the US a snake and now we’re going to see just exactly how the snake bites back when it’s cornered so Barack Obama has slammed Trump after the so-called suspension for foreign policy mistake according to Obama which really is code word for the money laundering operation namely usaid in which shw perhaps did some degree evade but as we’ll get to momentarily a recently seen video by Barack Obama explains how his so-called age to Syria actually was utilized to fund terrorist organizations and so whilst Aid may sound great in our virtue signaling Western World what really happens is far more complicated as Obama shall explain momentarily when he utilized Aid in Syria to supposedly topple the regime at the time actually this led to the funding and the proliferation of terrorism now this is why if you’ve watched my show I’m very skeptical and cautious pertaining to Liberal hegemony this idea that we can go around the world and we can overthrow government and we can Implement Pro Western leaders it never works leads to mass proliferation of terrorism in many cases it leads to what happened to Obama the funding of terrorist terroristic organizations and it always leads to the mass proliferation of violence so Obama broke a silence over the weekend following Trump’s policy decision to suspend usaid describing this as a profound foreign policy mistake he retweeted an article by the New York Times on Friday and he encouraged Congress to resist the move which according to him would dismantle an organization that has been at the Forefront of promoting apparent Global Goodwill for decades really Obama was Global Goodwill at the funding of a gas station if in Afghanistan the tune of 54 million quid which was clearly evidence of mass money laundering is it really adequate to spend 20 trillion dollar or millions and millions of dollars upon a Sesame Street program in Iraq excuse me is it really great to promote according to one of the tweets I was reading about usaig one of the funding proposals which actually was actualized was to promote kind of Atheism in Uganda or something I’m sorry it’s just totally insane in addition of course to the funding of of Politico and these various other media Outlets which has been in which was funded clearly through usaid as evidence now by the pal which are being released so you have the government that is meant to be kept accountable by these so-called political media outlets and the political media Outlets are being funded by the government you can very clearly see the incentives here now Obama continued saying before we get to Caroline Lich and then Barack Obama in this video that USA IDE has been fighting disease been Fielding CH feeding children and dismantling the agency would be a profound foreign policy mistake Congress should resist this and barely a week ago the United Nations joined the chorus of descent with the Secretary General and this guy’s terrible Antonio gz who is just a climate alist Beyond Comprehension issuing a plea for the US government to consider additional exemptions to the 90-day Aid suspension the UN is particularly worried about the impact on vulnerable communities really they depend on that depend on critical development and humanitarian activities I’ll tell you what you can do Antonio you know what you can do if you really care about the impact on vulnerable communities you can allow them to utilize the sole source of coste effective energy naming fossil fuels and which will liberate and expand and amplify their productivity to the point in which they can liberate themselves from absolute poverty but no because if your virtue signaling nonsense you’re obsessed with destroying and with withdrawing and with limiting the poorest people in our civilization the ability to access cost eff energy namely fossil fuels which is the sole way in which they can liberate themselves out of poverty and so Antonio if you really care about vulnerable communities let them have fossil fuels instead of your virtue signaling nonsense it’s just all games they’re just all lying it’s just all lying it’s more lies from these globalists and this is the issue this is the issue with globalism this is the issue with the internationalism this is why we’re seeing this return to protectionism and to I would say a degree of nationalism what we’ve seen is to shift away from the political establishment over the past few decades away from the needs of the people towards pleasing the needs of these Global International bodies such as the UN and frankly it never works it’s just it’s just terrible this is why you see advocation by Angela Merkel and these crazy politicians that have wrecked Europe over the past few years for for illegal immigration and these crazy policies okay this is Caroline theet her name as she is great and she totally dismantles Barack Obama and this commentary and I would just say a strong message to Democrats who are out there pretending to be outraged about the long list of crap that this Administration is cutting federal waste and funding like $2 million for sex changes in Guatemala 6 million to fund tourism in Egypt 20 million on a new Sesame Street show in Iraq uh 4.5 million to combat disinformation in Kazakhstan I could go on and on and I’m happy to provide this list to every single one of you Democrats are outraged that the American people want to be uh they want their taxpayers going to good uses not stuff like this but then they’re very quiet about the fact that there are still North Carolinians and people in California who have lost everything and in the last four years this federal government did nothing to help them this President will continue to put Americans first and I think the successes with the Trump Administration to ensure that essential Aid Contin news the United States is one of the largest aid providers and it’s vital that we work constructively to join for a jointly shared strategic path forward yeah yeah okay bar Obama now on the topic of Aid because you may be thinking what is so wrong with us Aid why does it need to be shut down I’ll tell you what’s wrong listen to this President Obama he announced during his presidency an additional almost 200 million quid in humanitarian aid for those affected by the violence of the Assad regime this