ruled in Trump’s favor allowing him to continue using the Alien Enemies Act for deportations all around the same time and in addition to this Department of Homeland Security they just cancelled the legal status of literally everyone who entered the country using the CBP1 app under the Biden administration and guess what also tariff talks continue to heat up and Trump has now responded with a counter offer to the European Union and their zero for zero tariffs on industrial goods i’ll be talking about these topics and more today let’s jump into it all right first off folks it could soon be risky for an illegal immigrant in the United States because guess what that 1996 law meaning it’s already in place they don’t have to pass it again already there is just being enforced they changed it a little bit the DHS can now fine illegal immigrants up to $988 every single day that they refuse to leave the country and it’s not even like every day going forward it’s even retroactively and they can seize the assets of these individuals in addition to this the White House is promoting a hotline for immigrant enforcement where anyone can anonymously report illegal immigrants to authorities to have them deported and alongside this the Trump administration has now won a Supreme Court case on the enforcement of the Alien Enemies Act now look first off on the policy to fine illegal immigrants for not leaving the country DHS is now going to be enforcing this law now as I mentioned this is a fine on them being here it can allow authorities to seize their assets to recoup the cost of deportation a lot of people say you know how do you pay for it they now figured out a way and the law can even be enforced going back this is the actual law as it currently is written keep in mind they’re changing this a bit like there’s a few changes to it but this is the one if you currently read it says any alien subject to a final order of removal who willfully fails or refuses to depart from the United States pursuant to the order make or make timely application in good faith for travel or other documents necessary for departure or present for removal at the time and place required by the attorney general or conspires to take any action designed to prevent or hamper the alien departure pursuant to the order meaning if you try to block it from happening shall pay a civil penalty of not more than $500 to the commissioner for each day the alien is in violation of the section they’re updating it now to almost double now look apparently that law is now being updated and getting some additional uh some additional teeth let’s say Reuters said this the Trump administration plans to fine migrants under deportation orders illegal immigrants right up to $998 a day if they fail to leave the United States and seize their property if they do not pay according to documents reviewed by Reuters it says the fines stem from a 1996 law opens a new sorry that was enforced for the first time in 2018 during President Donald Trump’s first term in office and it says the Trump administration plans to apply the penalties retroactively for up to five years so if someone was told to leave when Trump was leaving office in 20 in 2019 imagine you’re like an illegal immigrant 2019 2020 Donald Trump tells you to leave right you get an order for removal you’re like "Well look you’re not you’re not going to be president soon muchacho I’m staying what are you going to do about it?" Well if you got that order right before Trump left office and you went through all four years of the Biden administration they can retroactively fine you almost $1,000 every single day you were here that’s serious right uh in addition to even just people who were ordered to leave under Biden or they’ve deemed maybe should have left i don’t know how that’s going to be affected but they say this they say these fines could result in more than a million dollars a senior Trump official said meaning that’s your house that’s your car that’s whatever else you bought here uh maybe your savings right and the official who said this said so under the an agreement of anonymity to discuss the non-public plans now again they already have an existing uh they already have an existing law for this that is the important point and so even without this alleged plan uh they can enforce this what they’re talking about is the update to it that actually makes it even more severe and look this is actually huge and it’s huge even beyond what’s on the surface here because what’s really big in my my personal analysis it relates to other policies that are in place and when you take these in conjunction with each other it looks like something massive is right about to go down take these in conjunction with each other and it looks like Donald Trump is getting ready to deport basically every illegal immigrant in the country because guess what technically the law applies to any illegal immigrants who gets an order for removal and then refuses to do it it’s for criminal aliens right people just refusing to follow removal orders but where this really gets interesting is how it relates to these other laws on those removal orders now I’d say maybe the most important piece is how this law relates to President Donald Trump’s executive order this one was titled Protecting the American People Against Invasion he signed that on January 20th and if we go by that order part of it directs the Department of Homeland Security and other agencies to enforce requirements for all aliens in the country every single one of them nobody left out not even just purely illegal immigrants all aliens in the country meaning if you came under the you know gray area legal stuff you’re still included in this they have to register under the Immigration and Nationality Act now again that’s a law already on the books the only difference now is they’re being told they have to enforce it that’s what the Trump order did and so you can’t really overturn it it’s an already in place law so what does that law say well this is the exact law code this is the United States Code 1302 and it’s on registration of aliens and basically look it requires all aliens in the United States illegal or otherwise that’s the important part of the term aliens here it could mean illegal aliens it could mean pseudo legal aliens but all aliens have to register with the government if they remain in the United States for 30 days or longer now soon after Trump signed this order to have the agencies begin enforcing that law what happened well February 25th DHS the same one enforcing these other laws by the way DHS announced a new registration system for illegal immigrants and that goes into effect on April 11th when is that that’s this Friday April 11th this goes into effect and I would personally assume the timing of the other DHS program working right alongside this that lets the government find illegal immigrants and even seize their assets they did that just a few days before this goes into effect i’d say these are probably related so what’s the connection here right how do these relate to each other what’s the what’s the significance well basically look that program goes into effect just just a couple days um that registration system for aliens to center for deportation it’s a government program to remove them from the country even openly they say this it specifically says aliens and not just illegal immigrants this applies to even people who came through through the you know gray area programs like the systems for amnesty and if they do not register if they fail to register to be deported it’s a crime they are then in violation of the law and they could face civil penalties including imprisonment or fines fines just like those now being expanded under the DHS announcement that’s up to $998 every single day if they do not self-epport and again that can be enforced retroactively for up to five years meaning border authorities can seize their assets to cover the costs to deport them going back years think about this right this new