Aid according to the Obama presidency at the time came from the American people providing food clean water medicine and medical treatment immunization for children clothing and winter supplies for millions and millions and millions of people in need in Syria and neighboring countries and listen to Obama here he explains this and it sounds lovely at first glance listen for nearly 2 years the Assad regime has waged a brutal war against the Syrian people murdering innocent men women and children in their homes in breadlines and at universities in the face of this barbarism the United States has joined with Nations around the world in calling for an end to the Assad rash and a transition that leads to a peaceful inclusive and Democratic Syria where the rights of all syrians are protected we’ve worked to isolate Assad and his regime impose sanctions that starve the regime of funds recognize the Syrian opposition Coalition as the legitimate representative of the Syrian people call for accountability for perpetrators of atrocities and provide humanitarian relief to syrians in need the relief we send doesn’t say made in America but make no mistake our Aid reflects the commitment of the American people American Aid means food and clean water for millions of syrians American Aid means medicine and treatment for hundreds of thousands of patients in Damascus Dar and Ms it means immunizations for 1 million Syrian children American Aid means winter supplies for more than half a million people in Aleppo mes and deror and we’re working with allies and partners so that this Aid reaches those in need today we’re taking another step I’ve approved an additional $155 million in humanitarian aid for people in Syria and refugees fleeing the violence here I want to speak directly to the people of Syria this new Aid will mean more warm clothing for children and medicine for the elderly flour and wheat for your families and blankets boots and stoves for those huddled in damaged buildings it will mean healthc care for victims of sexual violence and field hospitals for the wounded even as we work to end the violence against you this Aid will help address some of the immediate needs you face each day this new commitment will bring America’s total humanitarian Aid to Syria to $365 million making us the largest single donor of humanitarian assistance to the Syrian people today I also call on the International Community to do more to help these syrians in need and to contribute to the latest un humanitarian appeal we’re under no Illusions the days ahead will continue to be very difficult but what’s clear is that the regime continues to weaken and lose control of territory the opposition continues to grow stronger more syrians are standing up for their dignity the Assad regime will come to an end the Syrian people will have their chance to forge their own future and they will continue to find a partner in the United States of America well what actually happened was that hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars I believe over $500 million was not actually sent to aid but actually was utilized to facilitate and to arm various Syrian Rebel groups in which later actually advocated and supported Isis in these terrible terrorist organizations I’m dead serious here just remember what happened here for some context after the uprising against Assad in 2011 routing for the rebels was for many in the West synonymous with rooting for democracy and freedom in the US White House officials offered the rebels humanitarian Aid and some military gear but they argued over whether they should provide heavy weapons to help in a more serious way now Obama asked Congress for money to help fund a program allowing us Personnel to teach Rebels man Marksmanship navigation and other related skills the goal was apparently to train about 15,000 rebels in Jordan and other countries so that they could return to Syria and fight however us defense officials actually admitted that only four or five recruits in the 15,000 person program actually returned to battle and it gets much worse than that not solely did the United States through the so-called humanitarian effort fund proliferation of terrorism as many of these individuals actually became terrorists and they fought alongside Al-Qaeda and they affiliated with the nura front and its allies and so not solely did you have a massively ineffective and expensive program that led to the direct proliferation and funding of islamist groups this is referred to by the way as Timber Sycamore program but in addition to that it also led to of course the proliferation and the flood of Us weapons including assault rifles and mortars and guns and grenades and terrible things into the European and Middle Eastern black markets and so humanitarian Aid in the case of Syria led to the mere proliferation of terrorism it led to hugely ineffective and expensive policies and it led to the flooding of the black market when the United States provided these weap weapons to these so-called Rebel groups in which actually were merely affiliated with Isis now Mike Ben has been researching this for the past few months and years as the basis to impeach the sitting president Donald Trump in 2019 s of this clip just to summarize what I was saying earlier how the Obama Administration knowingly gave Aid money to the alqaeda Affiliates and thus led to the proliferation and the spread and the funding of terrorism through their SoCal humanitarian efforts in Syria and so just to sum up where actually do these dollars go that is the real question here and there’s one major way in which usid spends money Caroline lit recently exposed some of the agency’s insane priorities ranging from $1.5 million to Advanced Dei in Serbia $70,000 for a Dei musical in Ireland $47,000 for a transgender Opera in Colombia and $32,000 for a transgender comic book in Peru it’s clearly time for a reckoning this is a so-called Aid organization perhaps they do some degree of Aid it doesn’t look like they’re doing an awful lot what they’re really doing is funding coups they’re really utilizing this money to fund so-called humanitarian efforts and which leads to in the case of Syria the mass proliferation of terrorism they’re utilizing this this agency in a very very