fine applies to people who’ve been given orders to deport every single one of them this new law going into effect on Friday basically gives an order to deport for every single alien in the entire United States it’s an order to self-epport if they sign up for it because that’s what it says this is basically sign up to be deported and if they fail to do it they’re then criminals in addition to a deportation order this is a system setting the ground to enforce the $998 a day law these two work together and and this is going to be I mean I don’t know how they’re going to enforce this but this is going to be massive this Friday that goes into effect and this could potentially work as a system to also cover the costs of border enforcement and you know otherwise which is costly right buses and flights not to mention you know different government agents have to do this stuff it’s very expensive to deport illegal immigrants and that’s on top of creating a very serious risk for anyone who doesn’t comply to this not only do they face fines if they don’t deport they could also face imprisonment they could go to jail for this they could face a lifetime ban on re-entering the United States if they do not self-epport when given the order they can never in their entire lives come back to the United States if they refuse to self-deport that’s how big this is the Trump administration they also repurposed the CBP1 app and they relaunched it as a CBP home app right alongside all of this almost within the same time frame so basically you know that’s a tool people can use if they’re terrified they can download that app and they can arrange their departure because the technicality of the new law they have the one with the fine is it applies only if they’re not taking steps to deport and so that would be a step to deport we would assume right and look guess what else happened this is this isn’t even just all of it there’s more to it the DHS remember DHS is in charge of all these programs so far dhs just cancelled the legal status of every single person who came into the United States using the CBP1 app the Hill said this the Department of Homeland Security DHS is terminating parole protections for people who entered the country through the CBP1 app revoking legal status for nearly a million migrants right who came to the US during the Biden administration roughly 985,000 people used the app to make appointments at a port of entry at the border with those who entered often permitted to seek asylum and give temporary work authorization they say quote the Biden administration abused the parole authorities to allow millions of illegal aliens into the US which further fueled the worst border crisis in US history under federal law secretary uh Secretary Christine in support of the president has full authority to revoke parole cancelling these parole ees is a promise kept to the American people to secure our border and protect national security the DHS said in a statement now that is huge but the other issue is look can the government really find all the illegal immigrants and takes the steps to enforce that well guess what that ties into another tool that they’ve now launched you see what I’m setting up here they It’s not The significance of this isn’t just one piece it’s the whole picture and they’re doing this at the same time the White House they posted a tip line for ICE Immigration Enforcement and using this tip line people can now report illegal immigrants it’s open literally 24 hours a day seven days a week tollfree and they also posted this on April 6 and guess the timing of that just in time for the program to find illegal immigrants right when they’re announcing all these other programs the timing is one two three right after the other and just days before also the launch of the registration to program for deport deportations which again is this Friday it all starts this Friday now in addition to the toll-free tip line ICE they already had in place a form where you could just file tips right and it allows for anonymous submissions you don’t have to give your name now look normally this would be available for people to report illegal activity um if you wanted to like you know have if you the guy who lives next to you is like blasting mariachi music at night and you’re getting annoyed and you you want to deport him right he has to be a criminal for you to do that normally they they it see I don’t know if they changed it but the language of it now doesn’t have that you can do it anonymously and you can report things like you know child exploitation transnational gang activity but if you look at the boxes now on categories you’re reporting they also now include fugitive criminal alien but guess what else under the other box it now says illegal immigration they’ve made it so you can report illegal immigration now as a crime and remember in the past that was not really regarded as a crime now it’s checked as a crime and you can you can report people for deportation using that tool so look taken together what does this all mean well basically here’s what it is starting this Friday April 11th every single alien in the United States every one of them is going to have to register for deportation now we’d assume there’s going to be some gray area to that but remember the definition of an alien is you you’ve overstayed your visa even if you came in through legal means this includes not even just purely people who just you know snuck over the border this includes every gray area of illegal immigration all of it if they do not register they face imprisonment they face fines they can result in their assets being seized to cover the costs up to a million dollars uh this also means that any alien who does not sign up for deportation will be deemed a criminal and they will never be allowed to come back to the United States for as long as they live and there’s now a free hotline online and a form for anybody anybody who wants to to anonymous anonymously report any of these individuals at any time that’s how big this is uh this this is massive i I haven’t actually seen anybody really put all these pieces together it’s massive whatever is about to go down this Friday i mean I don’t know if if they even have the resources to carry it out but this basically makes a deportation order for every alien in the entire United States and look folks guess what else happened all in time for this right well the Supreme Court just ruled in Trump’s favor allowing him to continue using the Alien Enemies Act for deportations now technically this only applies to gang members with Venezuela’s trendwa but it also lets Trump use wartime powers for deportations epic Times said this a federal judge whose orders preventing the Department of Homeland Security from deporting suspected gang members were recently vacated by the Supreme Court has canled a hearing that could have led to an extension of the orders us District Judge James Bowsberg in a minute order on April 8th cited the Supreme Court’s action in cancelling the hearing which was scheduled for Tuesday in Washington and slated for arguments in favor and of and against entering preliminary injunction against the government it says justices on Monday said that temporary restraining orders TTR entered in March by Bowsberg against the federal authorities were being vacated because the case was brought by Venezuelan nationals in Washington even though they were being held in Texas the allegation again that some people do judge shopping and even if they’re under one jurisdiction they might try to file in another jurisdiction because they believe a judge somewhere else might be more favorable to what they want it says justices said illegal immigrants detained under President Donald Trump’s Alien Enemies Act declaration which said that the Venezuelan gang Trende Aragua is working with the Venezuelan government to invade the United States that was the basis of that order can challenge their detainments they have some legal basis but it says only through habius corpus petitions brought in venues where they’re detained uh this significantly reduces their ability to challenge deportation orders but it does include one by habius corpus right now look DHS Secretary Christy Nome DHS yet again right she responded to the ruling in a post on XT she stated "It is a bad day to be a terrorist and criminal alien in the United States of America today’s SCOTS ruling is a victory for common sense security an activist judge cannot stop the will of the American people for a safe and secure homeland and she said "We will continue to enforce our immigration laws and restore sanity to our immigration system by using all appropriate authorities including the Alien Enemies Act." She said "Thank you Donald Trump for your leadership." Now look that ruling does go against some of the Trump administration’s authority right basically it means that they can’t just round up known gang members and you know send them off to El Salvador the suspects being rounded up will have some degree of due process habius corpus that’s about it but it also upholds Trump’s act of using this it upholds Trump’s ability to use the military for deportations and again when you deal with gangs and gang affiliates understand that most of these again illegal immigrants have come to the United States with some degree of help from human traffickers i don’t I don’t know how broad they’re going to enforce it but it could be pretty broad now look White House deputy chief of staff for for policy and homeland security adviser this is Steven Miller he explained the significance of that particular ruling during an interview on Fox News’s Hannity watch this this is a monumental colossal victory for the rule of law for the Constitution for our founding generation John Adams who signed this law into effect in 1798 and for President Trump in fulfilling his mandate and campaign pledge what does this mean for you and your family watching at home tonight it means that the Department of Justice FBI DEA ATF the US Marshall Service Customs and Border Protection Border Patrol and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement now have maximum authority to find and remove illegal alien gang members from Venezuela that have been responsible for so much misery in this country for the torture and murder of Joselyn Nungury for the brutal slaying of Lake and Riley those monsters can now be hunted down and expelled from this country with speed force and efficiency this is a great day for America Sean and just in time for the reauthorization of the Alien Enemies Act DHS Secretary Christine Gnome yet again also posted a video herself with ICE in local law enforcement in Arizona and she announced they’re going to be going after gang members traffickers criminals and so on all around that area watch this here we are with Marco and Brian today they’re letting me roll with them we’re going to go out and pick up somebody who I think is got charges of human trafficking um we earlier had an op that swept up somebody who was wanted for murder so appreciate the work that they do every day and we appreciate them working to make America safe and it also seems it’s not just the gangs and the traffickers in the United States whose general safety is now at risk it’s also the Mexican drug cartels president Trump has already declared the cartels as well as many gangs are terrorist organizations he has designated them as terrorists and now the Trump administration is allegedly weighing plans to hit the cartels with drone strikes nbc News said this the Trump administration is considering launching drone strikes on drug cartels in Mexico as part of an ambitious effort to combat criminal gang traffickings uh gangs trafficking narcotics across the southern border according to six current and former US military law enforcement and intelligence officials they say with knowledge of the matter now notes discussions among white house defense department and intelligence officials which are still at an early stage meaning they’re not like going to do it tomorrow probably have included possible drone strikes against cartel figures and their logistic net networks meaning if they’re shipping drugs or money or guns right they can strike those in Mexico with the cooperation it says of Mexico’s government the sources said that’s the gray area with that it’d be hard to do it without the help of the Mexican government the other argument is the Mexican government is basically riddled with cartel influence and there’s concern that they just leak it to the cartels and you know protect them basically we’ll see how that plays out but still it says the administration has made no final decision and reached no definitive agreement about countering the cartels and unilateral covert action without Mexico’s consent that’s the hard part here has not been ruled out and could be an option of last resort the sources said so even if Mexico doesn’t want to work with us they might do it still they say it’s unclear whether American officials have floated the possibility of drone strikes with the Mexican government maybe they’ll tell them when they do it right it says if Mexico and the United States proceed together with drone strikes or other action it would not be the first time they have launched a joint effort to take on the cartels nor would it be the first time that American military and intelligence worked in concert with Mexico’s law enforcement and army now look folks heavy stuff in other news though HHS Secretary RFK Jr he’s taking new steps on his whole MA agenda make America healthy again and he’s going to tell the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention stop recommending fluoride in drinking water all across the United States epic Times said this it said Kennedy disclosed the plans to the Associated Press in April 7th during an event in Salt Lake City where he was joined by Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldon as part of a Make America Healthy Again tour it says the EPA said on April 7th it is reviewing new scientific information on potential health risks of fluoride in drinking water keep in mind the significance of that what was RFK Jr.’s first move in his position to launch new investigations and reviews of all these alleged harmful chemicals there’s been a lot of pre-existing stuff on this they did a new investigation and this is based on new information wonder what that is it says the agency has the authority to set the maximum levels of fluidation in public water systems maybe they can’t uh get rid of it all together maybe they can but they do have some of that power and it says Kennedy is an outspoken opponent of fluoride and water calling it an industrial waste and dangerous neurotoxin on the presidential campaign trail in 2024 and it says although the CDC’s recommendations are generally followed state and local governments determine whether their communities add fluoride to water that addition cannot surpass the maximum number established by the EPA which is currently 4 mg per liter meaning if RFK through the EPA limits that to like I don’t know zero well then they have to get rid of it they can’t go above that and notes in 2011 the EPA decreased the amount of allowable fluoride in water following a report from the National Academy of Sciences that discovered that some thyroid and arthritic systems might occur under maximum limits at the time meaning if they followed the maximum allowed limits it could have caused you some health problems now look we’ll have to see how far RFK Jr actually takes this it seems like some fluoride could soon be out of our drinking water now he had said before when he was on the campaign trail and early on that he might not ban it outright but he did say if governments in different areas still put it in drinking water if they you know move to get rid of it they could sue them for what they’re doing they could actually maybe go after them for maybe even criminal charges uh not so much on you know violating this order because