strange way to fund Dei policies to fund the spread of atheism to spread just to fund and and try to facilitate these awfully strange policies that nobody thinks is effective at all our investigation revealing that the Obama Administration allowed US taxpayer money to be funneled to an Al-Qaeda linked group in Sudan now we discovered that most of the money was paid after the Obama Administration realized it’s mistake our investigative reporter Alon Levy has the story the Obama Administration knowingly gave US taxpayer dollars to an Al-Qaeda affiliate in Sudan a joint I24 new Middle East Forum investigation reveals the US government gave money to a designated Global Terror entity placed on the US sanctions list over its financial support for Osama Bin Laden The Story begins in February 2014 the US agency for International Development authorizes a grant of nearly 3/4 of a million dollars to World Vision a Christian charity the mission humanitarian relief for displaced persons in Sudan’s War torn Blue Nile state World Vision Works with a local partner the Islamic relief agency isra it gets $200,000 from USA ID for humanitarian work on the ground but it’s not a simple Aid organization 10 years earlier isra was designated a global Terror entity by the administration of George W bush blacklisting the whole Global Network of the Islamic Africa relief agency aka the Islamic relief agency orisa accused of giving direct Financial support to Osama bin ladin and labeled the former affiliate of makab alamat the precursor of al-Qaeda isra also accused of serving as a funding conduit for Hamas raising money for Terror attacks in Israel check the US sanctions list and the Islamic relief agency is there its us assets Frozen any dealings with it a criminal offense World Vision insists it searched the sanctions list for Islamic relief in Sudan and got no results it’s listed as based in Missouri fast forward to November World Vision tells the agency that isra might be on the sanctions list activities with isra are suspended and usaid tips off the state department and the treasury in February 2015 usaid confirms the mistake telling World Vision to suspend activities with isra and to stop transferring it money Israel should never have been a usaid sub awarde usaid did not identify isra as an organization subject to us sanctions when it made the initial award but then in May the administration decides to give isra the rest of the money anyway an official says the treasury’s office of foreign assets control issuing World Vision are licensed to make a one-off transfer of $125,000 to isra in carum World Vision says for humanitarian work that was verified to have been completed under the grant but in full knowledge that isra was on the treasury’s own sanctions list according to the usaid official all this was done in consultation with and on the guidance of the state department under John Kerry the state department didn’t answer our question why approve money to a designated terror group but a government official confirmed the story State Department spokeswoman Helen now told I24 news as this occurred under the prior Administration the current Secretary of State Secretary of Treasury and USA ID administrator had no involvement in decisions surrounding this award or subsequent license but John Ker’s Chief of Staff says this is the first time he’s hearing of the usaid grant to isra Grants don’t typically crossed the desk of the secretary’s office he told us I don’t recall that I ever or the secretary ever had eyes on any specific Grant award that’s just not the way it works from the treasury no response a USA ID official says the agency has leared its lesson and staff now have to screen organizations getting us funding against the sanctions list for its part World Vision insists it has robust screening processes and strongly condemns terrorism we have no evidence that any of our funds have been used for anything other than urgent humanitarian work but the damning questions remain why did the Obama Administration knowingly allow taxpayer dollars to be sent to a designated Terror entity and who knew Alon Levy I24 news now I24 news worked on this report with the Middle East Forum the co-author of the report is Sam westrop and he joins us live now Sam as we saw in this report uh a discovery that the Obama Administration approved giving tax pay of money to an Al-Qaeda affiliate in Sudan even after knowing that it was a design Terror organization how did you find this out well uh like a lot of the work we do it doesn’t start with a dramatic leak of information or a secret contact somewhere it starts with open- Source research and in this case astoundingly the grant to Islamic relief agency approved by USA was listed publicly on uh USA spending. goov uh the government’s Grant tracking website it’s still there now your viewers can go look at it and see uh an Al-Qaeda charity approved as a subgrantee uh on the US government’s own website how exactly did this uh Islamic relief agency isra become a designated Terror organization what has this agency done to support Al-Qaeda and terrorism well most of its involvement with not just Al-Qaeda but uh the precursor to Al-Qaeda as uh uh your segment mentioned uh makab Alat uh but also the Taliban as well and other Afghani uh terrorist organizations and jihadist organizations so isra or the Islamic African relief agency as it was was more commonly known back then was heavily involved with these groups providing money uh co-mingling money in fact with uh Al-Qaeda or or precursor to Al-Qaeda organizations uh uh it was involved in attempting to secure safe harber uh for oama bin Len at one point when he was in the sadan where he spent many years so for a long time Israel was closely involved with violent jihadist forces uh and in 2004 it was designated because of this involvement because of this financing Terror because of this close personal connection with uh AMA Bin Laden that designation extended to its branches all over the world uh including in Europe and also here in the United States uh in Colombia Missouri they had a US office uh known briefly as the Islamic American relief agency Charities like this like to adjust the names very slightly uh often I suspect deliberately to confuse people