they they can only limit it uh but because if they find that it’s unhealthy for people or dangerous and they continue doing it and there’s available scientific information they can actually go after these officials with it he had said previously he would consider doing that now look in other news the US stock market it’s been a bit all over right it made a very large rebound from basically a red wall then it was a big sea of green right uh it’s facing trouble again because China has now imposed like 84% tariffs on the United States and we’re in a full-blown trade war now folks but I’ll be talking about more of this after we your financial future [Music] welcome back the stock market is still all over the place but it did make a very quick rebound from being very bad for a while now look after Donald Trump announced his liberation day tariffs markets around the world not even just in the United States turned full red we all got a bit of red light therapy from those TV screens right little bit of red light therapy for y’all trillions in value were wiped out in just days and there were suggestions that it could be a repeat of the 1987 Black Monday crash looming over the whole world but what happened well it literally changed on a dime just red to green boom like that what happened was this the European Union declared it was ready to make a deal zero for zero tariffs on industrial goods and look now obviously the stock market rises and falls literally constantly especially now so that’s something to keep in mind but look around 50 countries had already reached out to the Trump administration within the first couple days of the tariffs that number of countries saying "Hey let’s make a deal buddy." That number has since jumped to around 70 countries it’s according to Treasury Secretary Scott Besson and he detailed this in an interview with Fox Business watch Larry i can tell you that there are 50 60 m maybe almost 70 countries now who who have approached us so it’s it’s going to be a busy April May maybe into June and Japan is a very important military ally they’re very important economic ally and you the US has a lot of history with them so I I would expect that Japan’s going to get priority just because they came forward very quickly but it it it’s going to be very busy and if President Trump again gave himself maximum negotiating leverage and just when he achieved the maximum leverage he’s willing to start talking the deals on this are still being negotiated but from the sound of it these negotiations they could actually take months trump does not seem like is he he’s in any hurry to get this done quickly he’s saying we’re bringing in like $2 billion a day we’re bringing back investment factories he does not seem like he’s rushing to make deals and the longer this goes on the more desperate many of these other countries are getting to make deals now this could go on for months and likely it’s going to be country by country now as Secretary Bessant mentioned negotiations are going to start with Japan right they’re going to be among the first to come to the table and sit down with Trump and make a deal and he says this is because they were among the first to come to the table and offer a deal first come first serve and if you wait too long you’re going to be in the back of that very long line paying America a lot of money every single day now with the negotiations overall it’s not clear yet whether this could actually cause the United States to drop all tariffs on some countries maybe again it’s going to be country by country and there’s varying degrees in place but Trump seems to have two main goals with this goal one to not trade at a loss right we’re not going to trade at a loss anymore we want a good deal at the very worst we’re going to have an equal deal that’s what Trump is actually saying good deal meaning maybe we’ll make out better the worst case is no loss no gain nobody loses nobody gains equal deal and second deal number two right here bring back American manufacturing and look if other countries are putting tariffs on us and we barely have manufacturing at all it doesn’t affect us that much that that’s that’s what Trump has been saying too uh uh-oh we’re not going to trade at a loss with this country of like $200 billion a year anymore whatever shall we do that’s the narrative right now now look that doesn’t of course you’re dealing with some like multinational corporations they’re not doing so hot uh but this is going to have to change the way they do business you’re going to watch them shift their factories around probably but Trump also doesn’t seem like he’s jumping on just every deal either he is taking his time he’s not rushing to the deal table he’s not saying "Oh thank goodness you came." Like a like a store owner welcoming welcoming in the first customer he’s not doing that he is being tough on these people in response to the European Union when they offered zero for zero industrial goods and remember the context of this red light therapy folks the TV screens were pure red of all the bad markets everything was in the red except for like one little green dot in the middle they were being you know this was again launching attacks on the Trump administration people are saying that Trump is effectively crashing the entire global economy he’s going to send us into a death spiral trump says "Quit being panic." He he he he termed a new a new word panickins which he says is the party of people who panic chill out let them come to us and that’s what he’s doing trump has now come forward to Europe when they came to the table and turned the red to green Trump did not jump on it he came forward with a counter offer to Europe and he said that they you know European Union would have to buy 350 billion dollars worth of American energy if they want reliefs on tariffs watch the European Union’s been very ne very bad to us they don’t take our cars like Japan in that sense they don’t take our agricultural product they don’t take anything practically and yet they send millions of cars in a year and it’s not going to be that way it’s got to be fair and reciprocal it’s got to be fair it’s not fair uh we have a deficit with the European Union of $350 billion and it’s going to disappear fast and one of the reasons and one of the ways that that can disappear easily and quickly is they’re going to have to buy our energy from us because they need it they’re going to have to buy it from us they can buy it we can knock off $350 billion in one week they have to buy and commit to buy a like amount of energy and we have that you know we have more energy than any country in the world i don’t know if you know now look that’s a big deal you know why where does Europe get a lot of its energy right now russia Nordstream uh they buy some of course like from you know Middle Eastern countries and so on they don’t produce a lot of it they went all in with the whole you know Green New Deal stuff and it sabotaged their their electric grids it it’s not sustainable and they know it they have to buy a lot of their energy from Russia canada right now which used to basically sell a lot of energy to the United States it’s one of their biggest economies by the way they’re losing out america Trump’s saying "Drill baby drill." He’s going all in on it and he wants America to become the new Saudi Arabia with selling energy to everybody he’s gonna make them buy from us as a term on this which means they’re not buying from Russia they’re not buying from Northstream they’re not making a new deal with Canada they’re buying from the United States that’s what he’s offering to them now we’ll see if they take it or not but that’s what he’s offering now look notably missing from the negotiating table though because most countries most of the big ones at least are coming forward the Chinese Communist Party is doing the opposite and they’re now being hit with what I would say are just detrimental tariffs a total of 104% tariffs when you take them all together now the CCP rather than