who wouldn’t want to associate one branch of the other yeah it’s uh no wonder that uh they disguise themselves as you say so Sam initially the Obama Administration was not aware that this money was was going to an Al-Qaeda affiliate so negligence at best here but after discovering that the money was Landing up in the hands of the Islamic relief agency as we discussed gust a confirmed designated terrorist financing group why did this still go ahead yeah it’s a a really fascinating question and I wish I had a clear answer there are I think three things to be aware of here we the Middle East Forum with I24 we we obtained emails between usaid and World Vision staff immediately after World Vision alerted USA that uh isra their partner was possibly on the terror designation list now that’s an interesting question itself why did it take the grantee World Vision the chief grantee to alert the US government why did the US government not check its own Terror list so originally as you said the Obama Administration there’s no evidence they deliberately approved an Al-Qaeda charity for a grant but there are a number of processes that government officials should check when they’re about to award a grant to an organization especially an organization in Sudan a country that has had a long close relationship with jihadist Terror for many decades uh one of these things is a Sam database the Sam database is a list of all designated organizations and all approved organizations that may or may not receive government funds Israel is on that database so someone someone in the government did not check that database but then most extraordinarily in uh uh May 2014 the US government decides to issue a grant despite knowing that Israel is indeed on the terror designation list to issue a license for World Vision to give some of the original Mone lots of the original Money earmarked for Islamic relief uh agency the total amount uh from USA of USA money was $15,000 to a known designated Al-Qaeda charity now at that point it’s difficult to say this is merely naivity at that point it seems like complicity yeah it’s it’s absolutely unbelievable so Sam what happens next here are there any consequences for this what’s the next line I think so I think so we found this information because I happen to be going through a large amount of data on a US Government website we wonder how much else is out there how many other extremist groups have received taxpayers money because Obama era bureaucrats or indeed bureaucrats from any administration were not paying attention or chose to look the other way we don’t know as I say the answer to that particular question but how many other Charities have benefited from this failure to make sure that the US taxpayer is not subsidizing haast and violence across the world so consequences must be oversight they must be investigation by Congress by especially by the oversight committee by Senate Finance committees by any legislator or uh Congressional committee that has an interest in overseeing how us taxpayers uh uh have their money spent there must be political investigation there must be uh an investigation into which bureaucrat oversaw this this mess now the emails we obtained from USA show that quite a few uh both civil servants and uh what looked to be a political politically appointed bureaucrats were involved in this decision um uh there needs to be an investigation the must be to account absolutely The Buck has to stop somewhere unbelievable US taxpayer dollars funding terrorism Sam thank you so much Sam westrop of the Middle East Forum appreciate the report and appreciate your time and so this is really an egregious waste of taxpayer dollars this must stop in anyone saying that you know Chuck Schumer chanting that mil musk has to stop cutting the the waste and bureaucracy it’s just totally insane now as convincingly put by the El Salvador president most governments don’t want usaid funds flowing into their countries because they understand where much of that money actually ends up at best maybe 10% of the money reaches real projects that help people in need cutting this so-called Aid isn’t just beneficial for the United States it’s also a big win for the rest of the world and so what we’re seeing here is that vast quantities of what is labeled as so-called foreign aid backs programs in which are pointless pointless at best and and and frankly extremely harmful their worst take for example abortion the US in 2023 became the largest donor the United Nations population fund with $130 million for its abortion Centric work in developing countries it’s the same agency that openly pushed abortion legalization as a condition for covid Relief recipients included Afghanistan Yemen Haiti and Ethiopia alongside a host of other countries with laws to protect to unborn life high levels of conflict and poverty were render these governments particularly vulnerable to the strings that come attached to foreign aid in 20120 Ecuador was singled out for an $8 million un covid assistance package with the requirement that Ecuador implemented safe legal abortion at the time usaid issued a strongly worded letter insisting the UN ceased using the pandemic as an excuse for abortion coercion and so the problem with usaid wasn’t wasn’t that and said the problem with usaid isn’t the fact solely that it utilizes foreign aid to advance American interests because frankly every single Western Country does this the problem with this is that so much of the aid was being utilized to promote disturbing ideological agendas and so the great irony here is the fact the usaid fails to see how billions and billions of dollars for ideologically driven incentives does absolutely nothing to boost US influence it merely just makes America look like a laughing star and so if the agency’s job was to boost America’s influence it should have done so through another route another route that is not Dei it’s not transgender promotion so you see there claps of USA ID frankly it’s a good thing USA ID as we’ve discussed is hugely ineffective um very little Aid actually goes to anyone if at all and similarly it’s just been massively exploited to the point in which very disturbing ideologies are being promoted through the utilization of US taxpayer dollars