say "Hey Donald I’m not going to live if you do this to me," they doubled down again and they’ve now put 84% tariffs on the United States they’ve increased their tariffs on the United States from the 34% an additional 50% they’re going allin they’re playing every card they have the statement from the CCP right now is the exact opposite of a counter offer the regime right now is declaring they are going to fight the tariffs quote to the end and I’d have to agree we will probably watch the CCP try to fight the United States on the tariffs until the very end of the CCP uh which could be very soon actually in fact as of this morning China said it plans again to raise tariffs on US goods to 84% previously 34% now why does this all matter folks this is leading to some debates on whether the trade war with the CCP and taking back the factories and the investments that have for decades been flowing to China maybe this is one of the key goals of the tariffs maybe this is why Trump’s doing it and importantly a trade war with the CCP could not just be one you know one-on-one if you were to resolve the damage to American manufacturing US production over literally decades going back at least to the ‘9s you would need to go after trade policies in every single part of the world it would have to be a global reset of global trade policies and guess what that’s what Trump is doing right now and some people are putting the pieces together they’re saying "Is this meant to basically undo the go to China movement that started in the late 90s?" Now Tablet Magazine said this they had a big piece on it they say "As Henry Gao a law professor at Singapore Management University wrote in a Monday X thread emphasis there they said "Three things you need to know about Liberation Day tariffs one it’s not about the methodology the formula has been widely mocked but that misses the point the numbers are not meant to hold up in a PhD defense they’re meant to shock to create leverage the more extreme the figure the stronger the incentive for other countries to come to the negotiating table with the US and Trump’s not rushing it by the way two it’s not even about the tariffs the real issue he says is not Vietnam’s tariff rates it’s China’s trans shshipment tactics and its central role in global supply chains the aim is to isolate China he claims and rewrite the rules of global trade he said if a country like Vietnam is willing to align with that goal it does not matter much whether it sets its tariffs for American products at zero five or even 9.4% the current rate and I say it agree because what’s happening right now Vietnam is coming to the negotiating table it’s shunning the CCP panama they’re coming to the table now saying they’re going to abandon the CCP to some extent and move to have the United States partner over the Panama Canal as America makes deals with other countries it is isolating the Chinese Communist Party and the CCP is quickly finding itself as basically being the outlier as every other country comes to the table this is having the effect of again isolating the CCP on global trade he says three it’s not personal with any country except one the tariffs are universal affecting even places like Herd Islands and McDonald Islands sparking confusion and worldwide anger right stories like "Why is Trump putting tariffs on this country that has no people and only penguins live there?" What did the penguins do to Trump right he says this "But as Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik explained this blanket approach is designed to block every possible loophole China could exploit in effect all countries have become collateral damage he says in the US China economic standoff until the two strike a grand bargain or one falls and the other lives the US builds a broad coalition to ring fence China the fallout will continue to ripple across the globe and knowing the CCP they’re not going to fold they’re too stubborn for it they won’t do it but he continues saying this in other words it’s about China stupid this is Tablet Magazine saying this they say the global trading regime of the past 50 years which has admittedly made a lot of money for a lot of people mainly big corporations and foreign people has also enriched China and de-industrialized the United States as Michael Lind explained in Tablet last month the United States now relies on China for critical industries even ship building pharmaceuticals steel drones and defense how can we fight a war if we have to rely on China for defense and medicine and steel and drones and warships you can’t and he continues saying "As we have seen in Ukraine America struggles to keep in keep pace with the artillery shell manufacturing capacity of Russia which has an economy of less than 114th the size of ours the United States and its allies are also heavily reliant on advanced Taiwanese semiconductors which could be seized or blockaded by China in a conflict they’re already saying they’re going to do it maybe in a couple months they say restoring these industries is a play to bring good jobs back to the United States sure but it is also a critical national security imperative and what’s Trump talking about national security he’s talking about seizing Greenland seizing Greenland let alone bringing back manufacturing to secure us in a possible war with China and they say this addressing it requires rebalancing American trade not only with China but also with the rest of the world because again you have to fix every part of this if you’re going to fix the fundamentals now I’d say it’s definitely an interesting take personally I would not say the tariffs are all about China i do think they’re probably the biggest part of it but it’s also about bringing back American factories lost like Canada and Mexico through NAFTA there’s been a lot of agreements like this that have basically locked us out of entire markets it’s making you know Europe and other countries pull down their trade barriers and it’s also about ending some of the postworld war II policies where the United States just literally allowed countries to charge us more in trade look without a doubt though the trade war with the Chinese Communist Party that is the big one the Trump administration noted in its early analysis the CCP was the biggest abuser they found on trade policies of any country on the entire face of the planet they’re also among the most hostile as we’re now seeing frankly and while the Liberation Day tariffs are looking to rebalance the deals with just about everybody remember which one Donald Trump put at the very top of his tariff list it was China and while other countries are now coming to the negotiating table the Chinese communist regime right now is the one looking to fight the United States with this and looking at a real trade war which just popped off last night and frankly I don’t think the CCP has the cards to play on this this has been raised by other analysts as well this is Steven Mosher on X one of one of the top China analysts he wrote this she is in Xi Jinping is not used to being openly opposed backing down would be a tremendous loss of face for him not that I give a dang about his face and he says and may encourage others to remove him not backing down will wreck the Chinese economy even further and may encourage others to remove him she’s actually fighting a power war with his military right now he can’t afford to fold he can’t afford to stay he can’t afford to fold but he continues saying this the corner the corner he has painted himself into is getting smaller and the current state of the trade war was also raised by Treasury Secretary Scott Besson here’s him on CNBC’s squawk box talking about this watch president Trump has maximum negotiating leverage right here right now and I think it would be a mistake for anyone to uh think otherwise and many of as I said many of our trading partners they uh have queued up and they have kept their cool they have not escalated and they will get priority in in the queue uh you know I think it was a big mistake this Chinese escalation because you know they’re playing with a pair of twos traditionally if you if if you if you look if you look at the history the of the trade negotiations the we we are the deficit country so what do we lose by the Chinese raising tariffs on us the we we exported to them of what they export to us so that that is a losing hand for them and this trade war it’s also taking this entire issue front and center including on politics senator Tom Cotton wrote an ex quote "China has cheated American workers and businesses for years they’ve waged an economic war against us for decades president Trump is simply leveling the playing field with communist China." And it seems we are really seeing a reset of global trade policies right now now folks let me know in the comments what you think about all of this good idea bad idea should we go all in should we fold where do you hope the cards fall with this also don’t forget to hit the like button let’s jump into some questions right now all right see see more butts you’re saying talking about immigration should the kids who came with adults be p be punished the same as adults uh if someone crosses the border at 16 should they be deported as an adult at 20 when I was 15 I had to do what my parents told me to do but four years later at age 19 I was on my own i’m having a hard time justifying the deportation of young adults who came here under parental control okay deport the parents okay um so when it comes to um illegal immigration and the policies for it I mentioned that they’re going to have the registration process that only applies to people 14 years of age and older um there are some different technicalities if you’re under the age of 14 but there they’re on the on the registration requirement they’re drawing it at 14 like you have to kind of be included with the parents on that the other issue is and I know Tom Hman has gotten into some hot water talking about this but I don’t think he cares when they criticize him for it he’s saying "Look if you want to keep the families together you got to you got to deport them all together it sounds harsh but what are you going to do you’re going to have a 12-year-old kid and you deport the parents and then you have where where’s the kid going to live you gonna have them live in foster care like what are you going to do?" Uh you know that that’s the other side of the argument and so the argument is if you deport the parents you can’t leave the children right how do you do that now you know you have some issues of course with like birthright citizenship and so on which Trump is trying to overturn as well but if you have a six-year-old kid a 12y old kid a 13-year-old kid and the parents have to go back to whichever country they came from and it’s not even just Mexico it’s a lot of countries how you going to do that you know what I mean um imagine all the kids you’d have to take care of in the system foster care what if they get abused what if they get trafficked i mean who knows right and then you know the kind thing to do for kids whose parents have been deported is create a pathway to bring their parents back and so the whole the whole deportation system becomes pointless because you got to bring the parents back to take care of the kid because you didn’t you didn’t deport the kid uh this is one of the issues that’s been raised by like again like Tom Hman and stuff so it does seem to be the case from what I’m getting again 14 years of age or older under the law that goes into effect on April 11th on Friday they have to register and anyone under the age of 14 their parents kind of have to register them so it does seem they’re all going to be deported children adults altogether um the other side of it is the uh the DACA kids remember remember remember um you know the dreamers under under the Barack Obama that that applied to a certain segment during a certain time frame and those were basically kids like this who came across with their parents they’ve been given not not legal status but they have been given some degree of protection for deportation dreamers again the technical term for it was DACA DACA there’s currently no talk of deporting them uh Trump has been asked about them he’s given mixed responses uh on one side he said that he hopes he can find a solution for them hopes he can find a deal he says many of them you know they’ve built jobs in this country they’ve built businesses may maybe there’s a way to not deport them but we’ll have to see the issue you have with DACA kids is their parents are illegal immigrants and if you deport the parents and you leave them here well they’re probably going to swing the vote if you give them citizenship i’ll tell you that uh if my parents got deported I mean look they’re I’m I’m about as American as you get you know what I mean but you know if my parents hypothetically got deported I’d be kind of mad at what whatever government did it and you you’d imagine there it’s going to affect the way people vote if you give them voting rights and citizenship which would be the only option to keep them here the other possibility is the old uh the old golden ticket uh Trump is floating the golden visa uh in fact he was like he was at he actually showed one to reporters on Air Force One the other day the golden ticket Trump’s golden ticket you can buy a visa now for like I think it’s like $5 million and the reporters are like "Who who is that one going to?" And Trump’s like "Me." He’s like "I bought it you can buy the old golden ticket now." Um it does seem to be the case though that even with the deportations people who go through the route um if if on this Friday people register to be deported I know it sounds rough but this is what the law is doing right now if they do register they are creating a pathway back and you know look this is going to be important I would say because what’s going to happen with America right now trump wants to just make a boom in American manufacturing he wants to bring factories here he wants to bring businesses here what do you need to make a factory work you need workers you need workers do you think your average American is going to want to go and make Nikes in a factory from like 9 to5 i don’t know some maybe a lot of them maybe not and so they’re going to need workers and um they will they I’d imagine once the factories get rebuilt they’re probably going to have a lot of legal pathways for immigration i would imagine they’re going to do that the people who who do not uh register to self-epport or whatever else they’re the ones who are facing lifetime bans from ever coming back to the United States for literally as long as they live um which is pretty dang harsh uh in addition to having their assets seized to pay for their deportations it’s um it’s it’s honestly kind of brutal uh it is it is very harsh but uh again that’s the path they’re taking with it alfred’s mom you’re saying China’s aggression is unbelievable yeah you know what it makes me think of so right understand where Xi Jinping is at right the the head of the Chinese Communist Party the CCP’s economy even with every form of exploitation literally known to man was barely scraping by they’re taking advantage of dimminimous they devalue their currency they they get other countries in debt traps they do construction projects in other countries it’s bad deals literally for everybody they have tainted products products where they cut corners just poorly made garbage basically poisonous products they have products with back doors in them there was a finding recently that even some of those Chinese robot dogs have unknown back doors in them uh Chinese electronics Chinese USB drives are known to have back doors chinese smartphones are known to have back doors meaning that Chinese agents could potentially access them they do cheap manufacturing in almost every country on earth they have state subsidized companies that go to companies in Europe and Australia and Asia and they because they don’t have to make a profit they undercut all the competitors put the competitors out of business and then create monopolies and then control the country’s GDP they do this everywhere they take advantage of every single law every single loophole they even violate everything they can if it’s allowed uh that’s in addition to intellectual property theft where they have fullscale literal military operations where Chinese military hackers and even insider spies steal intellectual property from the United States develop the product in China file patents in China including using AI and then sue American companies for violating Chinese patents in Chinese courts meaning we can’t defend against it then they have requirements if if companies go to their country and they ban a lot of our companies anyways you have to give them your source code if you’re a technology company meaning you hand over your company basically you let them create they call gray market products where they build the same thing and then compete with you with this thing they stole from you and then they kick you out when they don’t need you anymore they’ve been doing this for decades and we let them now if you look at the map of manufacturing in business you’ll see that in the 90s America was the biggest trading partner of most countries in the world you look at it now it’s it’s a sea of red the Chinese Communist Party is the trading the top trading partner with most countries in the world but most of it is bad trades and America doesn’t have a lot to lose right now right with with this trade war that’s the that’s the reality dawning a lot on a lot of these countries we we do the opposite while China takes advantage of everything the CCP we trade at a loss with almost everyone america has done the exact opposite we let c we let countries push us out we let countries tariff us we let countries fine us we let them do this and for decades we’ve done nothing in return now where does this put us it means we have a lot more room to negotiate i’ll tell you that because while we let them do that we also pay a lot of their bills we pay for their defense we subsidize their policies we pay into international aid programs and global programs and education programs and medical programs and so on and we let them find our companies because despite everything we’re still the top innovators on the face of the planet by a long degree actually uh which has given America basically a monopoly on high-tech to a to a good degree this is this is the playing field and guess what this is the biggest part despite all of that despite all of these trade advantages and bad laws and bad agreements and you like like again even things we gave to China like most favored nation traded trading status dimminimous backdoor policies despite all of that the Chinese economy is barely scraping by and so if with every form of exploitation known to man your economy is still failing what happens when a couple of those things are pulled out it means your economy is failing even more what happens when 20% is pulled out when 30% is pulled out when 50% is pulled out what happens when all those things you were taking advantage of the doors close and lock shut and you can’t use them anymore it means your economy which is already failing is going to collapse and the CCP I think the reality is the tariffs are just the tip of the iceberg the tariffs are the tip of the iceberg and they know they cannot survive if they lose all these different programs all these different avenues of exploitation even if America builds back manufacturing and starts becoming a source for investment even if no other nothing else was happening that would destroy the Chinese economy that that would destroy it because it would basically go back to where things were at in the ‘9s uh because again it was it was our bad trade deals that caused a lot of this in the first place that alone would send their economy back to the 90s right xi Jinping right now is also facing um a lot of push back from within his party he’s in he’s in a power struggle with his own military i haven’t covered it lately but there’s been a lot it’s a bit of inside baseball right but he’s having a power struggle with his own military the military is fighting against Xi Jinping and they the military has even purged some of his allies meaning the military looks like they’re kind of winning right now now what happens when you’re a communist leader and your economy is failing and your businesses are failing and your young people are laying flat and refusing to work or play any part in the new world and you were killing the second child of every family under a one child policy and so you have a population crisis so you have a bunch of old people and the young people the old people can’t work and the young people don’t want to work and then your military turns against you what do you call that um I I would call that regimeending situation that’s what I would call that that’s where the CCP is right now the few people in China who really support the CCP they do it for money reasons and I don’t think people realize the the thinking of a lot of these communist individuals when it comes to money they literally worship money and I’m not talking about like you know in the west you might say that guy worships the dollar no they they literally they literally worship money they have an actual god they created called Guang Gong and they pray to it it is a a literal idol of money the god of money they literally pray to money i’m not even joking so obsession with money there is above and beyond what most people in the west could even conceive of they worship money they worship it they also worship the CCP it was one of the few uh one of the few religions it was able to be upheld including during the pandemic they were even like they were tearing down temples and churches and they were putting in like golden statues of Maoadong and Xi Jinping so you couldn’t worship God but you could literally go and worship a statue of Xi Jinping i’m not even joking so you can worship money and you can worship communism and what happens when when uh when the communist regime is not giving you money anymore well the god of communism has betrayed you that’s what that’s what happens right the sole interest that’s propping it up is going away and this is why I keep saying the CCP is going to collapse they they have nothing left i told you all when I was saying the CCP is going to collapse like precoid it looked like it was going to uh the trade war that they that Trump had with them at the time was devastating it did not go even close to where things are at right now what saved the Chinese Communist Party was US investment was foreign investment we propped up the Chinese Communist Party because our investors poured money into China that’s what happened the CCP is being propped up by nothing more right now than foreign money and once that foreign money gets pulled out that whole stack of cards is coming down take wait and see remember what I said right now and wait and see california gal you’re saying the air the art of negotiation don’t act too excited to take the deals deals right away trump is um Trump is playing a hard game okay look imagine you know you ever see a business you ever go to a business and you know they’re not doing well and you walk in and the clerk is like "Oh thank God a customer." And he’s like hovering over you you know when they’re like that you know you have the upper hand if you want to make a deal right but you know normally it’s just kind of weird and you’re like "I I don’t know if I want to be here." If the guy acts cool okay another example if you want to go buy a car you’re buying a car if you go there and the you go to this car lot there’s no other customers there and the car salesman looks like he’s uh looks like he’s there to beg you for water right he’s like "Oh oh finally a person has come." You know thank goodness everything’s in the red i’m about to lose my house my wife hates me please buy a car what are you going to do you’re going to rip him off i mean I I probably wouldn’t but some people would rip him off right because you know he’s desperate you know he needs you but if you go there and the guy plays it cool and he’s like "Yeah I got I got a few things I might have for you let you know everything’s kind of you know there’s a lot of demand right now i might have like one or two things you know I’ll tell you what i’ll cut you a deal i’ll cut you a deal i’ll be nice to you let me show you something i don’t know if you want or not but you know it’s it’s something right it’s the best I can do then he has the upper hand that’s what Trump is doing right now at least in my opinion trump look the stock market is looking really bad like like you know I I talked before about the differences of like what the average American cares about versus what like you know big businesses and investors care about a lot of Trump’s supporters don’t really care let’s just be honest right like especially like Gen Z and stuff you have these Occupy Wall Street people who were like "Geez this is what I wanted the whole time." You know what I mean they don’t care um th this is this is this is where Trump is at with this right the economy is in the red people are talking about like again Black Monday type type crashes even Trump’s base the people around him they’re unhappy about him uh all the people who uh who are pretty heavily invested in the stock market they’re a lot of the ones making the laws right now they’re not happy with him they’re very angry with him and so if you have this situation and you’re facing a lot of pressure how do you behave right well look normally you’d think what what happened like the EU is a great example of it the European Union says "Fine we’ll make a deal." Those red lights turn to green lights the whole stock market turns green you know Vanderlier descends to America and says "Trump I’ve come to relieve you i’ve come to relieve your stock market." What does Trump do he’s like "No I don’t want your deal i don’t want it." He’s like "I’ll tell you what buy $350 billion dollars of our energy a year and then I’ll take your deal." He’s playing it cool folks he came back with a crazy what would normally be a crazy counter offer i mean kind of a crazy one but you know for Europe that’s actually good because it means that Russia doesn’t control their energy as much they might actually take it just for that reason it’s probably going to destroy the Russian economy but they might take it right but hey they don’t like Russia anyways so hey may maybe that’s good for everyone maybe they’ll take it but this is what’s happening right now when when when Trump is talking when they’re talking about making deals Japan they’re saying is first at the table they’re not talking about making a deal tomorrow they’re not talking about resolving this in a day or two they’re saying like literally months ahead of time that they’re saying the negotiations with one country and there’s 70 now sitting at the table waiting in line one country is going to take months to negotiate with potentially and what does that mean it means we’re making about two trillion uh$2 billion dollars a day according to Trump every day this goes on the US is making about $2 billion global stock markets look like ours they’re not doing so hot and so Trump is saying "Look we’re making out okay everybody else is kind of uh is trying to you know uh watch the walls burn and pretend everything is fine but um you know what we have all the cards and let it play out i’m I’m keeping it cool that’s the stance he’s taking with these business deals and by doing that he’s actually keeping the he’s keeping the the point of uh authority with the negotiations he’s like I don’t need you you need me i don’t need you and and that’s the message he’s sending with it um let’s see last question ashley from California you’re saying "We have plenty of steel we can recycle people need to not believe the fear-mongering." Yeah recycled steel is a a bit problematic you can depending on how you do it i know it’s pretty strong when you when you do it right but it’s it’s a bit hard america has a big steel industry we just don’t use it um one one of the things Trump is actually looking at though though though is that there was a Japanese company um was it nip nip and nip on steel or something there’s a there is a Japanese company that was looking to buy the US steel industry and they they want to make it work right one issue you have is sometimes we have a lot of resources and a lot of businesses but you need somebody who wants to take that business on frankly you know if nobody does it it’s not going to get used this is why you have countries in the world they have tons of natural resources but they don’t make any money from it because there are no businesses you know exploiting the resource if you have a business coming in and saying they want to make it work and they want to make you rich and they want to build up your industry you know you got to look at it right giving it to a foreign company that’s not so ideal because you know it does tie into is America benefiting from it uh it does seem to be the case that Trump thinks or used to think no it does not benefit us to let Japan take over the steel industry but if Trump can make a good deal that makes it so we don’t lose out and maybe cuts the loss same thing with letting Taiwan build semiconductors here rather than having like Nvidia do it you know what I mean um you know maybe it’s a good deal but but it all depends on the terms of the deal and so America has a very big steel industry it it it’s just been kind of crippled and during Trump’s first term in office he was trying to build back American steel remember when he was talking about with the our big beautiful border built with beautiful American steel right he he was trying to build back the steel industry he uh he also I haven’t talked about it but he also made an executive order for to to recreate the US ship building industry which it’s crazy that China right now builds our ships trump wants to have that what do what do you need for warships and big ships you need steel um and even with building back American manufacturing a lot of things you’re going to need all those components you’re going to need plastic you’re going to need timber he just did a new executive order on timber or a new order to open up the timber market which is going to hurt Canada by the way copper steel everything right and so all of those are going to have to going to have to have new supply chains and the big word is domestic manufacturing domestic production you will probably watch all of these come up in the US and you know maybe I’d assume we’ll still import some but you’re going to need businesses and maybe even foreign businesses willing to take this on if American businesses don’t do it um for I think for Trump the idea of having a foreign company come into the US and build an industry is better than buying from a foreign from a foreign country better to have them do it here than us buying it from them there which is also one of his terms for getting around the tariffs if you don’t want to be tariffed you got to build your business in the US and that could include natural resources like like steel for example all right folks that said um what day is it it’s Wednesday today geez going by fast i will see you tomorrow 10:30 a.m eastern time join me again as we watch the uh the blinking lights of the economy blinking from red and green uh it’s it’s like the the early Pokemon cartoons right don’t don’t watch it too closely uh join me tomorrow 10:30 a.m eastern time we’ll talk about where things are going and all the other stuff happening right now uh please share this video give us a like uh don’t forget to like this video it does help us it helps the algorithm and that said folks I will see you tomorrow 10:30 a.m eastern time and as always please take care of yourselves stay informed and stay free thank you [Music] [Applause]
